621  Economy / Economics / Re: Your plans for 1st august? on: July 20, 2017, 07:25:51 AM
What are your plans currently and what are you planning to do before this date? sell everything? hodl no matter what? maybe try to profit from a chain split? I'm personally still confused and I'm not sure what to do, I prefer waiting to see what is the standpoint of more exchanges and services.
I have taken a decision to
622  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin is a rat poison? on: July 20, 2017, 06:20:42 AM
I think some person who might have suffered due to price fluctuation in bitcoin might have said these words. But it is not true.If we ask people who have progressed much in life due to bitcoins, they might say whether bitcoin is a rat poison or a cure for unemployed people.
623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How About this kind of "Physical Bitcoin"? on: July 20, 2017, 06:10:28 AM
A printable "Paper Bitcoin" that can be exchanged for goods and services would be a great idea?
Imagine people being able to have stack of paper Bitcoin and used them whenever they want.

The Paper coin could use barcode or some security features that can't be faked and can be verified with smartphones before they are accepted or exchanged.
Thas not a bad idea. But we must unerstand that there is no central governing body for bitcoins since it is a decentralized currency and so its practically not possible to print paper bitcoins because there should be some one to give assurance that they would pay in turn for the paper bitcoin.
624  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you give bitcoin as a wedding gift? on: July 20, 2017, 06:00:53 AM
Its really a good idea. The new couples would have got very much bored due to old gifts. This might be a change for them. They might get impressed by this gift.We could wish them their life to prosper as bitcoin's progress. It would be a great investment and it might giv them a huge return in their future.
625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: July 20, 2017, 05:48:30 AM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.
First you should explain them the benefits of bitcoins. They might not have any clear understanding about bitcoins.Thats why they could hate bitcoins.Otherwise, bankers were the only people who hate bitcoins.
626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should owners with BTC on Exchange do before Aug 1st? on: July 20, 2017, 05:45:49 AM
First you should know that when a hark fork occurs and a coin splits into two chains, the exchanges suspends withdrawal for 24 to 48 hours. Then only you would be able to withdraw your bitcoins. So i advice you to withdraw all your bitcoins and store them in a wallet in your pc.Don't do any transactions during august 1.If you follow these steps, then you need not have to worry about your bitcoins.
627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: July 20, 2017, 05:41:00 AM
What is bitcoin for you? Is it a chance or a scheme to get rich? Or is it actually to keep your wealth to yourself.
What lead you into bitcoin world and what's keeping you here?
Bitcoin is a life changer for me.It has given me financial freedom. No more boring jobs.I could earn now with bitcoins as much as i earned in my job.I have become now a full time trader in bitcoin.I have an idea of joining 21 BTC group in the future.
628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS THERE A CHANCE THAT BTC WILL BE CONTROLLED BY THE GOVERNMENT? on: July 20, 2017, 05:37:18 AM
Hi

how about if all currencies will be known worldwide or if it will be acknowledged in all countries even coming to become the currencies of the world, what will happen to the value of each currencies, or better yet what will be the impact. Are banks will be their first enemy?
Gracias!
No,since bitcoin is a decentralized currency, governments or no others could control bitcoin.Only thing they could do is that they could regulate usage of bitcoins in their countries by passing new laws making exchanges to provide details of bitcoin holders and their trades.

630  Economy / Marketplace / Re: how earn btc from online??? on: July 19, 2017, 02:56:31 PM

There is no such website which gives bitcoins freely. You have to work hard to earn either if you participate in a signature campaign or in trading. You may get few satoshis in some faucet sites but it would be just a waste of time.
631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Centralized! on: July 19, 2017, 12:04:29 PM
With the Segwit vs Segwit 2x debate, I have come to realize that there's is an attempt to hijack control of bitcoin. To me thats what Aug 1st is all about, POWER. Its really sad that we have come to this. Time will tell which team will come out victorious.
Its true that some have decided to activate segwit and its centralization of bitcoin. But its a good decision which was eagerly awaited by most of bitcoin investors so that transaction fee would get reduced and bitcoin price would go more.
632  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HELP: Bankers are conquering Uruguay. This could be the beginning of the End. on: July 19, 2017, 11:51:55 AM
I had read that Uruguay is called the Switzerland of South America, a progressive society, solid democracy, less corruption, citizens have the right to challenge and change constitutional laws. But like you mentioned for the international media, Uruguay might be a beautiful and peaceful social liberal paradise.

The point I am missing here is bitcoin isn't banned in Uruguay. In Localbitcoins you can find buy/sell through National bank transfer. As far as the banking system exists it would interfere with people's privacy and there is always a possibility of a banking crisis. With the points you mentioned, it looks like the Uruguayan government is trying to build a cashless society which is good.

It's physical money that is behind all the corruption, it should be suppressed, and electronic means of payment should be adopted for a cleaner and better economy.

Start a petition on change.org and if the citizens of Uruguay agree with your sentiments they will sign it, but I can't find a single logic how bitcoin donations are going to be helpful in this scenario. Mind explaining for what purpose these donations would be used for?
Yes,since bitcoin has not been banned in your country. So you could use localbitcoins to convert your bitcoins into cash. The same con dition which your country faces is being faced in india. But government is insisting to do that and has not yet forced.May be they could start to force here after.

Only bankers have hatred towards bitcoin as they think bitcoin as their main rival. If other people hate bitcoin, then they would have not understood clearly about bitcoin. We would have to explain them the benefits of bitcoin and how bitcoin has freed people from banking sectors.
634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: July 19, 2017, 11:17:26 AM
It was in earlier stages when bitcoin usage was mainly dependent on the dark markets where bitcoin was mainly used for buying illegal items. But things have changed now and bitcoin has investor base all over the world and it is used for all purposes.Nowadays, bitcoin is used as an investment rather than as a currency.
635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how many country recently accept btc? on: July 19, 2017, 11:11:33 AM

636  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Being Unemployed Drives People to go to Bitcoin on: July 19, 2017, 11:04:02 AM
Even i too suddenly lost my job in Dubai and had to return india. But thank god,i was already familiar with bitcoin at that time and so i started to invest some money in bitcoin and did trading. At the same time,i also participated in signature campaigns. Now i am earning what i got as salary before and i would love to stay in bitcoin itself.
637  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: July 18, 2017, 12:34:56 PM
as i am a newbie.. i know nothing about trading... what should i do to start trading and multiply my btc.. guys please help me
Just read about crypto coins in websites and blogs to get a general idea about crypto coins. Then invest a little amount in a coin, mostly in older coins to be safe.Learn to read price charts to know the price movement of that coin. Then fix a certain percentage like 5 or 10% and sell your coins when you reach your profit limit.Do this process continuously and you would gain good experience.
638  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins are all down, so how do traders make their earnings? on: July 18, 2017, 12:23:27 PM

640  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the next big increase in bitcoin? on: July 18, 2017, 12:07:02 PM
Bitcoin price has started to recover from the fall which occured due to panic selling by newbies due to fear of hard fork. Now,its price is $2270 and soon it would cross $2500.Ony panic sellers are the losers who have once again lost their bitcoins to big whales at a cheaper price.
