v1.5.0 release timetime and short update
Update from discord dev channel:
honglu69Today at 9:36 PM u/RedRaider10 u/Sefia u/will777 Let me know you guys feel the vote count on name soft change should be counted and finalized. I plan to do big push on dev coding on holiday week. Hopefully to have one final test and release the v1.5.0 by end of this month. It will have several weeks of sharing the code with v1.4.x branch, but will hard fork in Jan 2021 and after that the old wallet won't work.(edited)
v1.5.0 is major change and hard fork on NENG. One is the soft name change. Another is hard fork cheetah diff change to scale up android phone mining issue.
Observing the recent spike events. I now gravitate toward conservative side to raise the cheetah diff. 32x or 16x is probably too much because one impact is the slowing down of hours/days after a spike block is mined. 10x raise to cheetah diff= 0.00244 seemed to be more conservative and reasonable.
Another way to think of this issue is, 10 times increase of NENG trading price, means that profit of miners rise 10 times, therefore, cheetah difficulty rise 10 times correspondingly. A more conservative hard fork using trading price as another guide line.

Alert for GPU solo miners, reset tomorrow morning Latest projection: in about 7.5 hours from now, most likely there will be a reset to 0.000244 base difficulty at around early morning 5:30 am U.S. eastern time tomorrow.
This will be another boom for solo miners on GPU or USB ASIC. GPU solo miners can mine millions of NENG within one day on reset.

Base diff reset to close to zero, boom for solo miners GPU/USB ASIC
base difficulty just reset to 0.000244. Another boom for solo miners on GPU/USB ASIC.

Alert for GPU solo miners, reset on Saturday noon Latest projection: in about 9.6 hours from now, most likely there will be a reset to 0.000244 base difficulty at around noon 12:30 pm U.S. eastern time on Saturday.
This will be another boom for solo miners on GPU or USB ASIC. GPU solo miners can mine millions of NENG within one day on reset.

Alert for GPU solo miners, reset in 6.7 hours
Latest projection for next reset in 6.7 hours from here. Or 4:00 am U.S. eastern time there will be a reset to close to zero base diff . In less than 7 hours, GPU solo miners on NENG can mine millions of NENG within one day.

I do not like false accusation and personal attacks. This is not a proper miner's communication way with a dev.
i still feel my accusations are just.. for as we speak there has apparently been another "spike" . so according to your article cpu miners should be collecting blocks.. and with my 24 cores running cheetah miner by your article i should be hitting blocks.. but my last block was 311 blocks ago. i have brought this to your attention multiple times. in different chats.. and get this same response. but your response does nothing to explain. and yes im fully synched.. "blocks" : 2216862, "timeoffset" : -1, "connections" : 6, Why should I help you for mining NENG for CPU mining purposes if you accuse me of "getting all the blocks unethically". Sure, I am willing to help all miners to get as good mining experience as possible. But, you need to understand, my time is not free, and you do not pay me money for cost of "technical support". NENG is decentralized coin with no boss, no entity. Nobody, no corporation owns NENG. NENG is just a open sourced project like bitcoin/litecoin/dogecoin. But I am not willing to help any miner who accuse me of wrong doing of unethical behaviors on mining NENG.

Not sure why and how this reset is so close to last one. Just saw a spike block mined earlier today, which could be the reason.
ill tell you why... its because you trigger them/. you dont like anyone else getting te coin and when there is more hash on there than you can compete with... oh looky what happens.. it gets triggered. you have done nothing for this coin except rip of the users or it and line your own pockets. .. if this is not the case... show me the code and were it isnt being activated by you then I am not going to respond to you if you do not accept my spike explanation here. The github is open sourced on NENG. It is up to you to review the open sourced code. It is not my job to hand handling with you on codes. I do not like false accusation and personal attacks. This is not a proper miner's communication way with a dev.

Base diff reset to 0.0009, boom for GPU/USB ASIC solo miners Base diff reset to 0.0009, boom for GPU/USB ASIC solo miners.

and explain to me how i have 48 cores... solo mining.. each using a different address... i have the cheetah miner running on 24 different instances... i have 3 moonlanders... solomining...... but i still only hit a block 1 out 200......... and let me guess... you hitting every block Before the spike incident, before 10 hours ago, because NENG had multiple reset almost every day, your 24 CPU solo mining on NENG probably get very little because CPU miners do not get anything on reset, or may be some blocks, but almost nothing. About 10 hours ago, a spike was mined. After that, your CPU miners on 24 instances should get tons of blocks mined on CPU cheetah_cpuminer software. But make sure the wallet is well synced on this. Currently almost all blocks are mined by CPU miners, either in windows, linux, mac, chrombooks, or android phones.

Spike blocks were mined 8 hours ago all ASIC/GPU are essentially shutdown. Moonlanders are ASICs, so it is not surprising to get almost zero blocks for past 10 hours.
