5381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I use Bitcoin ??? on: November 20, 2016, 07:53:31 AM
The most fundamental thing is to facilitate financial transactions that I did. the rest is to make the system of the world economy could be controlled by everyone, so that someday no such thing as rich countries and poor countries. all of them equally.
well actually making rich countries and poor countries equal is a bit too much,it's indeed can be done but very hard, and if the world economy could be controlled by everyone doesn't mean everyone can be rich, someone may take advantage of others
as what i know from how this world work, there must be an oppsite of a thing, such as rich is the oppsite of poor and will always exist, and equal doesn't mean receiving thing at the same amount
5382  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is better for bitcoin future? Mass adoption or huge price increase? on: November 20, 2016, 07:17:08 AM
Both are important, as mass adoption would allow more demand for bitcoins which will automatically become the reason for higher prices, and if higher prices are there already, others might take a dip of their salaries into bitcoins to take advantage of trading its volatility.

I do agree with your statement and both  goes hand in hand in my opinion. As the law of supply and demand goes, more demand means high prices of bitcoin. We already know that bitcoin has a fixed number only in circulation.
actually both huge price increase and mass adoption have its relation, mass adoption will bring huge price increase and if that's the case, there no "which one is better" because choosing one of both means choosing both
even if huge price increases didn't mean mass adoption, people still getting interested by its price rising and see this as some sort of worthy investment
5383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Fiat Digital currency is coming to Chinese people. on: November 20, 2016, 07:14:09 AM
really agree with "Anti-corruption With Blockchain Tech" hope my government could implement it too
the reason why i'd really agree with this is because as you see from example when some ICO project got pretty decent amount of bitcoin which is about thousands and after the ICO ends, the investor could always watch where the funds will be moved, hence they could asking what's going on with the fund and the reason of movement,it could prevent corruption at 100% rate indeed
5384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to the transaction fee? on: November 20, 2016, 07:06:58 AM

Transaction fees has become a serious issue and for this same reason people are using wallets like xapo or directbet casino wallet because they don't charge fees. Actually this was a major reason why sites those chain based games were closed since people can not bear so much fees
yeah that's the hassle of using chain based games, can't store the bitcoin on the account's balance therefore paying fees for every transaction,it's not going to be a problem when the value of bitcoin is just about $500 but now it's about $700 and maybe will be going to the moon
even though if we're using it for only usual transaction the fees still can be considered as normal
5385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For what was Bitcoin created? on: November 20, 2016, 06:58:29 AM
it was created because it is trustless that is writed on paper by satoshi, he want to make a trustless system, but people use it also for anonimity, both are good reason to use bitcoin instead of fiat money which are heavily tracked and controlled
if you're reffering to fiat money especially if it's paper money i guess you have made a mistake by saying it's heavily tracked,it's actually can't be tracked but only being controlled by the government, bitcoin is much more easily to be traced than tracing the use of paper money
5386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: November 20, 2016, 06:55:26 AM
I think bitcoin able to buy drugs, I once read an article on the internet that bitcoin is used in the deep web. but for me, I am not using bitcoin to bad activities. I am using bitcoin in daily life and good activities.
yeah, through a dark marketplace,it's named silkroad but now thing there just had been seized by united states if i'm not mistaken, website had been blocked and the whole bitcoin in silkroad's storage also had been seized, just don't buy drugs, it will eventually destroy your life
5387  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nobody is talking about the reason for this rise! on: November 17, 2016, 02:46:28 PM
Well i guess the strongest reason is because Donald Trump getting elected, the value of dollar is falling even they could restore its power immediately within few days but still, bitcoin's price could rising because of it,maybe the effect of this are continuously affecting bitcoin until now
but i'd point out the main factor above all,the demand is increased
5388  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: November 17, 2016, 11:40:46 AM
Loans are really risky but not for the borrower, obviously the risk is on the lender as borrower will not choose to pay if he is not a good payer. There are many scammers online so we need to be careful if we plan to have this kind of business. I would not recommend so, because the risk does not commensurate the income.
I think lending is good business to grow bitcoin, of course there is a risk that is always there, but the risk can be minimized by requiring a high assurance, so that if they do not pay you still have that assurance
if the loans business were using bitcoin as the main currency then i guess there's no assurance to cover this since it's using cryptocoin,if that so then assurance is useless in this case, the risk of losing money on loan is just worth it if you calculate with the profit you will get
5389  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: November 17, 2016, 11:03:32 AM
Those panic sellers just looking for profits, the price reached $700 and I thought they have been planned to sell their coins at that price.
However, the price increasing so good today and we will reach $800 soon, and they will going sell coins again, lol.
i think the definition of panic sellers are those traders who getting easily baited by troller and when the price of some coin which they were invested falling even just a little, they're blindly selling to avoid losing even though it make the condition of the market even worse,if they're selling when the price just reached the highest or because the price were high enough,it's definitely not a panic sellers but a sellers who take advantages of the situation
5390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EBay and Bitcoin on: November 17, 2016, 10:59:29 AM
Some reasons behind lack of eBay bitcoin adoption:

