641  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: October 05, 2017, 06:09:53 PM
I am thinking .. to put all my money in bitcoin what do you think? is it a good way to grow my money? or it is risky or.. ?

no, i do not put all my assets in bitcoin, i split my assets in some altcoin that i trust, like example BCC, XRP, and XLM.
I think this is something which varies from person to person. As far as placing my investment in the world of digital currency is concerned, I do put all my investments and funds into Bitcoin as there is no other better option than Bitcoin. Moreover, I keep enough amount of my funds in order to meet my monthly expenditures as well.

There will always be difference in our thinking, and that is good because we can get all sorts of answers and start from there.
As far as investment is concerned I too think that from all cryptocurrencys out there, Bitcoin is the strongest one and most safest. When some one ask me where they should invest, I always tell them Bitcoin. But i will never support putting all your founds in one place, that is just wrong. What is even worst, is when people put all their money in something and after they do not have money for day to day life. I see that you are doing that thing right. Distributing money right way is weary important.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: October 05, 2017, 05:52:17 PM
It would be hard for that to happen, but it is not impossible. If no one spends their Bitcoins, for some time price would be pretty much the same. It would stay in one place because people would continue to buy Bitcoin. After some time price would start to go down, because if people do not sell or spend their Bitcoins, I guess that currency is losing its value. Money is made to be spent, so enjoy your Bitcoins. Cheesy
643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin banned in China. Did it affect the price? on: October 05, 2017, 11:09:32 AM
Around the time when ban happened, yes it affected price of Bitcoin. But on longer terms, we see that it did't affect it. Price is a bit below, than it was back than, but it is not that much important.
Because of China's ban people got afraid, starting to fear about losing their money, which led to selling their Bitcoins. Things like that happens a lot, because there are a lot of inexperienced people dealing with Bitcoin. Price of Bitcoin fluctuate a lot, and all who deal with Bitcoin for long time know that it is something normal. So when something major like China's ban happen, fear is what leading people to panicky selling.
So my opinion is that at the end China's ban didn't affect price of Bitcoin.
644  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC rise to 4300 $ on: October 05, 2017, 10:51:01 AM
It even Crossed 4.4k USD that lasted for like 1 hour or something I guess. Now it has dropped to 4k and I guess it will just be constant untill the best pump. Segwit2x can make the prices of Bitcoin to rise but I'm not sure. Because the last time this happened nothing much Changed
I don't see how SegWit2x will be a positive aspect for the market. At this point it's a completely unnecessary fork from which it isn't even certain that this fork will actually happen.

Initial signalling and actually doing it are different things, and I am confident that a large group of miners will pull back before reaching the final days, and rightfully so.

That being said, I am of believe that Jihan and Ver will do everything to make sure another chain split happens for their own financial benefit ~ BCC was destined to fail, and now they will focus on the next split. #Greed.
I think you are right, about what you said for SegWit2x. I too can not see reason for it to happen, except greed. From my perspective Bitcoin Cash was something that could't be success or fail. And I think that in the end it was fail. Now when there is possibility for second hard fork, I know that that coin is doomed from the start. Price of Bitcoin will go down again, but at the end Bitcoin will survive... again.
More and more people start using Bitcoin and that is great, that is what led to price rise. I must say that, it makes me happy to see price going up. But it also makes me sad when i see that peoples greed is destroying something that is good.
645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: October 05, 2017, 10:37:55 AM
That would be something interesting to see. Yes i would accept Bitcoin as payment, I mean why would i not. Bitcoin is spreading all over the world, and like you said it would't be hard to exchange it for local currency. But it would be even greater if there were more places where we could spend our Bitcoins. That way we would't need to exchange it. That is purpose of Bitcoin, to be a world currency which people could use in all parts of the world.
646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When should we buy and sell? on: October 04, 2017, 02:49:04 PM
That is a question that everyone wants to know Cheesy . When is the right moment for buying and when is the right moment for selling? For that to be known one must be active in world of Bitcoin. That mean to research market of Bitcoin, to be in time with all relevant news about Bitcoin. With that you can predict a bit closer when would be right time to buy or to sell.
If you do not want to do that much work, what i would simply recommend is to wait for dump. In that moment price will surely go down. Or on events like China ban of ICO, or 1st of August. That time price of Bitcoin went down, and that was good time to buy it.
As far as selling is concerned... well that one is a bit tricky. That depends on what you want to do with your Bitcoins. Holding so far has proven to be best option, but not everyone can hold their Bitcoins. So simply said, you can sell your Bitcoins when ever price is above what you paid. If you sell your coins for more than you paid, you made more money and it is a good trade.
647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: October 04, 2017, 02:38:26 PM
So far best thing that i tried for earning Bitcoin without investing money, would be to join some Signature Campaign. I have tried some mobile applications, have done some small jobs here on forum for Bitcoin, but nothing of that payed me as much as i could get from signature campaigns. Problem with signature campaigns is that you need to be high enough rank to join. Different campaigns demand different things. So invest sometime here on forum, rise your rank, and join some signature campaign. That would be my advice.

