acho tão bom vir aqui no forum nesse estilo retrô web1.

682  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Hardwallet Blockstream JADE on: October 18, 2023, 01:42:42 AM

Se for.... bacana demais Cheesy

683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sustainable Approach For Your Earnings in Gambling on: October 18, 2023, 01:34:01 AM
And what happens if you experience a losing streak?

It would have been a great guide if only you have control of your gambling outcome—> so if it turns out that you are not lucky and your game does not come out like you have planned this guide becomes somewhat useless.

A good player is much more prepared for a losing streak than for a glorious victory.
Defeats are part of a player's life, so even "successful" players may have experienced several defeats in a row but never witnessed the same winning streak or grand victory. This is because they know how to manage risks and be successful with small, sporadic victories.
But even good players, who have experienced many defeats, would often not know how to handle a big victory.
The most important thing, I believe it is the third item mentioned.... immediately withdraw 80% of the winnings and continue playing as if "nothing had happened".
It takes a lot of self-control in these moments, to contain the emotion of victory and continue playing as planned. If this is not possible, it is best to stop playing for a while until you can recover emotionally.
684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: October 18, 2023, 01:18:38 AM
I know that by the next World Cup, Lionel Messi is going to be 39 and Cristiano Ronaldo is probably going to be 41/42 if I am not wrong. But I still want to see these two play for their own country in the World Cup final, to be honest. Maybe it is just me. Maybe it is just my emotions talking. For the longest time, I wanted to see the World Cup being lifted by Lionel Messi. now I have seen that happen.

Now I do want to see Cristiano Ronaldo lifting the World Cup trophy as well. I don't know, maybe it will not happen. But it would definitely be really something to see. And Lionel Messi playing the next World Cup, I think he will play, but we know that he has already won the World Cup. So he will probably be more interested in being a good substitute player instead of a player who will play the whole 90 minutes.

I was researching the oldest players to compete in a World Cup, and curiously these titles belong to goalkeepers. So... seeing a striker playing in a World Cup at the age of 40 is really something "out of the ordinary".

For those who are curious, historically these are the oldest players to play in a FIFA World Cup.

1. Essam El-Hadary – Age: 45 years old
The Egyptian goalkeeper last played for his national team on June 25, 2018. On that occasion, Egypt lost to Saudi Arabia 2-1, but El-Hadary saved a penalty in the match. two.

2. Faryd Mondragón - Age: 43 years old
At the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, the Colombian goalkeeper was on the field in Colombia's 4-1 victory over Japan on June 24, 2014. Mondragón entered the field in the 39th minute of the second half, replacing the starting goalkeeper. David Ospina, and even made a save in the last minute, preventing Japan's second goal

3. Roger Milla – Age: 42 years old
The Cameroonian played in three World Cups (1982, 1990 and 1994), his last match being against Russia, in a 6-1 defeat. He even scored the goal of honor for the Cameroonians. Milla also became the oldest player to score a goal in a World Cup.
685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 18, 2023, 01:12:25 AM
That is what Liverpool says for now, but the truth is that there is a price tag for every single player in the world. I was impressed that they refused this offer they got from the Saudi Professional League the last time although I don't know whether it would have ended in a transfer anyway because in the end it is also the player who has to say yes. I am not sure if Salah ever expressed his desire to leave Liverpool and go to a club in the Saudi Professional League. From what I was able to gather, I think that Salah never intended to leave Liverpool in the first place.

Liverpool are not very confident in Salah staying.
Knowing that Saudi Arabia still has an interest in the player, the team is evaluating the best options in the bid market to keep its offensive sector strong.

In other words... no matter how good the scenario is, Liverpool is planning alternatives for Mohamed Salah's possible departure, should that occur. One of these options is striker Leroy Sané, from Bayern Munich. He is also left-footed, like Salah, and could fit very well into Jürgen Klopp's scheme. In the current season, Sané played 11 matches for Thomas Tuchel's team and scored seven goals for the German club.

@Lucasgabd, meus parabéns!!! novamente Cheesy
688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Low cost but effective solutions to gambling addiction on: October 15, 2023, 11:28:33 PM
One of the solutions which is recommended by most gamblers on this forum for gambling addiction is "Therapy" . Professional help in the form of therapy. It is good and very effective but how many persons can actually afford it? There is a fee for each session that lasts for a duration of 60minutes. And there are more than one session. Therapy for gambling addiction is expensive. How can those who are unemployed afford it? How about the college student? Or the person receiving minimum wage. What are the other low cost but very effective solutions to gambling addiction. And typically how long will it take before the addict starts to feel more in control and less withdrawal symptoms?
Will totally appreciate your responses. Thanks.

The solution should lie in government support programs.
In countries where gambling is regulated, gambling is responsible for giving governments a lot of money that is collected through taxes... where is this money spent?

