I cannot advise you on anything about ICOs right now. It is all up to you. Supporting an ICO is quite risky right now but it will be very helpful to all deserving ICOs that needs funding. 2018 have good projects that need funding but they chose to continue the development even if they didn't reach the hard cap or even soft cap. I think if you want to help them, you should do that.

We are all hoping for the full recovery of the market and some are not that patient enough on doing that. I may not agree with you when you said "Be greedy when others are fearful" because it will definitely lead you eventually to your downfall. I think it is the best time to learn more, share more and buy more.

Share more because we can share our knowledge to our colleagues so that in some little ways, we can make find a way for us to survive from this bearish market.
Buy more because it is a good time to buy good token and coins.

We might not know if there will be a bull run coming this year or the next year but we are hoping for the best thing to happen. I guess we should focus on what we can do now and what we should know and be well prepared if the market starts to rise up. As of now, if we are holding tokens or coins, we should study how to trade, even though the market is so unstable, that is the advantage of knowing how to trade, we can still have a profit even it is at the lowest point. I think if I am a new investor and I am really new to Cryptocurrency which has limited resources but very much interested to invest. The bearish moment was really a blessing to me because I can buy Bitcoin and Altcoins at it's cheapest price. And when the right time comes and there will bullrun. I guess that will be the winning moment for me.

It is a wise move to buy the cheapest coins today but we have considered the coins that have higher volume. Do some research on the current market of every coin. We can also diversify some of our funds on buying Bitcoin just to make sure that we have also a good investment both Altcoin and BTC.

I definitely agree with you. This is really the time to buy while the prices are so slow. If we want to become rich before the Bullrun occur. Just be careful on choosing the coins to buy. We may study first the market and their ICO performances.

I think we should start a campaign that will educate other people and help them to understand more about the market and its behavior. In terms of uses, ALTCOINS can possibly overtake BITCOIN but in terms of value, I don't think it is possible since BITCOIN is the mother of all coins and it is the basis of the prices.