You can also find some work to do in Marketplace \ Service section, where you can find some work to do and get paid in Bitcoin. Check that out too, there are some interesting things there.
648  Economy / Speculation / Re: I've noticed something strange on: October 04, 2017, 02:03:58 PM
Basically you say it can go both way, and that is nothing new in Bitcoin world. But I think you are right about what you said. Currencies all across the world are losing to Bitcoin slowly. If I'm not mistaken that is one thing why China was concerned about Bitcoin. When people start using Bitcoin more than its own country currency, that country currency is losing on its value. I don't think there will be price skyrocket, not any time soon at least. But I am not sure about dump. November is coming, and with it maybe new hard fork, which can lead to another panic sale.
649  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading dilemma on: October 04, 2017, 01:44:58 PM
I bought my btc - DGB for a price of 0.00000693 last August and I'm trying to sell it for 0.00000800 for I hope that the btc will rise this September but I guess I was wrong - It's kinda frustrating to be honest.
To all my fellow traders out there, Does the price of the bitcoin is bothering you - what are plans ? will you sell or wait?
I will not say that you made a mistake, and that you made wrong decision when you invested in DGB. We all know there is a risk with trading cryptocurrency and that there will always be a fluctuation in its price. If you didn't do a proper research before you bought it, let this be your lesson. By learning everything there is about coin you want to invest in, you minimize risk of losing money.
I was in same position once, I decided to sell and cut my losses. Not long after that price rise and I felt like idiot. But there is no reason to dwell on the past. Learn what you can from it and move on.

The final decision is in your hands. What I would recommend for you to do, it is to wait for right price. If you decide to cut your losses and sell now, it would not be wrong idea too. It is hard decision, think about it, and do not let your emotion rush you (that happened to me) . Good luck.
650  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: October 04, 2017, 09:53:04 AM
I know that there is policy of claiming money back on Paypal, but there are certain regulations for that to happen i think. It would be really bad thing for that to happen. What I would suggest you do is that you find someone with good reputation on this forum to be your third party for transfer. That way your Bitcoins will be safe and you will be guaranteed that you will get your money. With that combination you will not need to worry about not getting your money. But you would be needed to pay small percent to third man, but I think that is small sacrifice for safety.
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to buy again? on: October 04, 2017, 09:39:28 AM
TODAY is the best time to buy, not tomorrow !
Well that is true in most cases, especially if your a hodler .
But really you can buy now and take the profit in a few weeks , months... as things go now, bitcoin should pass the 5000 mark in about 1 week or 2.

Its the best time to buy of bitcoin as the price is not yet reach to $5000. I think we will reach bitcoin price to $5k before this year end. Yes you can take profit for the upcoming weeks or hodling is also the best to earn.