1. PayPal is owned by eBay - and both these companies are not here necessarily to make world a better place but to gain profits.
Introducing bitcoin payments on eBay would cut their profits rather substantially (sellers are paying fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).

2. There are more than 192 million PayPal's accounts active worldwide. Meanwhile bitcoin is used by less than 10 million people.

3. You need chargeback option on eBay. Bitcoin is not giving you that.

the only reason is the number 3 because it is the crucial part of buying something online from a random person and also the fact that not enough people are using bitcoin.

the amount of fees you are paying with bitcoin (which is a lot less than any other method of payment) is enough to encourage anyone to start using bitcoin but sadly some people fail to see this.
nah ebay actually must create some sort of escrow inside their commercial website rather than just counting on transaction's chargeback,it will more beneficial for both buyers and sellers and also decreasing the amount of someone getting scammed by fraudster, charge back is not really effective by the way
5391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 17, 2016, 10:56:11 AM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?
What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

Bitcoin has a great opportunity to rise than any stock available (also go down).

It's easier to gamble in Bitcoin than any other currency or method.

Anonymity, untraceable (depending on you), fewer fees to pay. Plenty more actually, you just have to research.
you have made a mistake on your post above by saying anonymity and untraceable, bitcoin is actually and "honestly" traceable & pseudo-anonymous
every of your transaction will be saved on blockchain and can be accessed everytime through blockchain explorer and seems will never deleted forever, how it can be untraceable?
well unless you use some sort of services which make your transaction untraceable
5392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if...Satoshi Nakamoto suddenly burns 1 million bitcoins? on: November 17, 2016, 10:52:53 AM
ehh not sure about it , but I think the price won't go down since satoshi's coins are considered by many people burnt at the moment
so probably the price would stay the same or it would go up , in the long run there will be less coins available for the public which should increase the price
"if" he does it the price will go up,burning 1 million of bitcoins mean decreasing the stock of bitcoin while the demands still remain the same
i guess the price will go up drastically and for sure will affect the whole bitcoin world or even altcoins, but that seems too imaginary to be actually happen
5393  Economy / Economics / Re: Chandler Guo : "Bitcoin could reach 1 million dollar" on: November 16, 2016, 09:49:30 AM
If this will happen then everyone of us will be riches.. but I think it will take a lot of years before it does. For now, I'm hoping that it would reach $1000 and that is fine with me.
before saying "everyone of us will be rich" then you should think how much of us are holding bitcoin until the price just reach 1 million dollars
people are always need to pay for their monthly needs and no guarantee "everyone of us" could hold for a long time
5394  Economy / Economics / Re: possible government regulations? on: November 16, 2016, 09:32:14 AM
No I do not think there will be any regulations to be honest because its something they cannot forbid and its also becoming bigger and bigger and its good for the economy in my eyes.

