Hi,

My balance went from about 150 credits to 8.5. What's going on? then it bounced down to 4.5 credits. Please restore my balance.

username is: e04bfd5988

now it's down to 0.5 credits.

I took a look at your account.

The deposit address address for your account is 135ggUCjiVLKsYseqe3oYRJGsCWPyTM5LQ.

https://blockchain.info/address/135ggUCjiVLKsYseqe3oYRJGsCWPyTM5LQ

From checking out the blockchain, I can see that your deposits came from 17xEmQ4vHDxMjDzQRVy6RowPPTse8YGpa9. So we can assume that this is an address that you control.

The two withdrawals from your account have the following transaction IDs:

https://blockchain.info/tx/398aa044120e99301471af24b8e34f9e8d94a6fe021454737eb89814551fe4d5
https://blockchain.info/tx/7a7a20e0b302f9e640d9ca7ea29db4ac8fbb88aa67b100c57b27971fe7ce8263

From that information, you can see that the withdrawals were made to 17xEmQ4vHDxMjDzQRVy6RowPPTse8YGpa9. This is the same address that you used to make the deposits with.

So, what I'm having trouble understanding is how you could have made these deposits from your 17xEm address, and then made withdrawals to the same address, yet claim that you never made any withdrawals, nor ever got those Bitcoins. If your account had been hacked, surely the hacker would have decided to withdraw the coins to a different address, right?

I also see from the games of blackjack that you were playing, each game typically took about 3 to 7 seconds to play. This seems consistent with the time it takes to play a game of blackjack. However, when the withdrawal happened, there was a 52 second delay until you played your next game of blackjack. This would be consistent with you spending about a minute filling out the withdrawal dialog, making the withdrawal, and then continuing to play more blackjack.

Am I looking at this incorrectly somehow? With all of this evidence that I have presented to you, I can only see that you, personally, withdrew Bitcoins to the same account where you made the initial deposit. Is there some other interpretation of this information that you can present to me? If so, I would be more than happy to look into this issue further.

if hit JP with the extra balls on keno, I'll get 3x JP?

You will win 3X on the base payout for all jackpots. 8 balls would pay 120*3, 9 balls would pay 500*3, and 10 balls would pay 1000*3. If you hit all ten balls, it is always guaranteed that your last ball will hit, so a 10 ball hit will always pay 3X.

The extra credits that have been contributed to the three progressive jackpots is not tripled. We can't pay triple on that, since we'd then be paying out more than has been originally contributed to the jackpot. So if you hit 10 numbers, you win 1000*3 credits (triple bonus) + 50025 credits from the progressive jackpot contribution.
606  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Video Casino -- Announcing new Jackpot Watch! [UPDATED 10/15/2013] on: December 07, 2013, 11:02:24 AM
it would result in everyone only playing 0.0001 BTC games, since that would have the best expected return.
I understand, but the max payout on keno is 50 btc for 0.001 btc bet and 25 btc for 0.005 bet now.

Yeah, this is because many more people play 0.001 BTC Keno, so the jackpot has grown very big. There's nothing we can do to change this. People may still want to play 0.005 BTC Keno since they will get bigger prizes in general.

The progressive jackpots build up as more people play the games. If a player is playing 0.0001 BTC slots, then only the 0.0001 BTC jackpot will increase.
Do you think this is the best way? The size of the jackpot in the traditional online casinos (NetEnt) is independent of the amount bet.

I think we have to do it this way so that it is fair for everyone that plays, regardless of how much they bet. If someone plays 0.05 BTC video poker and contributes to the pool, it should not be possible for someone playing 0.0001 BTC to win everything that was contributed. If there was only one jackpot in video poker, it would result in everyone only playing 0.0001 BTC games, since that would have the best expected return.

We have been mulling over the idea of having separate credit sizes in other games, such as blackjack and roulette, with separate jackpots and table limits. This way you can play 0.0001 BTC credits and win a smaller jackpot, or choose 0.01 BTC credits for a shot at the big one. In blackjack you can now bet 10,000 credits at 0.0001 BTC, which is getting pretty cumbersome. Maybe 100 credits @ 0.01 BTC would be more manageable by users.

The different credit sizes have different jackpots. If you select a different credit size by clicking the green BTC button, the jackpot will change.
Do not you think that you are pushing players to play on a certain bet size?
max payout for a keno 50.7k with 0.001 btc, but only 5.1k with 0.005 btc. The difference is 10 times.

Slots
0.0001 - 12.6k
0.001 - 18k
0.005 - 17.4k
0.01 - 15.9k

Why 0.001 have the max jackpot? How do you form the jackpot?

The progressive jackpots build up as more people play the games. If a player is playing 0.0001 BTC slots, then only the 0.0001 BTC jackpot will increase. The other jackpots are not affected. Since we have no control over which credit size people will play, we therefore don't have any control over how the jackpots will grow. You can check the contributions that go into the jackpots for each game by clicking the "Expected Return" link at the top of the page. It will show what percentage of each bet will go towards the progressive jackpot.

So for fun I basically tried free play for a couple of hours, and I've got to say they do reel you in by making you win so much on the Free Plays, as soon as you deposit real money, forget it, it's impossible to win... Went over 0.5 BTC at 1 Credit in Poker and got NOTHING, when I was free playing I was hitting crazy hands..

Be careful.

We absolutely don't do anything like this. Our casino is provably fair, so it simply is not possible for us to manipulate the games in any way, whether you are playing free games or Bitcoin games.

If you believe that a game was not fair, you can click the green "verify" button to check that we did in fact have no control over the outcome of the game. Please note that the client-side javascript code that runs on your browser automatically verifies every game that is played. You can check the javascript yourself to confirm this.

.05 btc — it's 5 coins at 0.01 btc or it's the one coin?
209/.05 = 4180, but the jackpot has been 4723.78 coins.

The different credit sizes have different jackpots. If you select a different credit size by clicking the green BTC button, the jackpot will change.

Right now, the 0.05 BTC jackpot is 4207 credits = 210.35 BTC. You only win this if you bet five credits at a time, so a total bet of 0.25 BTC per game.

Congrats user ixlovexyou on your 2.1218 BTC slots jackpot! That's currently $2030!

is it work for all games? VP have 209.25 btc and 4723.78 coins

Video Poker has larger credit sizes than slots. You have to be using .05 BTC credit sizes and betting 5 credits a hand to win the 209 BTC.

Right, dice credits are worth 0.0001 BTC. You can bet any amount and have a shot at winning the jackpot. The jackpot doesn't get multiplied by your bet amount, so you would win 0.746 BTC regardless of what you bet.

  Huh

Hey autotoss,

I think the odds table that you listed is for regular keno. We have a triple bonus that greatly increases the payout.

If your last number hits, you get three extra numbers. This will greatly increase your chance of racking up more hits. Also when this happens you will win 3X payout. Because of this, your expected return is much higher.

Wizard of odds has a table for this version of keno: http://wizardofodds.com/games/keno/triple-power-keno/

Hope that helps clear things up! Smiley

what's a minbet for every game in BTC?

We should probably put up a table with all this information in the FAQ.

Here's the min/bax Bets in Bitcoin for every game. Game = Max/Min

Video Poker = 0.25/0.001
Blackjack = 1.0/0.001
Roulette = 0.5/0.001
Craps = 0.25/0.001
Keno = 0.025/0.001
Slots = 0.2/0.0001
Dice = 0.5/0.001

Most games have a min BTC bet of 0.001 because that's the standard credit size. Slots has the lowest min bet at 0.0001 Credit sizes.
