Im happy trading on Bittrex, i already have 50% more waves trading, all of you instead of crying about poloniex, start trading on Bittrex is excelent exchange, and can manage more trades per second than polo and never frezzes as polo does.

Bounties are a big mistake.  A better system would be to replace with a percentage bonus that goes to people who have already invested a minimum amount in the ICO.  For example say you do the Klingon translation and you get an extra 20% added on to the 1 BTC worth of tokens you got on the ICO.  This way it still rewards people but ensures that they have some investment in the success of the coin.  This would also eliminate a lot of the scamming on bounties.

I don't think a dump of this magnitude is coming from bounties only, besides bounties also contributed alot towards attracting new investors.
I think the reward for bounties should rather reduce.

I think it will stay this way until bitcoin halving is completed. Waves may even go up to the point where it will just cost $0.01, no joke.

They are not done instantly. They are batch processed manually by the devs. Hopefully you will receive them in the next day.
