new message up at
http://www.hashprofit.com/en/

=====

We're resuming work of service in a protected mode today.

Despite all the warnings from service's administration many users have succumbed panic moods and have taken a number of actions which discredited and abused standard and full work of service.

Also attackers have succeeded in getting part of information about service's users and also, in small portions, their authorisation data.

All these deeds have led to big mining effectiveness reduction and many other negative effects.

Despite all that had happened, we're resuming all payments from today (2015-01-05) taking into account information and technical harm that our infrastructure suffered.

We've set a new mode and limitations of payments:

The first priority will get all the users who live in Russian Federation.
Payouts will take place once in a 14 days or more often, and if we'll have a good opportunity - once in 7 days.
Users who take some actions for project discrediting or any other doings that can potentially harm our service will get low priority of payments - up to the full payments restriction.
Our team has always understood all the risks about this project and by the process of growing it we've launched another number of similar services. In the most successful of them that we've launched 3.5 months ago we've taken into account all the experience we had while HP service grows. It's much more perfect and attractive for these points:

It's oriented to Eastern audience, because they generally more advanced and creditworthy.
Mechanism of payment using VISA and MasterСard realized.
There are web-cameras showing data centers work in real time.
More than 10 languages interface translations.
Modern, technical and light design of the site.
Hundreds of other features.
And this is only the most perfectly developed service, we have launched and we're testing more than 20 other types of services. All users showed their discretion and support from the start of our services will have their reward in the end.

Thanks for your support and understanding.

Hi guys, In celebration of the new year I am kicking off a new project.  Please visit my site and put a good use to those Cannabis Coins and support the blooming industry!

Check out and donate some Cannabis Coins at my website http://cannabisorisnot.com

Thanks guys keep on tokin and tradin!

-Redbeard

Wow, this looks like a legitimate and trustworthy addition to the project. Donated 2 bitcoins!

This is a great idea but nothing about it looks legitimate. I'm not trying to rain on the project, especially if it's for real, but there's no proof of accountability. Nothing there shows me where the money is actually going to go, who donated, how much, etc. I'm sorry but your post seems extremely like a shill post.

These kind of projects need complete transparency and accountability.

Best of luck to you, just my two cents.

i'd have to agree, right now it looks suspiciously like a honeypot to capture loose CANN / coins

perhaps it would be better to initially integrate yr forum with another existing forum. nothing annoys me more than empty forums. that i'd have to sign up to if i wanted a discussion.

hmm, where be them devs Huh
704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BANKSYCOIN OFFICIAL LAUNCH # NEW CRYPTO COIN on: January 02, 2015, 01:14:54 PM

i still think theres a major problem with liquidity :p
someone needs to supply a good quantity of BSY for use.

i actually think one of the flaws with bidcoind is a static alt price. where there could be a floating buy now option. such as buy this object at .3btc worth of BSY which is ...

hahaha which is atm impossible to buy Cheesy

if you hold some. it might be useful to put a bunch at a suitable price Smiley haha it seems so counterproductive to sell yr own BSY so someone can buy something off you ..
but, if you put a bunch say at 100sats. a sufficient quantity to pay for your goods. then perhaps you would end up with the BSY back plus a little bit of BTC

Site is down when accessing through https, it works using http and as stated earlier on c-cex (which is also down for me at the moment lol), the message about them being "closed" until the 5th of january and the option of sending them a paid message (0.03) is shown.

Had no time to take care about DDOS, but have time to develop message payment system... And if you see there are no connection between message and payment.
You just pay and... message goes somewhere or maybe not... Don't be fooled.

it utilises one of those payment systems. where it generates you an address, and then gives you an hour to send .03btc to so your msg can go somewhere
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [re-ANN] Triangles [TRI] - low supply X13 PoS over TOR with secure messaging on: December 28, 2014, 04:07:23 PM

i noticed something cool in profitcoin staking

when blocks stake.
it seems to often split the stake in half, joining the newly minted coins with one half
http://blc.profitcoin.org/block/3f8e2db16a8921462a512b85679df691ee15ccaaf58d89bae0e3fd29b6477172

or this one is awesome.
it combines lots of inputs together with the newly minted, into one input
http://blc.profitcoin.org/block/7331b846657186cd9d15f373563cf9951cdf12b119b8a4e791258749b0e14621

and i'm sure i saw before (but cant find one now) where the single staked input, just joined with the newly minted into one input again
707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]BitNet-vpncoin SuperNET|AES|Domain&Website System|VPN|Voice&video call on: December 28, 2014, 03:54:23 PM
that's only the daemon. people are wanting the qt-wallet for full irc goodness.
with vpn rewards , these do not come with running a daemon

What's missing for the QT/IRC to work on Linux?  On Slack @Bitnet mentioned something about AES encryption, and being a Windows programmer, but how can AES encryption be a showstopper when it's included in OpenSSL?

from the source code ? far too much Smiley
there's nothing included in the git as far as a qt is concerned ..

