A: Why I'm against ETFs
6702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin Bullrun on: May 21, 2019, 03:16:20 AM
Do you think, market will face an altcoin pump soon?
For what I observed since I experienced what said that after the BTC ATH altcoins do ATH too.
But today, what I see is when BTC pumps, altcoins are really dumping off the floor. The BITCOIN dominance also pumps a few weeks ago, while those altcoins are dropping. For me, we can see a different altcoin season soon, different from what happened in 2017.
6703  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did you earn from the lastest bull run of BTC 3k4-8k3?? on: May 21, 2019, 02:32:38 AM
If we will based on Coinbase, around 158% gain if you bought BTC around $3,165 and sold it around $8,200.
~snip image
I mean how many profit did people earn from the bull run (not calculate % up of BTC)
Clarify it, just what happened to me, I bought 0.03 bitcoin at $3,200 before using my fiat from my pocket. Then sold it when it was around $8,100 last week.
I earned roughly $147‬ through that since I bought $96 with 0.03btc when the price of btc is on $3,200 and sold 0.03 btc it by $243 when the price is $8,100.

That's what I earn when I bought that the dip that area. Since I needed money last week, I just sold what I bought and I'm happy with the profits.
6704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is BNB the new ETH killer on: May 21, 2019, 01:52:10 AM
It's really far behind to become the ETH killer, as you said because of price action only that's why you are concerned. If you will see the development of BNB compare to ETH, it's totally behind.
Did you even think that why BNB has a huge price action last few months? We can consider the price manipulation of it and the fever of IEO with the use of exchange tokens to be able to participate.

Watch this youtube video Binance Admits To Pump & Dump? Planning a 2nd One! Greed & Corruption is Strong With This One... and there's a lot of video about Binance in that channel.
6705  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the bear market over? Important Weekly close! on: May 21, 2019, 12:19:08 AM

As also you can see on this chart by HairyMaclairy, if we will base on the 2014/2015 price, we should be dumping now on this area but it goes on the opposite side. As you can also the 200MA acting now major support which is really good news for Bitcoin. Breaking above $6,000 is really significant for bitcoin since it will become the major support now.

6707  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading strategy do you guys use? on: May 20, 2019, 09:33:07 AM
When I'm starting, I spend 4-5 hours a day watching the charts because I tried to get a profit in just minutes but I see it very stressful so I stop it after a few weeks. Now I'm doing the buy and hold where I will just hold a coin until my target selling price has reached.
I remember myself years ago when I am addicted to spending with charts and tried every different method and tried different indicator Grin. I even tried also to trade the scalping method that I keep watching every price action within a minute. I realized that it is very time-consuming and I lost also a lot of BTC before since I am a newbie and don't have any risk management.
6708  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Looking for a third party services - Ledger Hardwallet on: May 20, 2019, 08:01:03 AM
Bawal ba yung bitcoin payment yung nasa taas ng paypal? isn’t bitcoin yun? and bitcoin cash? if not. I prefer you an alternative way if gusto mo magkaroon ng paypal meron nag ttrade ng BTC to PAYPAL piliin mo lang yung mga may positive trust (if ever lang na gusto mo yung suggestion ko).

6709  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: start trading again carefully and don't be too ambitious to get big profits ...! on: May 20, 2019, 06:52:27 AM
The best method about this is Risk Management, you need that method to minimize your losses and profits also. Like risk: reward ratio, before entering into a trade, you need a plan, how much would you like to risk on that trade and how much would be the reward if that trade will success?
Simply put your stop-loss for every trade and your price target on your every trade.

Try to watch this video, it is very well-explained how the risk: reward works. Crypto-Trading | Risk Reward Ratio
6710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you are regretting not encashing read this ' on: May 20, 2019, 05:34:06 AM
Kudos to everyone who is still holding , trust me when it rises up you guys are going to be proud of the fact that you didn't encashed and stayed put.
If you believe in Bitcoin, you will hold it for the long term. Bitcoin will be staying and just keep in mind about the law of supply, we have only limited supply of Bitcoin. I still accumulate more bitcoins for every dip and hold it as long as I have money for my daily lives if I have spare funds, I put it on my trading account or buy more bitcoins.
6711  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinoy takot paren sa crypto-investing? on: May 20, 2019, 03:39:28 AM

Pangatlo, "Never invest in a business you cannot understand" - Warren Buffett.
6712  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did you earn from the lastest bull run of BTC 3k4-8k3?? on: May 20, 2019, 03:17:04 AM
Did anyone ask your self why you always miss the train and then regret and decide to fomo?
I don't think about this, because for every dip last year, I bought bitcoins, like first, around $6,000, then it was dump around $3,200 bought some around this area and recently was around $5,000 this year. I hold this for long term so no regrets and no FOMO.

Did anyone bought BTC at 3k4 and sell BTC at 8k3 for real? How many percentage of profit did you earn from the recently bull run??
If we will based on Coinbase, around 158% gain if you bought BTC around $3,165 and sold it around $8,200.

6713  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Need me some advice on: May 20, 2019, 01:57:32 AM
This was also happened to me before, especially when I'm still a newbie in trading. My situation before is to transfer my bitcoins from Bittrex to Binance that was the time Binance is starting to make some noise.

I got surprised before when I am about to withdraw my funds and some of my documents are expired and some of them are not valid, I had no choice before and I immediately renew some of my documents just to able pass the KYC and withdraw my funds.

My advice is if you really value your funds there, withdraw your funds but you need to pass the KYC.
6714  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A Complete Guide to Margin Trading for Beginners on: May 20, 2019, 01:22:53 AM
I would like to add a list of some Exchanges that have Margin Trading.

These all listed exchanges have margin trading as far as I know. My advice is to choose an exchange which has a good trading volume and friendly user GUI. Happy trading!

P.S. I don't advertise any exchanges mentioned above.
6715  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin price & movements [Discussion] on: May 20, 2019, 12:41:09 AM
Rejected again, pangatlong beses na 'to. I'm still short term bearish sa BTC ngayon hanggat di mababasag yung resistance around $4,000.

I'm expecting more sideways than dumps/pumps this week.

6717  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to avoid getting scammed of your bitcoin (for newbies) on: May 19, 2019, 10:29:18 AM
#3, Don't fall for those Ponzi's:
I've seen too many people advertising ways to get 8% a day or 900% a year and such.  Just don't invest your bitcoin in anything way too good to be true.  It should seem clear,  but I've seen a lot of comments proving it isn't to all.
Additional those ICO which are totally scam, just like what happened in 2017-2018 which a lot of people conducted their ICO and most of them are not legit like copy-paste whitepapers, fake team members, roadmaps are trash.
Also, check this guide on how to spot a scammer: [EDU] How to spot a scammer (Read this before doing any transactions!)
I'll go also with Bitmex, pag gusto mo talaga maging batak sa trading, advice ko go with bitmex kasi pwede ka dito mag short, meaning you can buy high, sell low. Kasi common na pag te trade diba buy low, sell high? sa bitmex, tawag jan long position, opposite is short position.

Happy trading!
6719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB time to buy ? on: May 19, 2019, 08:52:42 AM
At the moment the price of BNB is $27 and I think it will be very difficult to rise above $30, so personally my opinion on BNB should be sold
OP is talking about BTC-BNB pair. If we based on the technical analysis, if we look at the chart with 1day time frame, BNB is creating a lower high.
If I will buy BNB, I will wait to retest the support around 0.003btc area, it's still possible to visit this area especially if you use 20 moving average in 1 day time frame, closing below there could lead to falling it around 0.003btc.