Yeah it's true that bitcoin community is getting bigger everyday and we are also hopijg that no government will interfere with us otherwise there will be such a lot of changes and maybe even our freedom in bitcoin will taken away.

I am also against the government cryptocurrency control. Knowing the government's methods, I'm sure it's no good will not. While some see this as a positive. And they say that since the Government recognizes Bitcoin
don't need to worry, bitcoin system is decentralized,it will can't be controlled by the government unless government are owning the majority of coins and even having majority of mining powers, otherwise the control is not fully functional and useful to do anything
5395  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how can i safe from scamer members.. on: November 16, 2016, 09:28:53 AM
Dont get cheated by blindly trusting others. For trading, use Escrow which is always safe.Otherwise, you would loose to an unknown person.Especially dont trust newbies.
Always using escrow is a must but I don't think is enough to not trust newbies since you can buy accounts in the forum the lesson must be don't trust anyone period.
definitely, it doesn't matter how high the rank of the person are, they still have the potential to scam, especially if it's about a big money
encouraging to use escrow is a good advice but i just remind you to be sure to use only reputed escrow and had been proven good on its service
little fees doesn't really matter if it can keep your money safe
5396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: November 16, 2016, 09:18:19 AM
It's funny how many people use web wallets, blockchain.info specially, I think it's because a lot of people don't have much coins and don't have to worry about lose.

Paper wallet and Multibit Smiley

Paper wallets are the best way to keep good ammounts!
from my opinion, they need the simplicity and the features which could help them accessing their own wallet from anywhere since it's web wallet, regardless of its security which is actually not that poor but actually not good either, people just want to use thing which seems easy to use
5397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could there be a law on stolen bitcoins? on: November 16, 2016, 09:12:12 AM
Since bitcoin is pseudonymous so I think making law will go in vain because it would be hard to detect nad find those criminals. They would use VPN, and special proxy settings along with other security  to access internet and no one would able to find them. But less skilled one will get caught.
you don't know the actual meaning of pseudo-anonymous do you?
here's the some explanation
Quote
Pseudo-anonymity is the appearance – but not the reality--of anonymity online.
so the law will not go in vain, actually every of bitcoin's transactions can be traced by using blockchain explorer and those transactions history can't be deleted,it will stay forever
5398  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do you know when a site tries to scam you? on: November 15, 2016, 11:15:59 AM
I recently was browsing through some bitcoin services and I noticed some scammy practices. Some of fraudulent sites I checked had nice "About Us" section.
They posted names and pictures of the their staff and short description. I smelled something fishy is going on there and after brief search I found the pictures of 'their staff' used on other sites as well.
Details, such as position and name were changed of course.
that's definitely stock photos which can be purchased widely in stock website, that's shady practice of scamming people through out taking advantage from the lack of knowledge and the lazyness of people for not having an investigation before investing, just need a smart step to checking it out and you can avoid any of these sites and such kind
5399  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying bitcoin online without ID verification? on: November 15, 2016, 11:11:15 AM
You can buy bitcoins on the internet and you dont need to verificate your id and that is only because they dont have to know who you are because bitcoins are not traceable so you dont need it for sure!
bitcoin are actually traceable and just found one topic in this forum which discussing about an exchanger that asking the source of the bitcoin which their client have been sent to the exchanger's wallet, and if you are going to buy bitcoin with paypal or credit card, knowing who you are is a "must" for the exchanger to avoid fraudster
5400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it bad form to be stingy on tansaction fees? on: November 15, 2016, 11:06:51 AM
I call it freedom, you decide how much you want to pay(and wait of course)

And far I know, miners can choose the minimum fee to process the transactions or not.
having freedom such as being really stingy on transaction fees even it's for the sake of your transaction speed and sacrificing the speed for only a cent is really not worth it for the freedom you mentioned, you're making yourself unpleased by having some freedom which is useless in this case
