It's too small to stake immediately on day 5. Maybe you catch it by 15 or 20 days for the larger amount. The smaller one will never stake. so after 15 or 20 How much Stake come? nearly 30 Percent? Stake accumulates every day that you dont stake so you will get the amount you are supposed to. |

Hence my question to the dev earlier if the rewards are directly or indirectly related to the difficulty. The dev answered that the rewards go down as difficulty goes up meaning it is indirectly related. At high difficulty the rewards are low and it is very expensive to maintain the hash rate at a high difficulty. Unless there is a strong market with high prices, there is no incentive for a miner to expend the energy for the mining. It might have been better to let the rewards become more as difficulty goes up so that there is an incentive to maintain a high difficulty. Pulse seem to reward behavior that reduce hash rate whereas fundamentally a crypto coin needs high hash rate to improve its security. I would say that would be directly related. The rewards are the same as PPC and similar clones, they half with every 16x of difficulty increase. They also go back up if the difficulty decreases. The dev didnt tell you the exact details because perhaps they are unsure of the exact mechanism. Hope that helps. |

Seems to be working for me, just solo mined several blocks with my block erupter id say thats a pretty fair launch considering its like half hour after launch and i can still use a BE lol |

Well since none of these guy will answer the question.. hmm i wonder why ?  NO.. it's not. An altcoin is a currency and this ETH is not a currency. It seems to be some kind of block-chain add-on app's digital token spin-off type thing. The question in the topic title is clear.. Would i classify it as a "Currency / Altcoin" ? NOPE ! This ETH shit pushes off in a new direction.. And this was to solve a glaring / obvious problem that needed to be solved ? In relation to a digital currency ? Does it compete with or improve on Bitcoin or say Litecoin etc ? Seems to me it's a horrendous scammy IPO launched "coin" that was hidden for years ..on purpose ! And it has a gimmick associated with it of the sole purpose of separating itself from the others. Just ask yourself guys.. WHAT does it actually do ? And was there a need for that ? Would "THAT" be considered a currency ? I wouldn't get involved with it because it's not a currency and i came to the Altcoin scene to support a digital currency. You can stake very nicely even with 2 million coins. You can pick up that many for only 0.16BTC right now, but that price will soon double, triple, quadruple, etc etc... So you would all be smart to get in now. I've been saying it, but only the few smart ones are listening. We will have a new dev very soon.
