661  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Leaving Behind Crypto When You Are Gone? on: April 03, 2019, 11:24:29 PM
There is something you need to remind yourself before you leave those passwords and username to someone you know. You need to make sure that they know cryptocurrency. I'm not expecting me to leave this world so early, but we don't know when that thing will happen so we need to prepare on everything. This is why I am teaching my brother how cryptocurrency works and I have a notepad in which all my accounts from different exchanges was typed on that notepad. And it's just on the desktop of my PC.

First, never save most of our wealth in crypto because if something bad happens to us, our family can still get the other parts. Second, leave all the information needed on our personal computer. Third, I bet that our family knows what we have done in front of our computer as a search for additional income or at least we ever talk about it when we were alive. Last one, with all those things, I am sure we already leave enough clues for our family to chase the money we left behind.
662  Economy / Speculation / Re: Everyone now seems excited after bitcoin reaching to almost 5k Usd. on: April 03, 2019, 07:24:08 PM
I was happy to see that bitcoin has made a good market price pump up. This is what investors are looking at and hoping that it will going to continue on having this kind of movement. Mind you that it will just take a few months tp get an ATH once again with bitcoin.

I am happy with this increase which means I have gotten a fortunes if all of my bitcoins are sold today. But going up and down for me is a normal thing and I don't respond with an uproar. Prices can go up and down in a relatively short time. I might sell part of it and leave a portion of it in case the uptrend continues. But if the price will be down, at least there is already capital to increase the number of my investment.

Who among you here feels the same way after seeing the recent good news with bitcoin market price increase?

I don't think that this increase is a sign for the next ATH. Lets just wait and see and keep supporting bitcoin!
663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make profit from a dice game? Have any unique strategy? on: April 03, 2019, 03:32:08 PM
Hello everybody!! I am in crypto from 2016. But I have not much experience  about gamble. You can called me as a bigginer in gamble. Mainly I want to know about dice game first. I have visited and registered some gamble site and trying to play dice game with bonus amount. But I did not succeed yet.
So I want to know how you guys can make profit from dice game? Have any unique strategy for dice game?

TBH, we can use any strategies, from the simple to the very complicated one, but there is no guarantee whether we will get profit or not. Just play it with your own strategy and if you are lucky enough then you will get the profit. Don't forget to stop when you achieved your goal or when you lost your initial balance. Try not to chase your loss directly!

My strategy is to hunt higher payouts but I did it from the bottom up. I started it from 100x, if I get the green one then I will continue it with 550x and so on. I use only small base bet in this case since it's just to kill the time.
664  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New Exchange: Should I trade? on: April 03, 2019, 01:07:32 PM
Hello everyone, I saw a new CFD trading platform for cryptocurrency. (www.mavsecure.com) I met a guy in TG and he referred me. So, how safe is to trade in CFD platforms? Is it profitable ?

You need to collect as much informations as possible in regards with the new exchange before placing your money on it. I myself prefer to trade on the exchange that I already use for a long time instead of using the new one. About profit, it will depend solely on our own hand and not by the exchange nor others hands.

666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: April 02, 2019, 07:15:00 PM
With online gambling you have the convenience of playing whenever you want from wherever you are as long as you have an internet connection.

When playing in a physical casino you can feel the "gambler's" specific atmosphere and get a better feel for the money as you're playing with fiat. Smiley  Also you can be more social and/or maybe have some drinks from the bar or server by a nice waittress while placing those bets. Cheesy

I'm sure there are also people who do both interchangeably, according to the conditions they had. There are also people who for some reason can only do one of the two available choices. Online and offline gambling both have their advantages and disadvantages. We choose one or even both, of course for our own reasons.

Hey Faucets in a site are always a nice idea as many newbie users first like to test it, before playing big hand and I like the way one needs to earn his faucets at BTSLR. I think yours is a valid point as site design, instant withdrawal, instant deposits, probably fair game are also important factors for a gambler. I don’t think all gamblers need to worry about KYC, as you only need it if you win a very big amount, for small amounts you’re not subjected to KYC regulations.

As far as I know, KYC will be applied only on a specific occurrence, to users who are suspected of committing acts that are not commendable. So, as long as we play according to the rules, we don't need to worry about being asked to do a KYC, no matter how big our withdrawal amount will be.
668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm buying alts now on: April 01, 2019, 09:23:10 PM
I think now is the time to buy Alt-Coins in the long term, and I think that with the next good growth of btc, many Alt-Coins will be able to update their historical highs. I myself now buy more promising alcoholic beverages and I think that in the future I can get a good profit from them.
Of course, you can make a good profit. just choose the right coins and wait for the moment when you can sell them

Buy and hold only coins that have been proven to last longer instead of new coins that we don't know yet whether they will be able to survive or not. The top 10 coins in the coinmarketcap will be better if we want to invest in the long term.
669  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be careful with fake exchanges on: April 01, 2019, 03:34:41 PM
to avoid fake exchanger, we certainly have to actually write the correct address in writing the exhanger's address. other than that, choose an exhanger that is truly trusted like binance. well, we know so many greedy people who take advantage of such moments, therefore we must be careful.