In my opinion, the income obtained from casino taxes should be used mainly for investment in education, financial education... teaching children about the correct use of money. Secondly, to treat people who are addicted, as certainly someone who is not treated will become ill or will start stealing to satisfy their addictions and both could cost countries much more money than treatment for gaming addiction. unlucky.
689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto betting on: October 15, 2023, 11:23:58 PM
Permit me to please disagree with you, as long as online gambling casino is concerned, there is none without any form of problem or problems, for me, I believe that our peace of mind in dealing with casinos is majorly in our hands, whether it involves a big or small casino, its all the same, if a gambler want peace of mind, he or she should just do well to keep and obey the rules and regulations of the casino, or terms of service, whatso ever it is called.

And by the way, its important for us to always remember that the casinos we refer to as big today were once a small and unknown casino as well, so should not really underrate casinos that are small and unpopular today because by tomorrow, such casinos may become big and popular as well.

I agree with you when you say that we should give chances to small casinos, in fact they cannot become big if no one really believes in them.
However, I say that you need to be very careful with them... bet small amounts, always pay attention to reviews and be suspicious of everything.

On the other hand, it is also very important that small casinos invest a lot in customer support, that they have easy means of communicating with their customers and that they provide quality service... it is also important that they are very close to the players, with an official topic here on the bitcointalk forum and constant communication with the community, in order to quickly gain a reputation, which will be converted into greater security for players and consequently into income for the site.

According to news PSG are still trying to convince Mbappe for another contract extension these days. They are trying everything they can to prevent him from leaving without any transfer fee. PSG are of course one of the richest European teams right now but it isn't like they are in need of a lot of money.

It wouldn't seem nice if they lose their most valuable player on free transfer. They would be criticized by everyone for letting him go like that. But it won't be easy to convince Mbappe for sure.

I agree with the newspaper L'Équipe, and I think that PSG's performance in this year's Champions League will be decisive for Kylian's decision on Mbappé.... as the team's obsession since the investment from Qatar, as well as the player himself, will have an important weight in the negotiations. If by chance there is a failure due to an elimination in the initial phase, it is very likely that Mbappé will decide to leave.

In any case, I believe that Mbappé will not in fact renew his contract with PSG, otherwise this would have happened a long time ago and not now when there are only a few months left for the player to be "free" to decide his future.

693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often is your luck in gambling? on: October 14, 2023, 04:38:16 PM
This Filipina did not even expect she won the grand prize on lottery instead she thought of winning just consolation prizes. Lucky for her she had that financial stability for 25 years as $6,670+ a month here in the Philippines is pretty huge.

https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/pinoyabroad/content/882861/pinay-wins-over-p387-000-a-month-for-25-years-in-emirates-draw/story/

I am not lucky in lottery or any gambling casinos but way back in 2017 the only luck I encountered was I gambled with the risk of joining bounty hunting on this forum and it is worth it.

How about you guys, are you having a good fortune on your gambling career? Do you ever think of quitting after you won a jackpot?

My luck in the game is basically defined by my skills and knowledge in football, as I don't place many bets on games that depend solely on luck.
Even so, I can tell you that I never won anything that could make me rich or with the possibility of spending a few years without having to work. However, if I have this opportunity, I certainly wouldn't stop playing because I don't play to make money, but as a form of entertainment.

If I won a lot of money gambling and managed to withdraw it from the casino (which must be quite a challenge), I would invest the amount won in a savings account and continue playing "normally".
694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you not gamble on women sports? (tennis not included) on: October 14, 2023, 04:34:03 PM
I do not know if this has been discussed before, but I want to know why most discussions on sports asides tennis is about the men's side of it and the women side is about only barely mentioned. Take football for example. Why is there low engagement in women sports from the side of viewers and even gamblers who are sports bettors? Is it not easier to win on gambling on women sports than men's sport? or is there no gambling site offering odds for betting on women sports?

I believe that the problem is not exactly the fact that we (bettors) don't want to bet on them, but rather the fact that there are much fewer championships involving female athletes.
Even though discrimination in sports has decreased a lot, it is still much more common to have major competitions for men than for women.
Furthermore, it is more difficult to find good bookmakers that have opportunities for as many types of women's sports as those available for men.

That said, I defend myself by saying that in football (my favorite sport) I have been betting on both the FIFA Women's World Cup and also the Brazilian Women's Championship.
695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among you here is gambling at work? on: October 14, 2023, 04:30:03 PM
I'd like to hear from those of you who have experienced this or are still dealing with it. Please share your testimonies.

Certainly, for someone to reach the point of betting on gambling in the workplace, it is because they have already exceeded the acceptable limit of addiction.
A person who can no longer distinguish the correct time for leisure and work will not be able to deliver the results expected by their employer and this will certainly be noticed by them in a short period of time.

In Brazil, the employee may be fired by his employer without the right to receive various benefits than if he were fired for some other "any" reason.
I never had this problem, but I knew someone at work who played during work hours and was not fired, but rather warned by his employer. But, unable to play, he ended up resigning a few months later.

