601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Often Do You Check Your Bitcoin Wallet Balance? on: June 19, 2016, 04:16:32 PM
Whenever I know that I'll be receiving a payment for service that I rendered, whenever I am expecting a payment from signature campaign and whenever i have  chance to see my balance because with the modern technology today youll never know if youd wallet has been hacked or still in tact unless you checked it. Better safe than sorry.
602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 19, 2016, 04:10:43 PM
Game to be or not tobe
Crazy game now is 3 3
May the better team win
And thats the golden state warriors, the.power of the dub nation.
I like to see lebron crying , but hes too confident that he can beat gsw away from thier home.
After watching game 6 I see the different side of The Golden State Warriors. They played with their emotions and lost focus, we also witnessed Steph Curry losing his cool and being fould out which is his first in his NBA according to news reports. So if theres any team that is in clear view of the championship trophy that is Cavs but that is if GSW continous to play the way they played for the passed 3 games.
603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 200 Heavyweight: Brock Lesnar vs Mark Hunt on: June 19, 2016, 03:57:05 PM
I have not seen a thread for this big fight. A lot of hype means a lot of money will be made that night. I think the odds will be against Brock Lesnar because his UFC record is too short, Mark Hunt is a world class kick boxer so Brock can be in danger. Brock claimed he had an illness that hindered his performance, so the money is in if you think Brock will show in top shape and use some wrestling on Mark Hunt.

Please post sites to bet on this fight with Bitcoin when you see them here.
If you checked the odds in betcoin.ag odds are in favor of Mark Hunt and if you think about it Brock Lesnar only have a few weeks to prepare or condition himself for an MMA fight unlike Mark Hunt who just came out from a win a few weeks ago so he is still in good condition to fight. WWE training is different from MMA training and I think thats the reason why odds are against Brock Lesnar.

It would help potential bidders or buyers to decide if you could use the account pricer and add the merchant token here, that way they can see what the account status is and where the account usually posts, eliminating redundant questions and doubts from would be buyersa and bidders.
605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 19, 2016, 03:01:31 AM
This time i'm not going to bet on who will win the championship but unstead i'll bet on the the total points for the game, looking at the nba history of finals that reached game 7 most of the teams never reached triple digit scores. So betting on below 200 will ge a good idea.

Any thoughts?
606  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reaching 1500$ after the halving , Possible ? on: June 19, 2016, 02:14:22 AM
1,500 USD is too high on or brfore halving, with current conversion price of BTC to USD it was not able to breach the 800 USD barrier while everyone thought it is possible sunce we reached 780 USD last week whuch is a few more pump could have reached 800 USD but it didnt, instead what happened was it suddenly dropped to 720 USD.

Until there is demand for it, the price can reach beyond the sky. The Chinese Bitcoin Community are just starting to make the move.. consider the target of 5000 CNY was just a test run for them!  Wink
I agree with the statement that until there is a demand the price can reach beyond the sky but the question is until when? I would be a happy a happy dad if BTC to USD reached 1,500 but till now i'll be just an observer waiting BTC to reach it highest in history.

608  Other / Meta / Re: Can we get some new mods here to start moderating dribble posts ? on: June 13, 2016, 09:42:33 AM
So much dribble posted in forums, from ad campaigners
can we please get some additional (non ad campaigners) Moderators
to start to clean up the threads and just remove any replies that are just dribble

the forums are 90% dribble at the moment, which will kill bitcointalk eventually
The issue that you raised has been raised already and its like you are also one of those who "dribble" the only difference is you don't have a signature. If you don't like how this forum is run by moderators, staff and site owners you are free to look for another forum or better yet create your own forum like perfect world that you dream of. You cant just go in a house and start asking the owners to move the tables here and move the chair over there. The owners have a good reason why this site is run like this.
609  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph selfie update on: June 13, 2016, 09:31:36 AM

610  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: New site!!! on: June 13, 2016, 03:51:55 AM
it's a new site, i don't know if it can be marked as "hype"....but if u want check it....

http://websoldi.wix.com/mydoublebit

it seem good, the guy who wrote the blog seems honest.....
What do you think about that??
Be honest kid if you want us to check your blog then let us know and we will give you our honest opinion not like you are hyping your own free blog. If you want more visitors, you need to spend more time on your blog to make it look good and spend money to attract more visitors.

