There's a lot of phishing website like that. Also, some of the emails they used are from those airdrop forms before that are asking for an email address (very popular last 2017 bull run).

You can also avoid that kind of phishing website by installing some browser extension. Like Metamask or EtherAddressLookup.

Look what is the result when I tried to access phishing website:

Automatically blocked the phishing website by Metamask extension.

You can check this thread of mine for more information how to identify and avoid phishing websites: [GUIDE] Use this for identifying Scam/Phishing/ Websites & Exchanges in Crypto
There's a lot more tool on that thread to prevent and avoid some phishing websites.
6802  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to keep your funds secured? on: May 03, 2019, 02:34:41 AM
Being secured online is comes first in ourselves. We should first know what is the basic security online, like how we can easily identify some malicious online, for example identifying some phishing site or fraud online. Also, if you are worried about exchanges, there's a lot of exchanges already hacked so it's really hard to select a good one in terms of security. You can check this, to help you be secure online :

Do you go and give a chance on new exchanges or you stick on the same for a long time?
If not why ? Smiley
There are advantages and disadvantages of popping new exchanges in crypto.

I can say the advantage is the adoption of crypto will increase because people will have more choices where they can buy crypto, then those exchange will do their best to be popular, they will do advertisements and their main target will be the people that are starting in crypto, it's positive for adoption.
The disadvantage will be a different crime will happen in cryptos, such as fraud or the exchange will become a scam, or getting hacked. That's the negative side for me if we have a lot of exchanges.

6805  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are You Done Buying Cryptocoins? I AM. on: May 03, 2019, 12:53:25 AM
5. Buying when extra money around, spending coins when finding stuff to buy via BTC and getting a better price, having a stash that I won't sell till I really feel the need to get out and one that I might sell earlier to cover some big buy (change of house, new car, etc etc).
This is me, I still buy more, I know that we are still on the dip. Most of my holdings now are in BTC and planning to buy more altcoins. For every coin that I hold, I have a target before selling them so, I don't have to worry. I also buy on every dip and sometimes using my extra money to put it on crypto. But also sometimes when I need emergency funds, I use the crypto too.
6806  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Gabay sa Paggawa ng Malupit at Ligtas na Password on: May 02, 2019, 10:05:36 AM
- Update your password regularly (atleast once every two months or if kaya mo once a month much better).
 - Keep your PC clean.

In my case I don't have to worry about my password even if it's short because I made sure I used a 2FA to add more security.

6807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will you stake your token to make profit? on: May 02, 2019, 05:00:18 AM
Here is the thing: will you choose to stake your token to make profit?
I don't easily trust for that staking things. I first identify the project, will do research because it's really difficult if you stake your tokens then at the end of the day, that token is shitcoin and no value. I will only stake my tokens if that particular token has good huge market cap and also if the project is active on its development.

Gabay sa Paggawa ng Malupit at Ligtas na Password

loading image

Halimbawa:
  • Pangalan
  • Address mo
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth

    Halimbawa, bAta&pAgong#tAkot$sAkayan
    "bata pagong takot sakayan"
    Resulta: _bA#pA@tA*sA*

Steps on how to use KeePass password manager:

Thanks whotookmycrypto and OmegaStarScream for this.

    Android Version:
    KeePassDroid

Read/write support for .kdb and KeePass 1.x.
Read/write support for .kdbx and KeePass 2.x.

TIPS

6809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is IEO Profitable than ICO's? on: May 01, 2019, 01:05:49 PM
The risk in IEO is much lesser compare to ICO, because in IEO, we can assure that after the offering, it's sure that the coin they offer on their exchange will be listed. The only problem on this is the project itself, not all listed in IEO are a quality project, there are still shitcoin in there and some of them are really manipulated just to make money on people.

is there a way to buy netflix with bitcoin?
As of now, di tumatanggap ng bitcoin si netflix. So, wala na ka ibang magagawa niyan, either hahanap ka ng gusto maki pagpalitan ng Bitcoin mo to Paypal, kasi tumatanggap ng Paypal ang netflix.
Another solution is, hahanap ka ng ibang tao na nagbebenta ng netflix tapos babayaran mo sila ng Bitcoin mo, which is risky lalo pag di mo kakilala ang tao na bibilhin mo online.
Check mo dito sa forum, may ibang nagbebenta ng netflix Economy>Marketplace>Goods>Digital goods
6811  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Future of Trading, losers and winners. on: May 01, 2019, 10:29:21 AM
This circulation always happen. Because newcomers will always come especially who think crypto is easy way to get money instantly. I hope people will understand first what they do before they make decision.
What if you exclude those newcomers? let's assume that all people in trading know how it works as I said in the OP, they are all well-knowledge.
What will be the result then? That's what I mean, some of the posts above are nonsense. Maybe I just didn't elaborate well the scenario or they understand well what I want to say.
6812  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please be careful with traders who.... on: May 01, 2019, 02:03:56 AM
Most of them are looking for ways to cheat, we make payments and then they disappear and we don't get any knowledge.
Oh, that's sad, you paid someone online just to teach you how to trade? then the worst part, they disappear. That's really disappointing, if you are planning to pay someone just to teach you how to trade, much better you subscribe on some course online, or much better buy some e-books or books then you learn by yourself.
6813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DUMP after PUMP! on: May 01, 2019, 01:26:37 AM
It seems that there has been a movement after a few days ago ethereum has decreased and today we see the market has begun to look dominant in green and I like this. Smiley
Also add the fundamental of Ethereum, since the Casper update of Ethereum is coming. This is a very big effect on the Ethereum since Bitcoin become stable now above $5000. What I want to see on Ethereum is breaking the minor resistance around $180 and it could easily reach the $200. Let's hope Bitcoin can hold above $5,000 and Ethereum will follow too.

Android Version:
KeePassDroid
I just found an android version for password manager/password generator which is also open-source and you can use it offline.
The good thing here you can import your database file from your KeePass in windows. They are almost the same.

Read/write support for .kdb and KeePass 1.x.
Read/write support for .kdbx and KeePass 2.x.

I just added an Android version of KeePass in the OP. Although the KeePass from windows is not the same developer with KeePassDroid from Android, both are still open-sourced projects and they are almost the same.
6815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can ETH reach $200 after the upgrade on: April 30, 2019, 02:43:10 PM
ETH is on a bull run and suddenly Bitcoin fallen and pull ETH followed it, now do you guy think that it’s still possible for ETH to reach $200 when the upgrade come?
Possible, since the bitcoin already above $5,000 and above 50MA on daily time frame. As long as Bitcoin will still hold it's support, it's so easy for ethereum to reach above $200, it's plus fundamental on ethereum since the update. Check out the chart, for me, once the resistance (around $180) broke, it's so easily to reach $200.

6817  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 30, 2019, 09:33:08 AM
I'm short term bearish on this since the line support (blue) was broken and the MA 20 becomes the resistance now. Still possible for more sideways on this. Can't find any support around $4400 - $4,600 if we fall from this and this area is not my zone for trading.
