Before I open a support ticket can anyone explain why if I have an open position on margin that is fully covered by my current wallet balance that when I just made a BTC deposit I wasnt able to move the whole of that deposit from my margin wallet to deposit wallet?

Doesn't seem to be the case: Hong Kong has it's own jurisdiction.

Perhaps they are getting ready to accept USD exchanges... into a gold backed Yuan.

Prepare for cryptocoin to go ballistic if that happens, because non gold backed fiat will be exited.  Money will flow into BTC and cryptocoin because BTC will then be gold backed, essentially. 

The miners however are a different story. Although they have a nice packaging, their build quality is sub standard. So far 3 out of my 10 miners have died (not recognized at USB port any more) and the seller Batman0316 is reluctant to answer my messages getting the machines replaced on warranty. I guess as soon as he had my money he was done with the deal, so that means no followup business AND for sure a nice warning here in the forum!

Let me try to understand what you think it is a valid proof of evidence....
Writing that some non specified "third party" audited our numbers and found nothing wrong with them is something what will re-assure you about our honesty?
Don't you think that a statement like this is actually as good as the person writing it?
But if the person that writes it is worth your trust, what sense does it make to ask him to state something like this?

Maybe I'm trying to find a logic in something completely illogical (or I'm just really stupid) but I can't give a rational sense to a request like this.

Finally if you had unanswered emails from support on important topics please PM them to me and I'll take care of it.
