6601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies: A (Crazy) Decade in Review on: December 19, 2019, 01:02:58 AM
A decade full of surprises and uncertainty. No one knew in 2017 Bitcoin will reach a price of 17k. No body know till date when there will the next Bull run to the moon. There are more adopters than haters of Bitcoin now. Big companies now are investing heavily into Blockchain technology because not Bitcoin. Governments are planning to regulate the crpto market. So many thing have changed and happened in a decade.
6602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance USDT Lending (Fixed 6% interest for 1 month period) on: December 19, 2019, 12:40:01 AM
Hey Guys!

Do anybody here lucky enough to invest on Binance lending 6% interest in USDT? I waited on this event but its already full after few minutes when it opens.

Yes, it is filled up within few minutes but anyone can lend other option too. Besides lending, there are few coins which are offering staking facilities. I am doing staking of TRX, ONE, and other coins. I think Binance is giving a huge chance of income for its members. I really appreciate this type service specially staking.

Seems there is very high demand for this USDT lending by lenders and borrowers.  Op should probably follow it closely for the next opportunity.

Wonder how safe is staking on the exchange staking facility. I personally do not think staking on exchange is a good idea. I guess most people will eventually choose the staking approach rather than running things themselves.

Staking on a exchange is not considered safe as you do not have access to your Private key. What you can do is download Atomic wallet and stake the same number of coins that Binance is offering with the access to your Private key.
6603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Moneygram and Ripple on: December 19, 2019, 12:32:40 AM
MoneyGram CEO Says Ripple and XRP Could truly transform Global Payments, what do you think? Do you agree or disagree? Personally i think centralized crypto is the answer, do you?

Sounds more like boot licking. There are many better options currently available in the market. Since, moneygram uses ripple's s technology that is why you are hearing this statement.

Anyways I am not a fan of Ripple and there are many more like me who do not belive in centralized cryptocurrency.
6604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming Is Key to the Mass Adoption of Crypto on: December 18, 2019, 11:34:16 PM

6606  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it a good time to buy BTC or Gold? on: December 18, 2019, 11:10:25 PM
That depends on the personality and the knowledge of a person. Since, I am into Bitcoin and know about it in details. I will invest in Bitcoin at the current price point.

But, someone who has no clue about Bitcoin will always invest in Gold. Those someone are a lot in numbers than those like us.

6608  Economy / Speculation / Re: Two Years Ago, Bitcoin Was Over $19,000 — What Happened? on: December 18, 2019, 10:37:34 PM
It was pointed out on Twitter that, just two short years ago, Bitcoin was hitting the peak of its most recent bull run — touching close to $20,000. The question of what the recent bear market has meant for the asset was then debated, with some claiming that this is the beginning of the end… and others unconcerned.

The point was originally made by Twitter account of Rob “Crypto Bobby” Paone (@crypto_bobby) in a tweet, where he shared what the market price of both Bitcoin and Ethereum were two years ago to the day.

Source link here

To all of those who have experience the big bull run of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, I know how it feels.

We wish that Bitcoin would have another round of big bull run like what happened a couple of years ago. That's where I finally getting serious about Bitcoin after years of being skeptic.

I was just fortunate back then while I invested some coins and tokens, I sell when it peaked and I didn't wait anymore till the value goes down.

For me, I think the market has matured enough and it may not likely repeat like what happened in 2017 (but I could be wrong too if analysts are correct about their bull run prediction), but it would be unlikely.

2017 was a big year for Bitcoin, it zoomed past and created history. 2018 was the year of correction and community reforms. 2019 till it ends will be known for new endeavors and new investment from Big corporates, acknowledging and accepting the power of Bitcoin. 2020 will be the year of halving and 2021 will be when Bitcoin creates a new all time high.

Keep that in mind.
6609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don't see the transaction in my wallet but only in blockchain on: December 18, 2019, 09:33:41 PM
Hey I am using PAXFUL wallet and a buyer sent me a payment to my wallet address two times.
First time I got the payment and the money was confirmed but second time I can't see the incoming bitcoin in my PAXFUL wallet.

He sent me a proof here:
www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/d572622a3ef1e1b376edffedfa405048da35fcea173af986b07c96eb8c3fafa2
My wallet address is this: 3KTKcrVpkvR2X2brDuEsVQGRwUNuH28k5t

I can see he really made the payment and its already got 10 confirmations.
Am I right?
this is the payment?
but I don't see it in my PAXFUL. do you know what the reason can be?