697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever heard about financing a gambler? on: October 12, 2023, 06:54:12 PM
How will you feel if someone you know or just a friend of a friend walk up to you and ask you to finance them in gambling in exchange for a portion of their winnings? Does this even make any sense?

I don't even trust myself when I'm betting, how could I trust someone else to manage my money in gambling? Tongue

This is crazy!
I believe that corporate sponsorship of renowned players is something quite sensible, after all the company is advertising its brand on renowned players who will be seen all over the world, so this is in fact an investment that will give a financial return to those who financed it, regardless of the results that the bettor has.
However, investing money in someone just with the promise that this player will be able to multiply your winnings is absurd.
698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 12, 2023, 06:50:09 PM
Xabi is a coach who is currently on the rise, he is highly appreciated after being able to lead Leverkusen from the start as a coach, and is currently bringing Leverkusen to the top of the Bundesliga standings. It would be very natural if his name would be linked with several clubs that need his services. especially Real Madrid, where this season is Don Carlo's last season with Los Blancos. It's just that I'm not sure Xabi is ready to become El Real's coach. At least, he still needs to establish his position as a coach. I mean, maybe Xabi will stay in the future with Leverkusen. before he established himself, to manage a much bigger club. but we will never know, because in football it is for. It could be that Xabi Alonso will take the job if Madrid makes an offer. especially, if that's what makes it interesting.

Xabi Alonso is, in fact, one of the main coaches of the current generation and I agree with you that he is doing an excellent job at Leverkusen... the German team is the leader of the Bundesliga, with six wins and one draw so far.

But, even though the season is just beginning, it is very likely that Leverkusen are running a great risk of losing their coach due to the fact that there is a clause in Xabi Alonso's contract that allows him to leave Bayer to take on any of his exes. -clubs.

There are three possibilities... Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. I believe that the Spanish club is the most likely to win a contract with Xabi, as coach Carlo Ancelotti has already agreed to take the lead in the Brazilian football team.

On the other hand, Liverpool are quite safe with Jürgen Klopp and Bayern should also bet on Thomas Tuchel's long-term work, even though he has had one of the best results so far, but they are still in third place in the championship. .
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a strategy to lose on: October 12, 2023, 06:39:11 PM
Gambling is based on luck for real but that doesn't mean you should be dividing your attention into poker, soccer, horse racing, or roulette all at once, you need to choose a side and learn everything you can about the game. This is the mistake that many gamblers are making, they believe since it's all about luck they should expand the possibility to get lucky and it always end up badly for them.

It's no doubt that Poker for example is all about been cunning, logical and deception to gain power over your opponent, it's called upper advantage, this is way different from games like Blackjack, roulette or Slots.

So imagine doing all these together, most gambling games needs your understanding of the odds and taking them into account, especially when wagering, so how can a gambler get involved in all games at once just to increase their chances of getting lucky? Stop this as it's not a strategy to win, it's a strategy to lose.

I agree with you.... when we are talking about increasing the chances of winning, we cannot think about diversification.
In standard investments, this is quite common and highly recommended: Diversify your investments in order to reduce risks.
However, in gambling games, the most sensible thing to do is do exactly the opposite... delve into something you really enjoy and aim to become the best player in the world in the choice you made.
Some types of bets have less risk, others are more profitable, so I believe that there is no such thing as which would be the best type of bet to make money, but rather which one appeals most to each player.

Even in a specific segment of games, we need to be quite an expert... in football games, for example, I understand a lot about the European and South American championships, but I still don't know anything about the Arab league, which is on the rise. So, I don't risk playing it.
700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cross addictions is Just as Bad. on: October 12, 2023, 06:33:22 PM
So a friend told me that a mutual friend tried to replace his gambling addiction with another another one because he has tried all everything else. The new addiction is PS4. He pays for extra on the game and he is getting more and more into it. According to my friend, this mutual friend feels that paying $20 per month its subscription is better than $100- $500 on slots where he ends up losing.

Well I told him that this is basically cross addiction and what that mutual friend is trying to do is like running away from the truth. Not wanting to face the core issue. So he is justify spending $20 and not on slots when both are unhealthy addictions that can have far reaching consequences. He just has to sit and face his addiction head on without looking for a replacement addiction which is just as bad.

Ever heard of cross addiction or suffered from it?
What do you think?

They say that the worst addiction is the one that directly affects your body, and in the illusion that they will be in a better situation, many people exchange their addiction to drugs, alcohol or cigarettes into addictions to pornography or gambling, because in this case there is no a degradation of the body, only that of the mind.

However, I disagree with this, because if your mind isn't well, then your body won't be either. It is a person's brain that controls the release of hormones that keep their body healthy. Furthermore, a person who has a deep addiction to gambling will generally abstain from physical activity and even from eating something healthy, and consequently their body will suffer the consequences.

Swapping one addiction for another doesn't really solve anything, you have to eliminate it until the end.