Use only exchanges that have existed for several periods of time with a relatively large number of people using it. And once its work, bookmark the site to use when we want to visit it again. Phishing sites are there to fool users with fake addresses and if we are not careful enough, we can be victims.
670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you watch the matches you're gambling on on: April 01, 2019, 12:31:27 PM
Two and a half year ago I decided to be a cable cutter, so I canceled my cable subscription, that included around 10 sports channels, after that, I have lived with  movie and series streaming options like Netflix, the only time I paid to get access to stream sport was for one month at the 2018 world cup.

But I still gamble each day on sports, most of my gamble is on football, but I never or almost never watch any games live.

How important is it to be able to watch the matches to make correct bets on the teams. I don't think it has made any difference for me, I still withdraw more money than I deposit from my sport bookmakers.

My question is, do you watch the games your gambling on?

If it is a big match, yes, I will try to watch the game on television or through streaming. But, sometimes I have to miss it because of my other activities. Watching a match while we are risking some money on one of the competing teams provides a different experience. Sometimes we spontaneously cheer, swear and so on which I rarely do when watching a match without betting.
671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we close that chapter now and move on? on: March 31, 2019, 05:55:35 PM
These people are just newcomers and they say what they want to say. They do not check the market and its history, looking at the lowest level of this market, need to have understanding and perseverance when coming to this market.

Many newcomers join when the hype occurs and they want instant profits but some people are a bit too late. They bought cryptos when the price is on its peak and when prices come back down, only regret they find. Crypto is very volatile and I think we will see things like that again in the future.
672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling responsibly, is it possible or myth? on: March 31, 2019, 02:28:01 PM
The game with responsibility is not a myth, it is a reality, but it all depends on the personality level of a person, according to the books, what they emphasize most is that the player has a clear control over the value of money and that all the money It can not be wagered, only a small part.

When you compare the game with trading, according to a very famous speculator named Jesse Livermore, every time he won he withdrew half of his earnings to enjoy that money, not to leave everything at stake, he has to feel the money earned due to his effort , the same must be applied to the game, at the moment of winning a withdrawal of at least half of their profits must be made, and so in a psychological way see the value of the effort. This is largely due to responsibility, and to have control over the actions in the game.

True, gambling responsibly really exists but it will depend on each person on how to handle it. If we are able to control our minds by not overreacting when we face bad luck or good luck, never try to risk the amount that exceeds our limits and cash out once we are lucky, I think we will be safe. Even though we do gambling regularly but if we have a stable plan and continue to follow it, it will be fine. The other important thing is, gambling isn't just about money. We must manage our time too. Don't let gambling steal most of our time which can certainly damage our main activities in our real life.
673  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I fail in trading on: March 31, 2019, 11:31:16 AM
Do not want to shill anything, but we have build a cryptocurrency exchange simulator to let people experience trading before putting real money on the line. It's completely free to use and the best part is that our community is super helpful so other traders are able to give some advice. You can learn more about it here https://niffler.co

Simulators are good but they really can't simulate how you will act with real money.  When its actual money you will react differently whether you like to admit it or not.  Trading is a zero sum game which means for someone to gain someone must lose so keep that in mind.
When we use real money, the pressure will be very different if compared with when we use simulator. That is why maybe trading look easier in simulator, but when you practice in real trading, you will get different experience.

Please read my post above where I address it. And even though simulator sounds that it's easier, in reality it's not. I do see statistics of our users and only small fraction of our users are able to successfully perform in the simulated environment. You should give it a try, at the moment you are assuming it's easy, but it's not.

The simulator can provide great help especially to try our strategy before we try it with our real money but yes, the pressure will be different and many of us don't seem to be interested in using such feature. And instead, they prefer to try with a small amount of money as a learning path rather than using a simulator. We can then increase our capital after we have enough confidence in what we will do.
674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investing in Bitcoin Casinos are really worth it? on: March 30, 2019, 07:55:54 PM
It been quite some time since I have been away from Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, but seeing Bitcoin's price rise and the recent trends going about the block chain, it seems that soon we'll be seeing BTC becoming used as a mainstream currency by all major corporations, businesses (and even governments perhaps).

Now I've became interested into Bitcoin casino investing, but I want to know if it is worth a shot. I know that there is a risk in every investment, but I think this could be the most profitable way to go.

