6181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the year 2100 on: June 28, 2016, 02:20:17 AM
i don't sure bitcoin still alive in 2100 to be honest,a new technology will be found to replace the older technology maybe another digital currency which better than crypto or even have better system than blockchain will appear
6182  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: June 27, 2016, 11:55:32 AM
decreasing again today and i think it's because Hashocean issue. But i will not sell my bitcoins now, because i'm sure it will increase again soon.
hashocean have nothing to do with the price as their always holding the bitcoin which they gather from scamming,if it were because hashocean the price should rising because people losing bitcoin and trying to restore again,no bitcoin to sell from those whose investing on hashocean i do say
they just out of wallet
6183  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin DUMP! on: June 27, 2016, 11:41:43 AM
Bitcoin is being dumped real hard. What do you think it is happening to cause such a downturn? Anything related to Ethereum, cause it keeps getting up...

not that hard,it's natural,if bitcoin price was too stable, the market will getting slow as people don't have chance to make profit from it,sometimes when price rising, bitcoin need time to get into the stable position
6184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Anonymous Enough For You? on: June 27, 2016, 11:31:27 AM
Would you, if asked, personally consider Bitcoin anonymous enough for your needs? Does it lack privacy features? Would you consider Bitcoin anonymous, semi-anonymous or transparent?

Do you want an anonymous crypto currency?
Yes i find my bitcoin wallet anonymous. I can donate without knowing thats me,. But you can be located by the professional hackers , But still its anonymous for me

Bitcoin wallet anonymous is a great feature for donators (who dont want to disclose the identity), and gamblers (who dont want to show themselves ) and those who want to involve in illegal activities.
there's no such thing lol,the transaction still can be traced through blockchain explorer so even invisible wallet will result useless as it only get your wallet invisible not your address
6185  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HashOcean reviews on: June 27, 2016, 11:27:46 AM
Hey guys check this out http://hashocean.co.uk/rating/index.html

Hashocean back online?new domain?HuhHuh
i guess this is a scampage,as seen so many people have joined to the hashocean so when it go down people will get panick, the owner will spread the information about new domain ,so,many people will be trapped, simple as that
6186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet is Watching on: June 27, 2016, 11:24:08 AM
it's mean you don't have permission to take control of bitcoin address, maybe the app consider you as not the original owner so give you limited access
why don't try to switch to multibit again?
backup privkey, delete address, and restore address maybe work
6187  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: TopMine is dead! on: June 27, 2016, 04:46:37 AM
Huh.

I see the supposedly "good and paying" cloud mining sites are dropping one by one.

They were all probably owned by the same person or group of people, who decided they made enough off their scam and closed up before they were found out to just be a ponzi as everyone (with a brain) claimed.
that's right see how the hashocean's owner could gather thousands of btc if he were scamming from 1 site, this would take an age so he just making another same site with same scheme,it's really easy to be figured out by their website theme if people just smart enough
6188  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Steam accepting btc - will it affect the forum market? on: June 26, 2016, 10:19:24 PM
Steam is just anticipating that people will be curious and will be aware about bitcoin because of the halving news thats why they added it atleast a month ago. Business you know. Wink
i think not,the news about bitcoin halving is not that loud, steam just figured out some BTC API which can exchange the BTC to fiat directly so there's no problem against the bitcoin fluctuating characteristic
6189  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Topmine and Hashocean are down! on: June 26, 2016, 10:09:06 PM
in less than 2 months 3 Disguised sites miners fall,

