101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Media is negative about Bitcoin? on: May 20, 2018, 07:28:02 PM
Why Media is negative about Bitcoin?
Whenever a government announces to regulate bitcoin or cryptocurrency or whenever BTC price is in downfall, most of the media start to warn everyone not purchase or invest in Bitcoins.
Do you see that, dont you?
Media is mostly influenced by big corporate guys and we know that most of the wall street companies suffer from bitcoin and so they try their best to spread negative news about bitcoin.
102  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why is Male more engaged in Bitcome than Female? on: May 20, 2018, 07:23:20 PM
I have seen an interesting statics about the demographic on bitcoin users. There is very one that is very intriguing, the pie graph that show the Person engaged in Bitcoin by gender. The graph shows only 5 % on the total are female. Does this show that MEN are moreof a risk taker than women? Or that MEN are more impulsive than WOMEN?

What do you think Guys?

Please see link here.

Its quite natural that men being the breadwinner of the home mostly, they search for more earning opportunities and hence they come across New earning opportunities like bitcoin.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: No Time Left, Time To Move Away From The Dollar on: May 20, 2018, 10:43:06 AM
Russia and China have been trying from years ago to just boycott USD and trade in between them in their own currencies.Iran came as a third partner in this situation and it was ready to sell crude oil for local currency instead of USD.Now more countries are in the same idea to move away from USD and use their own national currencies.
104  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think "new" Alt coins & "Blockchain" based coins are good or bad for BTC? on: May 20, 2018, 10:05:51 AM
I think that its good for bitcoin because more people who don't even know about bitcoin but about the company which is going to launch new coins.By this way,the word about bitcoin would spread sooner thereby increasing its demand and price.
105  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the major factors that affect the bitcoin price? on: May 20, 2018, 09:40:38 AM
Definitely demand and supply had been considered as a major factor in deciding the bitcoin price. But nowadays, the market FUD has been playing a major role in deciding the fate of bitcoin. Its this fud which big whales had been using from the beginning to promote panic selling.

106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After FB, now Twitter. Is there any effect to us and what should we do? on: May 20, 2018, 07:08:13 AM
Don't put any money into the contemptible shite that depends on these types of ads and you're golden.

In case you hadn't noticed Bitcoin still lorded over everything without one single advertisement.
Exactly bitcoin has succeeded to run first without any ads but we should also consider that not all the crypto coins are equal to bitcoin. They need enough ads to reach people otherwise they would have to just exit the market being unnoticed.
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can 'Stable Coins' Address Cryptocurrencies' Biggest Weakness? on: May 20, 2018, 06:50:40 AM
While cryptocurrencies can be used to break through traditional payment barriers, one major problem remains — price volatility. Stable coins, while imperfect and liable to fraud and manipulation, could be an answer.

https://www.thestreet.com/investing/bitcoin/stable-coins-cryptocurrency-biggest-weakness-14592209
But stable coins would not be welcomed by every one since most of the people prefer crypto coins to gain more profits due to its volatile nature and stable coins would not be able to sustain in the market for a long time.
108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cobra's open letter to the Bitcoin community to change the mining algorithm on: May 20, 2018, 06:43:57 AM
Definitely its a matter of serious concern.Already we have faced some critical situations in which some big chinese mining pools deliberately supported BCH and tried to make bitcoin transactions get stuck either by shifting hash power to ine BCH or by sending fake transactions.