If anyone could share some tips or advice regarding this, I would greatly appreciate it.  Smiley

Investing our bitcoin into a casino bankroll will be a good thing to do, but we must know that we are doing two types of investments in this case. Holding bitcoin for a certain period of time is an investment and risking our bitcoin at a bankroll of a casino is also a type of investment. If both go according to our expectations, surely we will get a good double profit.
675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 30, 2019, 01:17:25 PM
Today Manchester blue and red have a good chance to get 3pts. About Liverpool, I still believe they will win the match against Spurs, if we look head to head then we can find where Liverpool does have a bigger chance to win in the match tomorrow, Liverpool are on fire this season so Liverpool should get 3pts even though it is a strong opponent.

The match between Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur will indeed be very tough. Both teams have a chance to win this game, but because Liverpool will play this game at their own home, I think they will have a slightly better chance. Even so, Tottenham is a team that isn't bad while playing away from home.
676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this a good idea? on: March 30, 2019, 09:58:19 AM
Is it a good idea in your opinion for me to wait for ethereum price to increase so I can sell it and move the money to more alt coins or should I just move the current amount of ethereum to other altcoins right now?  Undecided

For me, it would be better to save your money in ethereum but if you have good faith in other coins, move it as soon as possible! Now or later, it will not have a significant impact as I guess, because when the ethereum price rises, most likely the price of other coins will also incrase and vice versa.
677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling addiction also a result of trauma? on: March 28, 2019, 06:09:25 PM
I've been watching Crash Course Psychology recently and came by an episode on trauma and addiction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=343ORgL3kIc&index=32&list=PL8dPuuaLjXtOPRKzVLY0jJY-uHOH9KVU6. This video argues that addiction results from various sorts of psychological traumas related to different events (rape, physical or emotional abuse, war memories etc.). That is, when a person has a trauma, this person tries to get rid of fixating on it with the help of an alcohol (what's often the case with PTSD) or drugs (a good example is the case of sexual abuse of Edward St Aubyn (Patrick Melrose's prototype) and his subsequent heroin addiction). My question is whether you feel like gambling addiction is also a result of desperate attempts of avoiding focusing on other traumatic issues.
Note that I am talking specifically about gambling addiction here, not about people gambling in general.

No, I don't think so! To my knowledge, from what I saw from the environment around me, gambling isn't the way chosen by people who were traumatized as their escapement. Usually drugs or liquor that they will choose. Besides that, I don't think gambling can be used as a means to forget the bad things experienced by these people.
678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't quit investing on: March 28, 2019, 05:03:20 PM
For me investment is passive income to improve the future, without investment, I have to continue to actively work so that when I get older my life is still difficult, with investment then everything gets better and clearer.
Of course without investment then you have to work until you're old and endless like parents who often meet in the streets or in the countryside, there is no happiness and calmness in the old days just working. investment results can also be for your children or grandchildren so that in old age you will find happiness.
cryptocurrencies simplify everything so that investment in crypto can realize that dream

Investment is one of our efforts to get or at least as our future savings with all the risks that exist. While working is an obligation we must do until the time comes for us to retire. I invested part of my money in crypto with the same expectations as most other people, but I didn't just depend on that investment to cover my old age.
679  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Using Crypto at a Non Profit? on: March 28, 2019, 03:08:43 PM
Hey there. I work at a non profit and we help people throughout the world who are discriminated against, oppressed, and even killed for their ideals and beliefs. We have bases throughout the world and we transfer money to each of these bases. However, with governments/private banks being corrupt in these countries, sometimes these transfers are ceased.

We would like to utilize crypto currency to solve our problem. Do you have any ideas on the below question?

1.) What would be the best currency to use for international transfers from the US to places like India, North Korea, the Middle East.

2.) How could the recipients turn their crypto into cash without going through a bank? For example, if we sent 10,000 worth of Rupee to India via crypto, how would the end user convert this into Rupee in their country?

Thanks for any and all help!

You can use many options to send money abroad. Bitcoin, ethereum, dogecoin for example is a good example. Or you can use stablecoin like USDT. Btw, to avoid using banks in receiving cash after we convert our cryptos will be very difficult. Even peer to peer transactions will require a bank account at the end unless both the seller and the buyer know each other in real life.
680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble only with Bitcoin and do you have other favorite alt-coin? on: March 28, 2019, 12:01:28 PM
Hello,
Many sites are now starting to accept more and more different crypto currencies, for example Luckygames now accepts 101 coin and all of them seems to be active.
My favorite is still Bitcoin and Doge.
Whats your favorite coin that you use for online gambling and if it is not accepted would you convert it to Bitcon to try and play online gambling games?

Because since I first entered into online gambling, bitcoin is the first coin I use, so the use of bitcoin is so attached to my mind. I can enjoy the game more when using bitcoin as a gambling tool than when I use other coins. I rarely use alts except at under certain conditions. Doge is the coin which I, mostly, will use at such conditions.