CLDMINE, TOPMINE and HASHOCEAN are down ... would be all coincidental? or because being near the halving alleged mining companies do not have more profit? Does anyone believe any mining as genesis mining? it will be that these scams will affect the image of bitcoin?
no,bitcoin halving just out of their problem list, they just fulfil their aimed target so the website is unnecessary now, they need a brand new cloud mining (ponzi) site to scam again
6190  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hashocean-More than 3mln USD made on: June 26, 2016, 10:04:10 PM
Cloud mining sites are getting shutdown scamming people one by one these days. First one was cldmine and now well known hashocean, they offer 100% roi on 2 months which is enough for me to get far from them as even real mining can't give that much return with current difficulty and upcoming halving.
their shutdown just already planned and after shutdown a new brand cloud mining site will appear and their missionaries will spread it around
so people would get interested to join this ponzi scheme and end up losing, and this will be retried again and again
6191  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Read this! It might be a revamped hashocean!!! on: June 26, 2016, 10:01:29 PM
it's very common, those mining sites always rebranding themselves right after turning into scam, and people still stubborn to get into this ponzi scheme, people will not stop until losing big, experience cost so much sometimes
6192  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: June 26, 2016, 08:10:46 AM
i'm sure bitcoin will be less popular so many people come to bitcoin just to take advantage of its fluctuation characteristic in order to make some profit
if the price stable, trader would exchange their bitcoin to alt,but will not giving affect to bitcoin that much
6193  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Unauthorized Activity On my BlockChain Account Need Help / Tips. on: June 26, 2016, 08:06:01 AM
it's just double spend transaction, when it being noticed by the network it'll rejected so the funds which alreaded added on your wallet will be removed again and back to the sender, but if you're really worried, why not simply make a new wallet and move your funds?
6194  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Best online wallet on: June 26, 2016, 08:00:32 AM
i think safest wallet is depends to people using it because i use different type of wallet like xapo i use it to when i claiming on faucets because if where using xapo it will go directly to the wallet and for withdrawing my btc i use coins.ph because it is the mose reliable wallet provider in my country where i can cashout my bitcoins in banks or remmitance center here.
I always use desktop wallet, but I am in search of online wallet as I do not carry my lap top in my official trips. I'd like to try coinbase it is secure I heard from people I've known.
Any suggestions on best mobile wallet with latest security protections?.
i would simply reccommend XAPO since their customer service is quite active compared blockchain.info, but still coinbase is better than xapo, just make sure you're enabling double authentication so if your wallet funds are lost, simply ask the customer for responsibility
6195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Are Just Too Stupid to Use Bitcoin Right Now on: June 25, 2016, 09:53:22 PM
It's not just that people just don't like change (unless it's the coin kind).  Heck I can't get my Mom away from rotary phones not alone use a new kind of money for things.

that's normal, people are used to old things and even afraid of new technologies, they used old phone for example for 20 years and they won't go to new phone in days

same with bitcoin, we use fiat for ages now and it will be very, very hard to make people change to bitcoin because it is still new to them

Bitcoin is only for speculation and fiat for real world purposes. Bitcoin confirmations take so much time. imagine people trying to pay groceries in rush hour super market with bitcoin...

Bitcoin has a system that is best, in my opinion the level of confirmation in any transaction is very normal and it will not negatively affect. So the problem of confirmation in the bitcoin wouldn't be bad for us in the future. because it is now experiencing an increase in the number of bitcoin transactions.

If you are talking about the delay in confirmation time then its not a big deal as it will be resolved in coming years, and if you hold coins then you should surely spend those coins.
even the current "bottleneck" problem on confirmation will be resolved in the coming years still need a time to get confirmed avg ~ 5 - 10 minutes
confirmation is part of blockchain system and can't be removed
6196  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are the best VPS services that accept bitcoin? on: June 25, 2016, 09:43:26 PM
for the stability i would reccommend vultr, seems they're big company and proffesional on it even they ever cloning the digital ocean interface but HostUs seems worth a try since it's currently tagged as the best vps provider in lowendtalk forum
6197  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you like to receive your salary in BTC? on: June 25, 2016, 09:41:17 PM
bitcoin prices sometimes in a short time can rise very high, also can go down very far. what happens when you receive a salary in the form of bitcoin, and when the prices fall so far? it is quite risky. so I prefer to keep using fiat.
Lol if you're afraid fluctuations you only need to directly convert it to a fiat directly. you can use the help Coinbase to put your money to a paypal or bank. very simple right ? Cheesy
so what's your point receiving salary in bitcoin then? why don't simply receive it in form of fiat rather than bitcoin if at the end the bitcoin will be exchanged to fiat again lol, you're wasting your effort and time
6198  Economy / Economics / Re: The Islamic State want to create a gold coin on: June 25, 2016, 09:39:34 PM
They might be able to mint their own currency if they took over a government.  Anything else, it would just be a medal (as in numismatics).  They certainly could create their own cryptocurrency, though it would be a failure outside their own shitty organization.  Most altcoins are complete failures, and being attached to ISIS would be a death sentence.
not sure the goldcoin they mean is kind of cryptocurrency or it's literally a coin made from gold, otherwise they can buy gold from elsewhere with their oil, because as i know ISIS rather aiming an area which have oil miner than a poor area
6199  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do Hashocean company will close on: June 25, 2016, 09:35:24 PM
that'll be happen, eventually they'll going to collapse or they just reached their target to gather/steal money as much as they can from this ponzi and website will be down, simple as that, just look back to ltcgear or anything similiar
6200  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has anyone actually seen (even in pics) hashocean's datacenters? on: June 25, 2016, 07:11:37 AM
For those who are concerned if I really did get my deposit back: Yes, down to the last decimal point.

Based on their transaction, I was pretty surprised they're in control of more than a few thousand BTC.
try to send an amount of bitcoin from an exchanger just like coinbase or xapo,if you're lucky enough, your requested btc will be sent to your address from an address which contain hundred of btc,but don't sure hashocean just use this method
