Completely custom? You can do that, but it's not recommended and Electrum won't be able to read it either.
A better approach would be to generate a seed phrase using Electrum, and then add custom words to it.

How high is the possbility that the AtomicWallet developers backdoored their own software? Because it's so unexplainable why they still haven't shut their whole infrastructure down, or that they still allow for the wallet to be downloaded? The Bitcoin community, and all of cryptocurrencies would receive another massive "LOSS" if some nefarious motive was found in the source code. I would hate to post another tin-foil hat idea, but if there was something in the code, I would say that someone in Atomic's team is a plant. It's difficult to say since they haven't shared any information. This is their latest post: https://twitter.com/AtomicWallet/status/1669750121586737152If there was a backdoor by one of the employees (without the rest of the staff knowledge), they would've fixed it but as we can see, it's been some time since they last updated the software: https://support.atomicwallet.io/article/339-release-historyAlso, from my understanding of the tweet above, this "backdoor" has something to do with Ethereum (or maybe EVM chains in general), but if we check the article talking about the hack, we can see that BTC has been stolen as well. It's actually mind-blowing how silent they are when they have 100M $ of user funds completely gone. I personally still suspect they have the private keys (or at least some of them) stored in their servers.

Goal is simple to receive incoming USD SWIFT from a single source, that's why p2p don't really fit in such case.
I checked multiple exchanges but with no luck. BitPanda supports GBP and EUR but not USD transactions. Coinmama also supports SWIFT USD transfers, but just for buying. So you're probably going to be stuck with P2P. Is the amount that large that you don't can't or don't want to deal with one individual instead?

Hello, Now that Binance doesn't process bank transfers, can someone recommend CEX that does USD SWIFT/wire withdrawals to Georgia (besides Kraken). So far all i could find was cex.io but they charge 0,3% or $60 for SWIFT minimum . Unfortunately p2p and DEXs don't serve my exact purpose. And what's your goal exactly? If the goal is to receive the equivalent of that money, then why not trade with locals? There are plenty of offers in Binance that support your local banks: https://p2p.binance.com/en/trade/sell/USDT?fiat=USD&payment=all-payments

Well, most exchanges should accept that, but the question is whether you're willing to go through the ID verification process. If not, then you're probably not going to find any and if you do, it's going to be for outrageous fees.

If you can see the transaction in a blockexplorer, then you have nothing to be worried about.
Is the transaction you're not seeing in the total amount confirmed? If not, then that's probably why you can't spend it.

From my understanding, he has multiple wallets, not addresses so although this solution works, it's probably not the fastest nor the most convenient way.

And subject yourself to mass surveillance and government sanctioned censorship? No thanks.
Did I miss something regarding Trezor that I shouldn't have? or you're just referring to their partnership with Wasabi wallet?

They partially [receiving only] support it in their mobile app but for some reason, it'll be visible once your Taproot address on their desktop app has some funds [quite strange]: -snip-
It looks like that's no longer the case. I just tested it and you can now activate it by going to your BTC settings -> Activate taproot and then generate the address from your receiving window as you would normally do with your other addresses.

As mentioned above hardware wallets are the way to go. But to clarify some things about the Trustwallet hack you mentioned, from my understanding, that was a social engineering/phishing attack: https://www.binance.com/en/feed/post/206559So it's not really the developer's fault as it is the user's. Now, this doesn't mean you should use them. If anything, you should especially if you're holding a large amount, but you need understand that this type of attack could happen to you regardless of the wallet you're using if you're not careful.

Not sure why there haven't been any official announcements about this, but for those interested: I just saw Coinsbee's ad on Reddit and it looks like they're now supporting new (cheaper) networks/chains.