Your blog is confusing actually, I don't know if its a blog or a doubler. You know that in this forum doubler sites are not trusted and those who promotes it are frowned upon. You might get a red trust for promoting this site here.
611  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ Hiring Signature Campaign poster's(Daily Payment) (jr. and memb's) ★☆★ on: June 13, 2016, 03:41:43 AM
Will you be using an Escrow to release funds because judging by your activity and the fact you're newbie makes this seem too sketchy.

Plus you haven't even bothered posting the amount/post or per week etc or any information in general.
I think i will not use escrow for that as i am paying small and doing daily payments. yes its 0.00007 per post Smiley
for more information interested candidates can hit me on PM Smiley
Not using an escrow is NOT a good idea since you are relatively new in this forum.
If check around most of the signature campaigns here use escrow or managed by a trusted member so in case something happened to you, escrow can take care of your payable.
If you don't trust an escrow, how do you expect others to trust you?
612  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: This site is genuine and i recommend on: June 13, 2016, 03:37:50 AM
Thank you OP for sending this information as this serves as a WARNING to everyone and NOT AS A RECOMMENDATION to invest.
A paying site doesn't mean they are legit and will keep paying investors.
This kind of sites are just waiting for the right moment to run away with the invested coins all for them selves. Please DO NO INVEST!
613  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: June 13, 2016, 02:55:18 AM
This past 5 days is a perfect example of not taking a loan nowadays.
If you took a 1 BTC loan last Friday at conversion rate of $578 for 1 BTC, you'll be paying that today at $681 for 1 BTC plus the agreed interest rate for example is 15%. Lenders are now afraid if those who borrowed might not pay up because of the current conversion rate of BTC to a dollar.

615  Local / Pamilihan / Re: coins.ph discussion thread on: June 13, 2016, 02:18:21 AM

616  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph selfie update on: June 13, 2016, 02:09:04 AM
617  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: June 08, 2016, 04:33:19 AM
As far as i know, there aren't many power plants anymore that generate electricity from oil, electric cars need electricity too, so if for example 100% of our electricity would come from oil, then they would in fact be more polluting than regular cars. If enough electric cars are being used and replace petrol cars, the price of oil might go down and this might have an impact on jet fuel and therefore also on plane tickets.

I don't electric cars are needed 100% of electricity, they still need oil for them in able to operate. And you are right, the price of oil will go down if the demand of oil will down also because of electric cars and that's a good thing for people that are still using cars and operated by oil.
Just to add, if the reason why we are shifting to EV's or electronic vehicles is because we are trying to avoid use of fuel or oil we have to re-think that EV's needs batteries, and production and disposal of batteries have an impact in the environment and health of those who produce those batteries.

619  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: June 08, 2016, 04:24:42 AM
Title.

So. Electric cars are gaining in popularity, therefore the popularity of gasoline will be going down. Won't the price go down, leaving the oil industry in trouble?
Not really there are different ways to produce electricity, hydro meaning powered by water using dam, coal, bunker fuel, natural gas, wind and solar, some combine natural gas and coal. So price of oil will remain high unless all power producers shift to renewable energy one that does not require fuel like solar and wind.

Upon checking our record here, I agree with you on that there are around 6,500 power plants out there run by renewable energy like wind and hydro, around 1,500+ for natural gas and 1,200+ for coal and least number is power plants run by fuel oil around 1,100+. But those equipment's like turbines and generators needs to be lubricated (oil).
