I would advice people to do a lot of research before choosing an ICO to invest on. Make sure their project holds substance and is reasonable. It's not fair at all. Kyc verification should have been announced before bounty begins so that bounty hunters will be aware and won't be able to say they were not told before.

I wrote an article sometime ago without knowing the bounty closes that same day.
