For some country it is not still taxable, that's why there are some countries that don't want bitcoin because there is no tax there. Bitcoin is decentralized, it is really volatile. So some governments don't want to legalize bitcoin.

I'll go with Binance now, because I just discover Binance. Since I started trading, I first use Bittrex but I found now Binance is really good. The only problem in Binance is you can't trade some decimal values so that's why. Bittrex is also good because there are lot coins there.

You can earn free money in cryptocurrency. You can start with the basic, you should learn different things in crypto currency. If you have some funds, you can invest if you want. My advice is  start in bounty campaigns you can earn some tokens there, or start in airdrop.

For me , investing in ICO is also good. Investing in ICO for starting of your crypto currency is good, it is good starting capital. When you already taken profits in investing ICO, you may use your earned profits in trading. But there are many scam ICO nowadays.

For me, the most I like is monero in your list. Monero is really great coin for private coin, they have very active project with great devs. I have one suggestion that not in your list, it is the Verge. Verge currency is also good, since it is still undervalued.
