People seem to forget that hackers aren’t exactly easy to catch just because an ip is a source of an attack doesn’t mean that’s the attacker it could just be an insecure network being used to relay an attackers actions that’s why most smalltime hacks don’t get prosecuted it’s better to stop it be trying to rigure out the true source
I think the proactive approach with this one is what is most interesting. Since the honey pot would actively attract and analyze hacking attempts almost instantly and distribute to the rest of the network you are basically protecting before the attack happens. Also a more experienced hacker will know what a honeypot is and how it works. And can in turn use it against the miners. How can bitfence prevent this ? That's exactly what their lead team member said in the video interview, that they know IP's can be comprimised which is why each hackers fingerprint will be unique, and not include IP and machine name etc. Building a fingerprint of the hacker is a wise move as it moves them away from traditional blocking and more towards something actually useful in preventing future attacks I’m gonna be interested to see how the full fingerprint is built That's probably the most innovative part of this project, i don't actually know how the technical part of the fingerprint works but one thing is for sure, you can't fake a fingerprint and even if you do, it will take a whole lot of effort than just changing an IP and all that, so it is a right step in the right direction and to me, this is the first of its kind This is the beauty of it, regardless of IP address or where you are in the world. BitFence should be able to identify the same type of attack due to the unique fingerprint allowing a secure efficient system That's why is so difficult to implement any effective security system. I f Bitfence solves this problem that would be a huge step in network security. Every day attackers find different way to hacking system. BitFence need to keep updating their products on regular basis. It will be interesting to see if hackers can hack BitFence device or not. Hackers wont be targetting the BitFence device, it is used as a "honeypot" which will essentially draw the hackers into the device making it vulnerable so Bitfence device can inspect the type of attack and assign it to a unique ID (Fingerprint) which therefore can be used in the future down the line. |

In 3 days time all sales as regards this project will be done with. 14 Hours, and then we will have the pre-listing sale. I just can't wait for it. We have preliminary agreements of plastic cards emission in Russia and EU. We're not considering own ATMs at this stage of the project. I think this is a really good move, especially to start with. People are used to the ATM's/Banks they already know and see everyday, would they get it if a cryoto card atm suddenly popped up? If people can use them on normal banks then it will increase trust and awareness. I suppose people would be quite suspect about a "new" ATM so would probably put people off. I guess it will be a long term goal to integrate it into the current ATM's that everyone is use to. I hope I can see this possible one day within this exciting project. |

We are working closely with Germany, Estonia and Russia. This means that we are preparing the issue of cards for Russia, and German and Estonian cards will be available around the world with logical restrictions (Iran, China, Singapore and other countries where crypto-currencies are not regulated or banned). In addition, we are aimed at expanding the scope of our cards and after the launch of European and Russian history, we will switch to other promising markets - Japan, Korea, Asia in general. Asian market is one of the most powerful markets in the crypto space. I would have been surprised if i didn't see them in your list. How long before you guys move to the Asia market. I like the Asia target too, very tech drive continent, I've read about Singapore big interest in anything crypto so I'm glad Singapore was included, how about Dubai, it's a pretty nice country to be in too Dubai is a good shout, especially considering how wealthy they are, I'm sure there would be some huge investors there that would be very interested in the project and would provide a nice amount of funds which Cryptocean could benefit from |

You're absolutely right, that simply means an increase in the market value of the project with every new entry that is made in the crypto world will lead to a potential increase in the value of the token and is not just the cryptosphere that this is applicable but the traditional means too, so the project has a huge market base, its relevance will keep growing I agree with you Mate. Cryptocurrency market is clos to $500B+ I think. This means lots of hackers will be active and trying to steal the data/wallet. That's why I think BitFence products will be in demand. If only it was at $500B+ !!! It has been consolidating around $300billion currently at $330billion. Also BitFence is targeting securing at multiple levels - mainly targeting securing business' rather than Cryptocurrency wallets. |

Most exchanges have rules against announcing listings before they are done deals and most don’t allow announcements while ICOs are actively running which makes sense if you think about it to keep things in check
Announcing exchange listing during ico is a bad move..it shouldn't even come to mind till during the last days of the running ico.. Exchange is usually a very big distraction during an ico... If the exchange isn't a favourable one it can turn down investors in investing in the token... Yeah, the big ones get you to sign a NDA specifically so they're not announced. I personally don't care about when an exchange is announced, if i invest in a project it's because I believe in the core of the project and their goals, not because they're going to be listed on X exchanges. Not only this, but I'm not fussed about which exchanges for now as the project is still developing. I'm more interested in the actual work they are producing and the progress - I'm in 4NEW for the long game rather than selling for a quick buck on an exchange They are burning unsold token which may likely bring the total 300m to a very reduced amount plus the different plants already set and more to come, there is no way value of FRNC won't improve over time You're right about the value increasing and a part of me believes that even if they don't end up burning the tokens which i doubt, the need for the token will be so much that it will likely be a scare resource in the future, sounds funny but there's a high probability of that happening, is realistic, is just a matter of time and the whole process will fall in place I saw some estimates on the 4NEW price channel that it could be about 100m tokens that end up getting burned. That means technically, each KWATT would be worth 33% more, and would embody 33% more electric. Where did you see this information, whats the source - i'll be interested to read that, wasn't aware of a burn! Especially 100m tokens :O Impressive and good news for holders! Well I learnt there's going to be burning of unsold tokens, not sure about the amount of tokens tho. If @darkoth89 is correct an increase of 33% will be really cool  . I think it just calculations based on expected number of unsold tokens. And if this really happens then I will be really happy. 33% increase in value is really good. With the working plants and incoming new plants i think it will be more then 33% when 4new hits exchanges i hope they will go on a good one. I have to say I like that even after Superbloom team review ICO projects, it still needs to do so much more to make it onto their platform. The quality of ICO's that is offered to us should be of a very good standard.

Anything they do will have to be thorough in order to build their reputation among the community. yeah, it's basically them making ICO's themselves do KYC before they can list on their platform, a very interesting idea that'll hopefully weed out alot of crap/scam ICO's. That's going to help a lot of newbie investors for sure, not only newbies though, we're all at risk and can get caught out. I've missed some great projects over the years where I havent had time to properly do my due diligence so it's a massive positive for me as well. Great news, I also have missed other opportunities due to KYC, it's nice to see there is minimum work / hassle required when using the Superbloom portfolio. They already do that on Telegram they post important news very fast there that is why we should be following them on social media they have a bigger public there. Yeah Im active on Telegram so I see most of their highlights on there, Vanig do a great job at updating their socials its just hard sometimes personally to keep up to date on new developments. It's good to see regular updates on social media showing the hard work they are carrying out and seeing regular updates, I agree though - it would be good to see regular updates corresponding to their roadmap and how they are progressing within the dates |
