Well my mystery deposit of only 0.4 BTC's I think will end the use of this site. Only because if theres a problem with your company, I shouldnt have to lose money, The system crashed, I literally emailed u after 2 confirmations saying this is weird, apparently it went somewhere else, I dunno but the appropriate action is to reimburse me, I'm sorry something happened with your site, but it wasn't my fault. But now I cant get an email response. Im gonna go to the real casino tonight, where there are people you can talk to and gamble away my money, not just give it away.

But the same thing just happened at Bitzino, hopefully they do the right thing and thankfully i didn't lose any money, only my winnings. I doubt it but who knows.

Sorry to hear that you somehow feel cheated from our site. I have already responded to this issue by email, but I can respond here as well.

Your claim is that you deposited 0.48547966 BTC to your deposit address, 19dhLorMzvL9D9dFtJEan8HH1ChLPPVa7F, and never got the credits.

1) I checked the transaction log on our database, and it shows that transaction d6fe76132dd92bb55124f9c10fa7f9eb88e93f370ffa46146a0ff7a498f72207 has been processed, and that the credits have been applied to your account.

2) I manually checked the blackjack log for your account. It shows that about 22 hours after you deposited those credits, you played blackjack with a starting balance of 0.4855 BTC. Your balance before then was a little over zero. This sudden jump in your balance is explained by your deposit being credited to your account. You then played 14 games of blackjack with these credits.

This, in our opinion, is pretty solid evidence that your account was credited the full amount.

Is it possible that you played games with this account but simply forgot? Is it possible that your account_key somehow was compromised, and someone else played the games?

Our house edge is 0.5% or less for all games. For blackjack it’s only 0.4%. No other Bitcoin casino has a house edge as small as ours. We therefore simply cannot give people free Bitcoins if there isn't a legitimate reason.

Here's the min/bax Bets in Bitcoin for every game. Game = Max/Min

Video Poker = 0.25/0.001
Blackjack = 1.0/0.001
Roulette = 0.5/0.001
Craps = 0.25/0.001
Keno = 0.025/0.001
Slots = 0.2/0.0001
Dice = 0.5/0.001

Most games have a min BTC bet of 0.001 because that's the standard credit size. Slots has the lowest min bet at 0.0001 Credit sizes.
