623  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: December 27, 2015, 05:55:42 AM

CRYPTSY IS BROKEN, DO NOT DEPOSIT *ANY* FUNDS THERE, YOU CAN NOT WITHDRAW BTC JUST ALTCOINS THAT ARE PRICED UP 40% HIGHER THERE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE, YOULL LOSE 40%!

all chat admins/support can do is cancel the withdraw, and you can try to get out in an altcoin thats 30 percent higher than any other exchange, and hope when you withdraw it, its not stuck. (but most of them are stuck)

it's very suspicious, they are (factually, this isn't slander) banning people who ask about it in chat, they have put no notice on their site about this, while other notices come and go, and they have been sued before, and settled out of court immediately.

the answer, if you want all of your funds, is court/class action lawsuit.

call silver law firm asap. give them your name n number. ive only lost 2.3btc, but theres a bunch of people in this, and its going to be a class action lawsuit, because im sure tens of thousands of dollars is owed to dozens of us, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, by hundreds of us. since i was banned for asking about it in chat, im sure there are many more who are having the same problem and were banned as well.

silver law group has sued cryptsy before, and were very successful, and they can take care of this for us if we all stick together and get in this class action lawsuit.

a previous lawsuit against cryptsy/paul vernon by silver law group:
https://www.manatt.com/uploadedFiles/Content/4_News_and_Events/Newsletters/BankingLaw@manatt/2014-10-24%20--%20Cryptsy%20Complaint.pdf

looks like they got cryptsy to comply without having to litigate further:

This is illegal and also against the ToS of paypal.
626  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS Virwox Account on: December 26, 2015, 05:07:59 PM
FYI this is against the terms of service of virwox and will most likely get the account frozen and shut down. Also, the original owner could easily just change the password and say the account was compromised, keeping your money and his account. Eyes open, Be Safe.

Ouch a 5000& apr it is too much, the hyperinflation is going to dilute the value of this coin to 1 satoshi, perhaps would be smart to take some  way of inflation control like Hyperstake did or in the other side create a strong demand for this coin, but simply with 5000% apr i think it is not going to work

The main point of this coin is to test that exact point. The hypothesis is that hyperinflation will be contained by the PoS difficulty if many blocks are competing for staking. I am willing to continually develop the concept and keep an open canvas as far as making changes to the coin. The point behind all of this is to explore and expand upon the platform which was established with Sprouts, continuing the evolution from Bitcoin, Peercoin, Sprouts, Turbostake, and now SuperTurbostake. Lets find out where this takes us. 5mil

Is this coin associated with Digicube in anyway lol the dice site looks similar and it is a super high interest rate coin just like Digicube.  Anyway what is the stake maturity, is it 5 days or was that just an example of what the percentage rate could be in 5 days?

I have no association with Digicube.

I host lots of dice games for lots of people, so it is possible that one coins game looks like the other Smiley

Glad I grabbed the screen shot when I did.  Maybe you'll learn your lesson next time and have a pool prepared with launch, or, maybe you just dont give a shit and want to launch instamined coins that will never go anywhere...

My pool was ready almost instantly but just check the first two pages of this thread Smiley

If by "almost instantly" you mean 15 minutes? lol 15 minutes is plenty of time for people to notice and start mining within 1 minute of seeing the coin. I wish I had instamined it now with all the flak im getting... would have more for bounties. I did instamine the first 22 blocks though, ill admit to that.

Nope, the pool was ready approx 3 minutes after the launch, check this post:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1301615.msg13339585#msg13339585

I announced it officially a little bit later since the diff retarget was not working for most of the time as I mentioned on pages 1 & 2 of this thread and I also pasted that info there including block height and diff. Pools don't work efficiently as long as one share's diff is higher than the networks diff which was the fact for a long time...

Well I didnt know about the pool for 20+ minutes and the first post containing it was 15 minutes after launch. Idk who mined those millions. Perhaps it was a private pool setup by someone else. All i know is that the coin works and I cant wait for PoS period to test my hypothesis that the coin production rate will not drastically increase because PoS difficulty will rise more dramatically as more coins are staked based on more interest due to..well.. more interest%. I dont actually care if people don't like my coin.. its interesting to me and thats what counts. I know 10+ other people that are watching it with interest as well.

Ever heard of solomining?

Well yeah thats also kinda my point too.. anyone could solo mine it in the start and get a bunch
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [STRB] SuperTurboStake - PoW/PoS 5000% APR! on: December 24, 2015, 07:45:02 PM
such tiny bounties, you think if a dev makes such instamine variation, give good bounty :p

11836700.4 coins already

Probably he mined millions at the beginning didn't even started mining this one, as in my terms it is a complete waste of hash

You are 100% correct.

The bounties should be 10X what they are.

Its not my wallet... Perhaps its the pool wallet and wasnt updating or wasnt paying out like ocminer said it was updating something then would start paying out. IDK. I have 373595.63 STRB exactly at the moment which is mostly what I mined and a donation to the Bounty address which I recently got. Here are the addresses, I consolidated the first 22 blocks and they are still in my wallet, the other block is the bounty i got from another person.
Heres the breakdown:

These are all the coins I have control over. Hope this helps. 5mil

No - it is not the pools wallet .. Someone else then has about 25% "instamine" of the coin.. Very strange...

I cant even find that wallet. Its really annoying that it was just a picture posted and not a link. Im not typing out that wallet address.

Yea, and now you're moving coins around?

Glad I grabbed the screen shot when I did.  Maybe you'll learn your lesson next time and have a pool prepared with launch, or, maybe you just dont give a shit and want to launch instamined coins that will never go anywhere...

Or maybe I dont really care what you think because I didnt make this coin for you. Smiley

He literally splitted his big stack into several smaller stacks where they reside now - more or less invisible (at first sight) to the block explorer.

The only intention I would do that is to hide them...

Yeah they certainly noticed that we noticed. Still left in large enough blocks to stay on the top 50 though so I dont really see it as hiding (at least not efficiently). Still not me.
