Looks like scammers are getting even more and more desperate. Well, it was kind of strategical to refer to you as John: according to howmanyofme.com, there are 5,207,467 Johns in the US, 99.63 percent of which are male. Since the male population comparing to women in these forums is pretty high, guessing you are a male was the best choice.

Well, this post of mine could be substantial. I give you advice and it contains several sentences. Grin

Well he responded now, but he could've just dropped a severed body part or his own body on the mouse while it's hovering over the Refresh button.

You need 1 substantial post and 4 hours passed after that I think. Or is it 4 hours spent on the forums.

it's amazing how some people could get burned time after time, yet they never learn.. and persist to commit the same mistakes they've made. i'm probably naturally gullible so i had to learn how to question everything.

I find that, on average, 'gullible' people have nicer characters Smiley
Well, in most cases, they (or we) are, sometimes we try to suppress it though, as it get in the way of making the right business decisions. Cry

Pics or it didn't happen
I second that. Ask your wife to take pics. Cheesy

I try to look at everything as a scam, until it's confirmed it isn't. Saves you from some trouble, that's for sure.

i think that then becomes a problem too. being neutral is probably the best, but i often tend to look at things as scams as well. being that cynical does have purposes, but it just makes you a much more negative thinker.
Well, I find my way the only way not to get burned as I'm quite gullible unless I use the method mentioned before.

Played the game long time ago. Hardly even remember any particular detail about it, but I don't recall it being anything like cryptocurrencies. Maybe it's just my memory though.

Strongly connected though.

"Don't trust anyone" is the only foolproof rule to protect you from getting scammed. Doesn't work for the other party though.

You can hear all the advice in the world, but the only real way to learn in life is to fail.

I got scammed out of $800 last week. Peanuts compared to 8.5BTC but it still stung because every dollar counts when you are starting out. Luckily, this "kid" was just saving up to travel and doesn't have a wife and kids that are starving. He will be fine.

Also, if he is seriously desperate, have him make a youtube video showing his face, and showing the transactions and all that crap. He might get something out of it.
The video idea sounds good, though anything can be acted out.
