I need BTC for possible side chains off shoots.. dont think they will compromise alt coins.. and then there is recent Russia news.. so all good I feel I am doing all the right things to support and promote this landscape

exactly my sentiment, also VERT is now part of shapeshifter and that service is growing, did not really see much activity off the top 50 , not even sure if I will come back with BTC , and just wait till coins disperse themselves as that group has doing now in chunks..  anyways.. this game is not for faint hearted

as far as VTC after some contemplation, believe remainder will cover for 12 BTC, I know there is a million of them  someone is waiting for the right time to sell. but I feel, coin will "survive it" I am very sure that group/people will try to panic (as they did me) to sell too quick.. it is up to you, VTC has really nice community and very fast transaction time (coins just arrived! minutes from cryptsy transfer) and the only thing they need is "attention" see what happens I could be gravely wrong

BTC wallet is still syncing! must be 6 hours now.. off bootstrap.dat ... there is no escape from this... but internet is going to get faster as well as disk storage such as optical read /write devices.. so I worry 0

Update: so after all night, BTC/VTC split is balanced perfect, although if I would sell 10K VTC yesterday I would probably gain 1 BTC at this moment (not worth the risk) so it might be VTC is being dispersed as we speak which is a good thing, couple of days a week will tell, it is not like there are many established coins out there, this one is worth taking the risk..

might be a small rebound on the horizon actually and developer is completing his Computer Science degree I am sure he has friends in the engineering department

is shadow coin TOR based ? if I remember it correctly.. the only thing with TOR is that exit nodes are monitored by the government and people get spooked out (unfortunately) however from the anonymity point of view it is excellent, can not be traced , I am all about legal stuff.. took 30% off the market as said, I do 100% believe what  you are saying is true, but all alt coins are in the same boat, probably not the once with high price value (too expensive too much risk for them)