It is the problem of the wallet in such situation check for wallet updates. It happened once with me I was able to see the transaction on the Blockchain but not in the wallet. It is better to contact the support , if you still cannot see the transaction inside your wallet.
6610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 18, 2019, 09:29:33 PM
That was a completely one sided match. I knew this was to happens after I watched the first innings, where Indian bats mend dominated the game from the starting. 1-1 each, the third match will be crucial and existing, both the team will be playing with a different strategy. I do not forsee any changes in the Indian line up. What do you guys think?
6611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Venezuela & The Bitcoin on: December 18, 2019, 02:18:05 PM
Only the rich and influentials are converting their local currencies to Bitcoin in order to save their fortune. Poor people won't have that kind of financing capability to buy Bitcoin.

It is Bad to hear about a country, so rich with natural resources has come to this state. Corrupt politicians and bureaucracy have to be blamed.

388 to win has already give a psychological advantage to team India
True but Windies will fight back.

As of now everything going in favor of Windies, early catch drop by Rahul and If by any chance Windies reach 250-280 runs at the end of 40 overs then i just want to see Kohli's reactions.  Grin

Oh boy!! final score of India 387/5

Windies must be kicking themselves now, no matter if its batting, flat track or not, even with the dew effect ..... its still very big target to chase, for successful chase everything needs to go in their way from now on and need 2 miracle innings. otherwise they already lost the game.
The West Indies miscalculated big time as they were not able to restrict the free flowing Rohit and Rahul and then Iyer and Pant played some huge shots and at one point they both scored 50 plus runs in two overs, 24 runs in the 46th over by Pant bowled by Cottrell and then Iyer improved that to 31 runs in the 47th over which is bowled by Chase. It is an impossible task for West Indies and with this win the series is leveled.

Yeah, they did. 46-47 over were pure gold for spectators and nightmare for Bowlers and their captain. Something tells me that game is not finished yet. i want good chase and then close win by India (biased) lol Grin

Grin I am also wishing the same. A close match but whenever I wish something the exact opposite happens 😜

Just visited your website, the background image is blocking the content displayed on the website. It would be nice if you can remove Rooney advert from the background and display it in a different way. What is the use of voting, when you cannot see what you are voting for.

I do not think it is possible for west Indies to beat that target. It is a very big score! Form here onwards Indian bowlers need to only constraint them from scoring big runs, any lose over will cause the west indies to strike back. 388 to win has already give a psychological advantage to team India
6615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 18, 2019, 11:37:54 AM
Looks like it will be a 350-380 score today and hope to see Rohit hit his double century in this match without losing the wicket else they may end up with a lesser target.
By the way when Rohit Sharma was batting i thought he will be looking for another double century as he always scores big centuries and now i am surprised to see Rishabh Pant finally smoking the bowlers around the ground and Shreyas Iyer and Pant are scoring boundaries with ease and the partnership reached 55 runs in 19 balls and they crossed 351 runs and now i am confident that India will win the match.

360 plus is already a very competitive score. It will now be the turn of Indian bowler to bowl well, which I doubt!

Batsmen did their job, especially Rohit and Rahul brilliant batting by both the opener.
6616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 18, 2019, 10:52:46 AM
Ah well, India lost the toss and Batting first  Shocked. so far very slow start from Indian openers, Both Rohit and Rahul going with old tested technique of India "Keep your head down at start" no need to say both are eyeing on big inning because historically its batting paradise and India need at least 320 score if they want to win the game(Plus 10+15 runs for buffer) otherwise game looks tough for them.

A brilliant knock by both the opener. You were absolutely correct about their strategy. They way team India is playing I am sure they will cross 320 score. They should reach 350 plus easily.
6617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 18, 2019, 08:35:33 AM
Need a big decision from the captain or the team will be unbalanced for this series.
The toss will be a big factor in this match too, India does have the players to chase the score but when they are put to bat first they usually struggle as they do not have the bowlers to contain the opposition nor able to pick wickets and the match depends on the toss and if India is able to win the toss they will be fielding first unless they are determined to make a huge total on the board so that they can put pressure on the West Indies batsman like they did in the third T20.

Historically, Vizag is a Batsman paradise, you are right Toss will be a big factor. The team that wins the toss will bat first. Since, India has a very weak bowling line up I think if Kohli wins the toss then he will field first, so that they can chase the score. Match depends on the performance of india batsmen.

Virat Kohli & Co. will look to bounce back as they take on Windies in the 2nd ODI in Vizag today. Who do you think will WIN todays match?

The concern that India is facing is with Bowling department and if India manages to bowl well then they should win the match . Also expecting a change in a bowler compared to last ODI and batting line up may remain the same .

Last match our top 3 batsmen failed to score good. Kedar Jadhav seems to be offering little as a bowler and to have him alongside Ravindra Jadeja and Shivam Dube seems to be a Bad trio combo.

I had once a tough time with a 10x rollover. Now, I am thinking about a 40x rollover. I am sure it is to prevent scammers and fraudsters. But, I will break my heart if I win big.

Thanks for the offer but I will avoid it.
