...in which nag kakaroon ng evil points if yung gamit mong IP pag register is nagamit na ng ibang existing users especially sa mga banned accounts or those blacklisted IPs dito sa forum, so you need to pay to remove those...

I don't think its all evil units has the same reason, some of thise haven't been used just like mine, when I tried to buy a new sim and used it for my pocket wifi. I think there is such a different reasons on why this forum is marking some IPs that doesnt have anything to do with them yet.

It's because of "neighboring IP addresses", kahit magkaiba na IP ginamit mo pero pag may magkakalapit na IP addresses na may mga evil points sa ginamit mo pag gawa ng account posibling madadamay yung bagong IP na gagamitin mo pag gawa ng bagong account.

When someone is banned, their IP and some of their neighboring IPs receive evil points.
6482  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Paano ko malalaman na may multiple account ang isang IP address? on: June 25, 2019, 08:29:43 AM
Additional information about sa sinabi ni bl4nkcode...
Q: Why is my IP banned? What are those units of evil?
A: Your IP might be banned because it was used by a user that got perma banned. Don't worry - IP bans decay over time if there's not too many of them issued during a small period of time. If you register using a banned IP, are using TOR, VPNs or well known proxies, you will have to pay a small fee. This is to prevent spammers while allowing legitimate members to post without many restrictions.

And share ko lang itong bagong update sa forum na makikita mo list of IP address na ginamit mo sa pag login ng account mo, since you have concern about IP addresses.
https://bitcointalk.org/myips.php

Only span of 30 days lang ang mkikita mo jan na mga IP address na nagamit mo with their specific location of the IP adress na ginamit mo.
6483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have any strategic way in playing poker? on: June 25, 2019, 12:44:18 AM
Why nobody mentioned wearing black glasses as a part of strategy to hide emotions? Cheesy
Hahahaha Grin. Those wearing black glasses are those people who can't control their emotions or just apprentice of "how to control emotions"?  Grin  Grin

Wearing or not wearing black glasses should still have control of their emotions, that's will teach you how to become a better player of poker.
I also saw a lot of people not wearing black glasses but hell yeah, they are really amazing to play poker and you can't predict their move base on how you see their emotion on their face.
6484  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Starbucks, Facebook Microsoft Amazon and many many more began to adopt crypto on: June 25, 2019, 12:29:37 AM
The only issue I have with this so called adoption is that is not a direct Bitcoin-to-Bitcoin transaction though. They still have someone in between like Bitcoin Payment Processor, like Bitpay or and Flexa as in the case of Starbucks.
Adoption still exist with that, even is just slow but we are still moving and growing, total confirmed Bitcoin transactions still increasing and that is one of the results of adoption on just Bitcoin, how about to other cryptocurrencies? it's still growing.

Quote
So we are still a far cry from the so called global adoption, we wanted we see is those big companies accepting Bitcoin directly, in my opinion.
We are going on that or something like that, it just like what happened before with Steam especially around 2017 bull run, when they started to accept bitcoin with Bitpay (AFAIK) to purchase steam wallet, after a few months they suspended accepting Bitcoin, so there's a reason behind that, maybe the transaction fees are too high and the volatility, etc.

6489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao Stands as Underdog vs Thurman — Sportsbooks on: June 24, 2019, 02:48:31 AM
His attention is so much divided, esp. now that he's very much needed in the Philippine senate (yes, he's a senator in his country), as the midterm senatorial elections have just concluded.
Add also his upcoming concert on September 1, 2019 at Quezon City, Philippines. Do you think that this event will have an effect to his fight vs Keith Thurman?
But even his attention is so much divded, Manny Pacquiao has still his focus for the boxing since it's still the fight for the country of Philippines.

Let's see more updates on Manny Pacquiao.

What's wrong with the url of sportsbet.io that with https://old.sportsbet.io.
Why there's a old before sportsbet.io?
It is the same and still safe?

AFTER THE ABOVE POST:

Taraaaaaaaaaaaan...  Grin

Looking healthy si Bitcoin ngayon ah, which is positive, habang ang ibang alts na BTC pair ay luhaan.
Another level na need natin ma break is around $9,900. Once mag close tayo above dun at ma break, possibling lilipad pa $10,000 or create another support level sa $9500-$9,900. Healthy pullback, healthy pumps, healthy market. Ez breezy.

Let's see guys, mahirap mang hula hehehehe. Laban lang! Pak Ganern!
6496  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [Private Beta] Coins Pro - The Philippines' First Digital Currency Exchange on: June 21, 2019, 10:09:00 AM
Sir bat po di ako maka log in sa coins pro? Coins pro is in beta lang reply ng site.

Just visit the website of Coins Pro and click "Join waitlist".
After that, mag antay ka na lang ng confirmation nila sa email mo if pasado ka ba sa waitlist nila..

6497  Economy / Gambling / Re: Trust/ Flag of casino/dice sites' owners on: June 21, 2019, 09:38:33 AM
You should check the Sportstbet.io, because they have also casino, not only for sports.
~
Thank you, Great Arkansas. I already added casino page of Sportsbet.io into OP.

Thanks for adding Sportsbet.io, but I noticed that you made some mistake in the official post,

As I can see on the profile, no active flags.

Already blocked the user and reported the message to Admins. Probably an alt account of someone, troll or not, still creepy/scary (since this is the first time I encountered on the internet).

Thanks all for the response, locking the thread now.

EDIT: the account already BANNED, thanks admin.
6499  Economy / Gambling / Re: Trust/ Flag of casino/dice sites' owners on: June 21, 2019, 05:14:52 AM
Oops. It is my mistakes to not carefully check it. Yes, my intention is providing basics of active casinos, not inactive ones. Delisted!
How can you define an active casino website?

You should check the Sportstbet.io, because they have also casino, not only for sports.

I would also like to suggest adding transaction fees/withdrawal fees for every withdrawal (if free/not free) of the website.

Btw, you did a great job compiling most of casino/dice websites.

There you go..

Again, if you feel you are in danger, you should contact the police. Banning the person is not going to remove any danger, if it exists.
Thanks for the concern, I feel relieved now..

EDIT: Already reported the message to admin.
