its happen to many sites as you playing free you are winning too much and as you deposit and playing for real very soon you are out of money I am not blaming any one but mostly this happen

I think I get what you're saying... thing is, I didn't use the freebie coins, those were all mine.

It seems that bet size is highly correlated with win probability. We should all start plotting our hand outcomes and expose em all! lol

I put way too much money into this place.

The losing streaks in the slots since downtime have been horrendous. Like, 6-7 spins without a single credit back, and an extremely noticeable pattern of diminishing returns. Prior to the downtime, the games had a sort of self-sustaining nature where you would break even and go up or down, based on what seemed like chance, in a gradual manner. I'm basing this on about 48-72 hours of playing in the time period before the sudden drop, and 12+ hours since the drop.

Now, it's essentially a free fall. I don't feel comfortable putting any more money into a system that has had such a marked swing in results, inexplicably. It doesn't make sense, mathematically, that a game which was roughly ~50:50 with a slight house edge would turn into a ~20:80 (over a very large number of games/dollars i.e. hundreds, too, not a limited sample- played almost exclusively the smallest bet size), it's just not probable- even given the amnesiac nature of chance. In terms of probability, it should stay within 5-10% of the linear regression based on house edge, measured over a large number of results, with some arbitrary number of outliers present (due to chance).

I kind of wish I had the data to plot. Hindsight is 20/20.

edit: I don't mean to imply that the site is a scam. I have observer bias, I lost a good chunk of money over an extremely short period of time and it wouldn't be fair or reasonable to draw that sort of dramatic conclusion without concrete data. I do find it highly unusual that 1000 credits on slots would last anywhere from 20~45 minutes before, and now it's consistently 5-10 minutes, without any changes in strategy or bet size. Perhaps in the occasional 1000 credit cycle there would be this sort of deviation, but not 4 or 5 cycles in a row, with each cycle involving 50+ spins and each deviance being of the same magnitude and direction. Even "random" systems develop patterns over time, based on what is "under the hood". There's something in the design that isn't truly random or 49.5x.

The progressive jackpots build up as more people play the games. If a player is playing 0.0001 BTC slots, then only the 0.0001 BTC jackpot will increase.
Do you think this is the best way? The size of the jackpot in the traditional online casinos (NetEnt) is independent of the amount bet.

I think we have to do it this way so that it is fair for everyone that plays, regardless of how much they bet. If someone plays 0.05 BTC video poker and contributes to the pool, it should not be possible for someone playing 0.0001 BTC to win everything that was contributed. If there was only one jackpot in video poker, it would result in everyone only playing 0.0001 BTC games, since that would have the best expected return.

We have been mulling over the idea of having separate credit sizes in other games, such as blackjack and roulette, with separate jackpots and table limits. This way you can play 0.0001 BTC credits and win a smaller jackpot, or choose 0.01 BTC credits for a shot at the big one. In blackjack you can now bet 10,000 credits at 0.0001 BTC, which is getting pretty cumbersome. Maybe 100 credits @ 0.01 BTC would be more manageable by users.

I understand, but the max payout on keno is 50 btc for 0.001 btc bet and 25 btc for 0.005 bet now.

Yeah, this is because many more people play 0.001 BTC Keno, so the jackpot has grown very big. There's nothing we can do to change this. People may still want to play 0.005 BTC Keno since they will get bigger prizes in general.

You will win 3X on the base payout for all jackpots. 8 balls would pay 120*3, 9 balls would pay 500*3, and 10 balls would pay 1000*3. If you hit all ten balls, it is always guaranteed that your last ball will hit, so a 10 ball hit will always pay 3X.

The extra credits that have been contributed to the three progressive jackpots is not tripled. We can't pay triple on that, since we'd then be paying out more than has been originally contributed to the jackpot. So if you hit 10 numbers, you win 1000*3 credits (triple bonus) + 50025 credits from the progressive jackpot contribution.

Hi,

My balance went from about 150 credits to 8.5. What's going on? then it bounced down to 4.5 credits. Please restore my balance.

username is: e04bfd5988

now it's down to 0.5 credits.

I took a look at your account.

The deposit address address for your account is 135ggUCjiVLKsYseqe3oYRJGsCWPyTM5LQ.

https://blockchain.info/address/135ggUCjiVLKsYseqe3oYRJGsCWPyTM5LQ

From checking out the blockchain, I can see that your deposits came from 17xEmQ4vHDxMjDzQRVy6RowPPTse8YGpa9. So we can assume that this is an address that you control.

The two withdrawals from your account have the following transaction IDs:

https://blockchain.info/tx/398aa044120e99301471af24b8e34f9e8d94a6fe021454737eb89814551fe4d5
https://blockchain.info/tx/7a7a20e0b302f9e640d9ca7ea29db4ac8fbb88aa67b100c57b27971fe7ce8263

From that information, you can see that the withdrawals were made to 17xEmQ4vHDxMjDzQRVy6RowPPTse8YGpa9. This is the same address that you used to make the deposits with.

So, what I'm having trouble understanding is how you could have made these deposits from your 17xEm address, and then made withdrawals to the same address, yet claim that you never made any withdrawals, nor ever got those Bitcoins. If your account had been hacked, surely the hacker would have decided to withdraw the coins to a different address, right?

I also see from the games of blackjack that you were playing, each game typically took about 3 to 7 seconds to play. This seems consistent with the time it takes to play a game of blackjack. However, when the withdrawal happened, there was a 52 second delay until you played your next game of blackjack. This would be consistent with you spending about a minute filling out the withdrawal dialog, making the withdrawal, and then continuing to play more blackjack.

Am I looking at this incorrectly somehow? With all of this evidence that I have presented to you, I can only see that you, personally, withdrew Bitcoins to the same account where you made the initial deposit. Is there some other interpretation of this information that you can present to me? If so, I would be more than happy to look into this issue further.

it should be 5000*3 + 50025, because 5 coins, right?

so I have been playing around on the blackjack both manual play and auto play...

a few thoughts on the auto play

don't understand why it doesn't split 8's against 10

when splitting aces, the one time I had this hand on auto play it played each ace independently and even resplit when the first hand got another ace...on manual play it just auto'ed one card to each ace and played out dealer hand...seems like a bug in auto play

the auto play doesn't dbl an 11 against a 10 showing..which is a strange choice for whoever programmed the auto play

I hate how the game does not automatically end when dealer has BJ, allowing player to play while dealer has BJ is not a good rule.. Tongue

I do like the software overall....

First off, we were recently quoted in a great article about security in Bitcoin Gambling by Patrick O'neill for DailyDot. Read it here. http://www.dailydot.com/business/bitcoin-gambling-just-dice-video-casino/

Secondly, always check and make sure the url you're playing on is https://bitcoinvideocasino.com/. If the address bar has anything different, do not deposit coins and do not play. To avoid security issues, go to https://bitcoinvideocasino.com/ and bookmark the URL. This is your secret url which contains access to your bankroll. Don't share it, don't take screenshots showing it, and keep it safe!

So I decided to give the Slots another chance; a fair chance (screw Dice - reserved for those who have strategy). Anyway, since coins went down a bit, I invested a little bit more for play, and I must say:

Continuous roller-coaster... a fun ride indeed. Never in the same direction for too long. I'm not just writing this review because I walked away for more coins than I came to the table with (which hasn't happened in a long time!), but I could play this for hours! Now if only I could win the Jackpot  Tongue
