Bounties are a big mistake. A better system would be to replace with a percentage bonus that goes to people who have already invested a minimum amount in the ICO. For example say you do the Klingon translation and you get an extra 20% added on to the 1 BTC worth of tokens you got on the ICO. This way it still rewards people but ensures that they have some investment in the success of the coin. This would also eliminate a lot of the scamming on bounties.
I don't think a dump of this magnitude is coming from bounties only, besides bounties also contributed alot towards attracting new investors. I think the reward for bounties should rather reduce. No. This dump is mainly coming from hardly NO buy support. That's why we realistically need Polo. and you think traders in polo will buy waves??? lol why?? already has a bad rep on crypto world!! lets be honest ..even rise will do a better launch!!! this project will fail 100% LMFAO how does Waves have a bad rep? I have calmed down since yesterdays tsunami on this thread, i bought all the waves I could afford with what btc I had all under 37k sat and now will relax, placed a few sell orders high up so once they ever reach those prices I can make my investment back and rest of my WAVES will stay put for very long term and that's it really. Yeah me too. Waiting on a price rise. I refuse to feed the whales. |

I am trying to figure that out too.. Most users are referring to the white paper but I am pretty sure that those users don't understand either. Besides that.. I don't see a lot of activity from the Waves team here.. Big money idea and plan... FIAT GATEWAY, This will get anyone in the world easy access to cryptos. Next, CROWDFUND PLATFORM, along with the fiat gateway this will alow big time investors that want nothing to do with bitcoin, to invest Cash$$$ into Projects; wallstreet All out total plan: Make waves platform into the ultimate crypto-token exchange/ crowdfund platform (Stock exchange). But all of this is far off, and there needs much inovation and Large amounts of cash injection for this to be pulled off... Hopefully 30million is enough to see the finished product. If i'm wrong, someone please enlighten us how do the tokens themselves work in this equation ? They are the token that powers the platform. Instead of paying $7.99 for a trade in the stock market, you'll only pay a very small amount of waves. Since you can also buy into larger amounts of the token, people will use it as a hedge against other currencies/securities on the exchange. This is what I understand though.. Yeah this is a huge vision for Waves and going to be a big deal in crypto also. No wonder why the whales want to keep the price low right now because Waves has big potential and they know it. |
