I think it was because of the stacking system they designed, which I think is quite ingenious for cooling purposes. I realized early on I needed some pincers, unfortunately I didn't have any at the time, so it made for a pretty frustrating experience for mee too  Anyway, Darklore, add another 2 units for Romania (for a total of 6) - Thorvald mentioned he got 2 units too earlier this week. Holy shit, I was order 20000038x of first batch, they don't know where it is nor they have the tracking number. I've opened a support ticket which got an answer immediatly, but no tracking so far after nearly two days. DHL does not search for it without a number, so my trust in them and my gamble in having batch one units is getting spoiled by the hour, and difficulty keeps growing... :/ spiccioli |

Non so voi, ma tutti questi soldi iniziano a darmi alla testa. Non nel senso che vorrei spenderli per una macchina sportiva, e non è che ne amministrassi pochi prima, ma oggi non sono riuscito a fare altro che pensare ai bitcoin.
Sto mettendo le emozioni nel trading e non mi era mai successo prima.

Secondo me, a parte che non ne ho cosi' tanti da comprarmi una macchina sportiva  , sta crescendo troppo e troppo in fretta. Oggi su zerohedge davano una lettura pessimistica del FinCEN, cosi' come la do io. Non so, mi sembra tutto troppo veloce e facile. spiccioli. |

Well, on Tuesday I got a call from DHL saying that a package is underway for me and if all goes well with customs I'll have it today (on thursday).
So I called them back today and asked for a status update. The lady on the other end searched for a bit but told me there's no package for me in their system whatsoever. This is strange, anyone have any explanation for this?
Every time I call them, here in Italy, they tell me that without tracking number their search is not conclusive. One operator refused at first to do the search saying that I could be trying to access private informations. spiccioli |

I can confirm that my order 2000007xx is on the way. I emailed DHL and they informed me, that they got package information but not the package itself. I think its at the carrier to Hong Kong.
The important is i have a tracking number! My order must be one of the last of batch #1 because i ordered in november when there were 5 avalons in shop. So batch #1 should be fully shipped as bitsyncom said.
I hope, i will get it in a week.

E al valore attuale del BTC e della corrente elettrica, conviene di piu' acquistarli che minarli a meno che uno non possa, per lo meno, scaricare la corrente come spesa di un'altra attivita'. spiccioli Infatti, attualmente, a quanto ho capito, minare bitcoin è poco redditizio, il problema è che al momento non ho liquidità in €uro sufficiente per comprare bitcoin, sono, mettiamola così, un cercatore d'oro, che ha l'unico vantaggio di pagare solo parzialmente la corrente... A chi interessasse, in un giorno ho praticamente guadagnato 3€, ovvio che d'energia elettrica avrò speso molto di più, di preciso non lo so, contate che il sistema misurato alla presa consuma praticamente 350watt 350 W per 24h == 8,4 kWh 8,4 kWh per diciamo 0,30 EUR al kWh fanno 2,52 EUR spesi in corrente, come minimo. spiccioli. |

Cipro forse, ma il pronunciamento del FinCEN non sono sicuro sia una cosa positiva. Di sicuro complica la vita delle borse su suolo americano e probabilmente anche dei traferimenti di soldi da un conto bancario a una borsa, per lo meno per gli americani. Sappiamo bene che la BCE si e' gia' occupata anche lei dei BTC e quindi vedrete che a breve usciranno delle linee guida anche in europa. E per di piu' gli scambi di persona di btc contro fiat mi pare che non stiano prendendo piede, tutti comprano/vendono per postepay/bonifico e sempre meno per scambio/baratto diretto, almeno per la mia esperienza. spiccioli |

not quite true, u can even use BFL FPGA's with p2pool if you use cgminer in combination with --bfl-range