Yeah, I looked at some of the "bigger" volume altcoins yesterday and took a few positions on coins who have lost about 50% of their value these few weeks since August and September. Yes, I know I am risking a lot, but I am a long term holder that will only check back next year January at the most early. I believe Bitcoin will pass $5000, and take along many alts for the ride. As soon as I can sell for double price, I will sell half my holdings in all coins, and wait for the rest to go even higher.
Risk is present always in Bitcoin and Altcoin market, but the higher the risk is higher the gain is also. I always prefer smaller risks than higher, but that is up to you. If you want to buy some coin for holding them up until January or maybe even more, I would suggest that you go with Bitcoin. There are some really good and strong Altcoins too, i would always recommend Ethereum. But Bitcoin is by my opinion safest option. Price of Bitcoin will definitely go up, and who knows how much it will be in January. Maybe it would be even better to split investment on Bitcoin and some Altcoin. That way you have almost certain earning with Bitcoin, but in the same time you take a bit higher risk for bigger gain.
652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Offline Wallets Vs Online Wallets on: October 03, 2017, 02:54:11 PM
Depends on what you need and want. For example, if you need secure place for holding your Bitcoins safe, and not thinking about someone hacking your computer, offline wallets would be go get in that case. And if you want to spend some of you Bitcoins while holding some part of them, than I guess online wallet would be good for that. I personally use Blockchain wallet and i am pretty satisfied with it. As far as i know, offline wallet is safest place where you can store your Bitcoins. For bigger sums of Bitcoins i would recommend offline wallet. As i said, depends on what you need. Hope it helped. 653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: October 03, 2017, 02:07:07 PM
I am thinking .. to put all my money in bitcoin what do you think? is it a good way to grow my money? or it is risky or.. ?
There is always a risk with things like Bitcoin, but so far people has always ended up with earning money... if they played it right. But to be honest i am not sure if you should put all your money into Bitcoin. Trading Bitcoin or just holding it, it is a good way of earning money easily. So you need to ask your self this first: Do you need that money for something important at the moment? If you need it for something else, than do not invest it all in Bitcoin. Systematically deal with problems so that you do not make new ones. Think carefully and research market before anything, that way you will minimize the risk.
654  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can hit 5000$ before november?? on: October 03, 2017, 01:14:54 PM
Never say never. But it's hard to tell. Any new law or information about bitcoin can just cause the price to rise or fall.
We never know what will happen in the future as future is very much uncertain. I cannot claim this thing that Bitcoin market price will rise up to 5000$ in November but I am very sure that the market price will surely increase significantly in the coming days. You can expect a very good news by the end of 2017.
When the issued of banned Chinese government is over then this is the best time for bitcoin investment, the $ 5000 price will soon be reached due to the ever increasing user and of course the yearend trend is always skyrocketing for the price.
After the issue of china government banning bitcoin, there come a news about south korea banning the entire ICO, such a disaster indeed but it seems that many traders don't give a shit mainly because people in korea rarely invest into an ICO.
and see now, the price keep increasing even after the ban of ICO by south korea, this cryptoworld have grown mature and resistant to these obstacle.
I agree totally with you. People that are in cryptocurrency world have grown mature and resistant to some level. After things like China and South Korea ban of ICO, people have seen that Bitcoin is stronger than they thought and that it is becoming currency that is used all around the world.
Future is always hard to predict. In short terms maybe it is possible, but on longer terms there are too much things that can go wrong and because of that no one can predict it with certain. It is still uncertain if Novembers hard fork will happen, and because of that there might be a price drop. But if it happens, I have high hopes that it will be same like it was after 1st of August, when price gone up after fork.
655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you Panic? on: October 03, 2017, 12:31:37 PM
I have been active in Bitcoin world for almost a year now. And like most of new people who start dealing with bitcoin I had my moments of panic. Good thing with me was that, I was never holding big sum of Bitcoin on my wallet. Why was that a good thing? Well because I made a mistake,  and if I had more Bitcoins in that moment, my regret would be bigger.

First time I made a mistake was that I sold my Bitcoins when price of it jumped from 1200 to 1700 dollars. I thought it was good time to sell, but i was wrong. Not long after price jumped even more, and in that moment i realized that i made a panic sale.

Second time happened when China banned ICOs. Price of Bitcoin dropped a lot, I wanted to minimize my loss so i panicky sold all Bitcoins I owned in that moment. Like in previous case mistake number two.

Panic is enemy that needs to be beaten. If not, it is just a matter of time when you will lose.
656  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: October 03, 2017, 12:55:10 AM
We live in world where moneys plays big role, but honestly speaking money is not everything. There are things that can not be bought, and those things are most beautyful. I do not agree that now days young people do not respect elders because of money. That is because of their poor home education. Young people should be ambitious, they should shoot for the top, but the must not forget that money is not everything.
657  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC rise to 4300 $ on: October 02, 2017, 08:37:21 PM
It is great to see bitcoin recovering after problem with China ban. To be honest i did not think it would recover this fast, but it is good. This proves that bitcoin is strong cryptocurrency and that it is supported by people a lot. I hope that price will continue to rise, it would be nice to see bitcoin price rise above 5000 dollars.
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if another altcoin surpasses BTC in value? on: October 02, 2017, 08:31:21 PM
For now bitcoin is strongest cryptocurrency out there, but it is not impossible for some altcoin to beat bitcoin on market. That altcoin would need to be better than bitcoin in everything, it need to be faster in transactions and it needs to be worth more than bitcoin. That would be for start.
659  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can hit 5000$ before november?? on: October 01, 2017, 07:35:05 PM
I think it could be possible for bitcoin to hit 5000 dollars before November. Price of bitcoin dropped when China banned ICOs and other things, because most of miners was in China. And there was panic sale, because people did not know what was going on, and they tried to minimize their loss by selling. Which led to a bigger drop in price. But so far holding bitcoin has always proven best thing to do, therefor i advise you to hold and wait for higher price.
660  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you see bitcoin 5 years from now? on: October 01, 2017, 10:38:59 AM
If we look back in time, we will see that holding bitcoin has always been great thing to do. Therefor i always advise people, if they do not want to trade bitcoins and altcoins for more profit, they should hold and wait. Bitcoin has been rising in popularity this past months, and it will continue to do so. In five years maybe bitcoin will be used in most parts of the world, for day to day things.