(well nothing might be a little exageration, but not by much)

// i guess any competent linux programmer would have to work with bitnet to get it all up to speed.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]BitNet-vpncoin SuperNET|AES|Domain&Website System|VPN|Voice&video call on: December 28, 2014, 03:49:33 PM
Recently i fixed the Linux wallet for vpncoin:

$ git clone https://github.com/Bit-Net/VpnCoin
$ cd ~/VpnCoin/src
$ make -f makefile.unix
$ strip --strip-unneeded vpncoind
$ ./vpncoind -daemon

There are some hickups....one confirmed this works with the latest edits in net.h a few days ago. But me for instance had to add some files into the src/leveldb of the VpnCoin folder

libleveldb.a
libmemenv.a

I took them both from the litecoin source which you can get from

github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin.git

that's only the daemon. people are wanting the qt-wallet for full irc goodness.
with vpn rewards , these do not come with running a daemon

the posting of the previous text. was then followed by a short term pump on c-cex

someone bought 95k PFC up to 40k sats. then put them all into a wall at 10k

Our service was under the most severe attack ever. Due to most specialists' holidays we've decided for a reliable safety of users' funds to suspend site's work until the first Monday of 2015 (5th of January). Everybody will return to standard work then and we'll continue our work in a usual way. Please be calm. Thank you for understanding. To keep contact with our users and to separate priority mail from spam, we've developed mail accepting via BTC payments. For guaranteed processing of your message you'll have to pay small amount through an interface below. We've successfully deflected serious threats and attacks on our service earlier and we're sure that together we can do this even in a situation this hard.

lol. i made a mistake. but the link in here, is the same as current windows wallet link.

so someone else who cares should check it .. and maybe relax on the shitchasing.
it's one thing to be an arsehole for making more shitcoins
it's another to be a worse arsehole for including viruses

715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BANKSYCOIN OFFICIAL LAUNCH # NEW CRYPTO COIN on: December 27, 2014, 03:35:37 AM
200 -300 sats would be useful for an interim price.

selling 1btc worth at 200sats. would bt 500k BSY
so a few items actually sold at this price may move the coin up a little, given total coin count.

1 btc at 3k. would be only 33.3k  BSY
price would get dumped so hard without solid support and confidence.

looking at 200 sats seems too high atm :p maybe 150 sats would be better ...
the question is. who holds the banksy and what are their intentions.

after all, their enough BTC in private wallets that isnt moving, to crash the BTC price to cents. but the holders are not moving it.
unless there is similar motivations for BSY it will never get over even 100 sats without major purchasing
AND their needs to be the BSY on the market ..

717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BANKSYCOIN OFFICIAL LAUNCH # NEW CRYPTO COIN on: December 26, 2014, 01:16:28 PM

unfortunately that is highly unlkely that anyone can rustle up 33 million for 1 sat Cheesy
that is nearly 1/3rd of total supply.

what i see as necessary is to actually sell stuff. and i can see two ways.

one) would be slow. selling cheap stuff, whilst ensuring adequate liquidity in the market.
this could be long winded, as it depends on where the liquidity is coming from (from the seller, then it doesnt really help with locking BSY into a useful retail cycle, only a small amount will be conintually recycled)
also depends on a lot of sales (to get the price up), and market confidence (to prevent dumping)

two) would be to get some awesome legit artworks on site retailing for > 1 btc.
  and get a good supply of BSY on the market AT a useful price such as 200-300 sats

again this would require a few sales to really boost the price.
and may be useful to creep the price up more slowly (eg start at 100 sats) - as long as there is adequate liquidity.

early deals could result in discount prices for the purchaser, but if it were succesful, then long term prices would result in the seller not losing out if they held long enough.

===

number two relies on having a useful price for BSY and liquidity.
seems little point in pricing items at teh desired exchange rate, when anyone can sell their holding at far below and no doubt make a sweet profit Smiley

105million BSY at 0.03 usd is a 3million $market cap Smiley
sweet but will take some work to get there..

718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BANKSYCOIN OFFICIAL LAUNCH # NEW CRYPTO COIN on: December 26, 2014, 08:28:29 AM

lol, is 33,000,000 BSY the real price ??
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PFC] ProfitCoin | 1st coin backed by hashrate | X13 | 20% Premine on: December 24, 2014, 02:54:05 PM

i have to say i'm somewhat confused by the OP.
the english is quite confusing.

i'm confused as to the "guaranteed profit of 10-20% per month"

 where does that come from ? is that for holders of PFC , or is it to do with PFC deposited on hashprofit site ??

--

as far as staking goes.
seems min age is 8 hrs. with max age being unlimited

and it seems that the older your stake is, teh higher the reward.

 nSubsidy = nCoinAge * nRewardCoinYear / 365 / COIN;
