I think what governments like best are taxes.
So if bitcoins are handled correctly, without any illegal activities and everybody pays their taxes on them, then I am sure that no government would have something against the use of a cryptocurrency.

I don't think it is possible because already many country govt is thinking to accept this Bitcoin as a legal currency. And recently also one country agreed with this Bitcoin.