Some steps must have to be taken to free bitcoin from both bitmain and china.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is a good time to switch off from the crypto market on: May 20, 2018, 06:35:24 AM
Crypto market is now the ever booming market providing huge amounts of profits to the investors, most governments starting to approve it and big companies even institutional companies entering the market by launching their own coin. This market has great scope and only unwise people would take such a decision to leave this market.
110  Economy / Economics / Re: No Time Left, Time To Move Away From The Dollar on: May 13, 2018, 11:54:30 PM
China and Russia have been trying to avoid USD for years and now,i think that they have succeeded by getting crude oil from Iran with their own currencies.Tgey are even trying to add some more countries in their group in the war against USD.
111  Economy / Economics / Re: Buffet, Munger and Gates Denounce Bitcoin on: May 13, 2018, 11:50:57 PM
Yes they just want to spread negativity against bitcoin. They have already tried this tactic and they feel that normal people are all fools and they could be easily influenced every time.
112  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What was the $price of [btc] on the day of your joining BitCoinTalk? on: May 13, 2018, 11:45:50 PM
When i first entered bitcoin market almost during April 2016,its price was just 650 dollars and we experienced a bear market at that time and we expected bitcoin price to fall down to 550 dollars. But all of a sudden, during January 1st of 2017, bitcoin price crossed 1,000 dollars and it was a great news at that time.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China and Bitcoin taking vows again? on: May 13, 2018, 11:35:24 PM

114  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which BTC wallet to use? on: May 13, 2018, 11:32:29 PM
Greetings,
Do you guys know what is the best wallet for bitcoin? I've never had a crypto-wallet yet. I have a bank account, though. In banks, cash remittance is unlimited and pretty fast, but service fee is pretty high. Is there a wallet with fast cash remittance and minimum service fee for remittance?
You could use Electrum wallet which is safe and secure You could send even very huge amounts with very low transaction fee.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why bitcoin won't last long (which are you afraid of?) on: May 13, 2018, 11:29:38 PM
After surfing through the good side of BItcoin I was asked to give reasons why bitcoin won't last by a friend I searched through the web and found the following

1: Exposure to Bitcoin-Specific Scams and Fraud.
2: Black Market Activity May Damage Reputation and Usefulness.
3: Susceptible to High Price Volatility.
4: No Chargebacks or Refunds.
5: Potential to Be Replaced by Superior Cryptocurrency.
6:Environmental Ills of Bitcoin Mining.
7: Bitcoins Are Not Widely Accepted.
8: Wallets Can Be Lost.
9: Risk of Unknown Technical Flaws
10: No Physical Form

Guess what non of those mentioned above was big enough to discourage my friend from joining Cryptocurrency (buying bitcoin).

Which of the following disadvantages are you afraid of and how do you think it can be resolved

You could add Quantum computers as one more reason as Its said that they would be able to read private keys from the public key of a wallet itself.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I realized that I won't see the moment when the last satoshi will be extracted on: May 13, 2018, 11:26:43 PM
Today, I realized that I won't see the moment when the last satoshi will be extracted because it will be in 2140! I can't live so long)
Yes our grandsons might see such an event.By that time,i guess that bitcoin price would be much higher.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Iran Next In Line With Its National Cryptocurrency on: May 13, 2018, 11:22:49 PM
National cryptocurrency? What is that?
As, they worry about money laundering, so most probably, they want to create something which they can control transactions. Before trying to create that, they should know that they are not create a cryptocurrency. A cryptocurrency must be decentralized.
Yes they are just going to create a digital currency.Already, iran discussed about accepting bitcoin as a secondary currency to avoid US sanctions But now, totally they have taken a U turn.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Technology Blockchain. Fantastic or unavoidable reality? on: May 13, 2018, 11:19:14 PM

119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why is bitcoin better than bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold, super bitcoin.... on: May 13, 2018, 11:10:48 PM
why is bitcoin better than bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold, bitcoin diamond or super bitcoin?

why should people trust it?

they all have the name bitcoin in it, but the other ones have other fance additions like gold, diamond or cash,

and they are all privilegedly listed in coinmarket cap.

regards
Its because bitcoin is the original coin and others were just alts which came in to existence when trying to create a clone of bitcoin.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why so many Bitcoin users have fear of governments? on: May 13, 2018, 05:45:14 PM
Earlier it was feared that governments would ban bitcoin. But later,it was thought that governments would only regulate bitcoin and so no need to fear about banning. But now, many countries have decided to launch their own digital currencies and in such a case,we could not expect them to promote and allow crypto coins as well.
