I only believe Ethererum is able to pass Bitcoin and not replace it, because Bitcoin has become the missing element of this market. In the future, I think that ETH's market cap will overtake BTC because the potential of ETH is undisputed. Currently, most of the altcoins create Token based on Ethererum technology.
I used to believe that. Now I don't believe ETH can overtake BTC on market cap. U.S. government is very clear that tokens are security and subject to their regulations. ETH is not security, but ICO tokens on top of ETH are security. This regulations will kill off majority of ETH potential. |

Bitcoin is still the king of crypto and so far it has No 1 market cap for long period of time, for almost 10 years. Bitcoin is doing well as digital gold. Ethereum/ripple is still unproven yet and I do agree that they have their own potential.
In fact, only one coin, Marinecoin (MTC) beat bitcoin for only one day in coin market cap in 2014. No other coins have overtaken bitcoin yet so far.

When i saw a title on Marinecoin saying only buyers can sell their free tokens, that got me to a conclusion that its a pyramid scheme
It is quite common for airdrop or bounty distribution to happen after ICO period is over. The distribution of aridrop/bounty for Marinecoin is immediate, but trading of these airdropped coin has limitations. One can hodl their airdropped coins after ICO period is over. Marinecoin is currently still in ICO period. Only after 90% of Marinecoin supply is distributed, and ICO is completed, the trading of Marinecoin can be expected normal. Currently there is trading limit imposed on those airdropped coins. This is quite common practice for airdrop or bounty. |

This is daily bounty or daily airdrop for 20,000 MTC in exchange for 1 message posting. You can do the bounty every day. Specially you post a message in bitcointalk, creating a newbie new account if you want. It is all managed by a bot, or AI named "Jarvis". You put in Marinecoin wallet address, you put in your bitcointalk username, then if the database msg is available, you can copy and paste other's msg and post to obtain the reward. If the database is empty, you will need to generate a seed msg or your own message to post to obtain the reward. I think bitcointalk newbie account can not work now to claim this Marinecoin airdrop because bitcointalk automatically delete post. I tried today and failed today. It was OK yesterday. Yes, there is discussion in DISCORD that newbie account has this instant post deletion problem by bitcointalk. There is workaround reported and Newbie account reported success by modifying the old msg a little bit, maybe removing the URL before posting. Newbie bitcointalk account is fine for this airdrop. |
