If I am using CGminer, can I ignore the memo on a stratum proxy?
I run 12 miners in an offsite location, using mobile broadband for my internet....suffering some connection issues and I am wondering if that has something to do with it.
um, memo? not sure what you mean there, cgminer natively supports stratum now. mobile internet is known to have connection issues at times and probably has a lot to do with losing connection no-one else is reporting issues and site hashrate is higher than it has been for months. NM.....I clearly have some issues connecting to Ozcoin over mobile Broadband......it works fine with 50BTC and Coinlab. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

Hello, mining on stratum, bamt shows that i'm mining, but both the website and the widget app shows me as offline. Is everything ok? Are my shares beeing counted?
edit : Now, it's ok... i guess!!
edit 2: BTW, how is the payout of POT processed? Or when? What is the process?
I am having this problem now also.....is something amiss on your end? Of course this happens right after I decide to switch all miners over..... more info please, the bot says you are doing ~20.5Ghash so you are submitting shares I just woke up and see no-one complaining in IRC - usually the 1st place issues are reported Edit: and now bot says 53Gh, how long did you wait for stats to catch up after you moved miners over? I switched earlier today.....all was well for an hour.....then i plunged to near zero with all but one miner offline. It is all back to normal now.....very wierd though.

updated with sales struck out.

Becoming too common recently......Probably time to go 100% Ozcoin.
Ozco.in has been very stable with low stales on getwork. Yes. I have had 15-20 GH pointed there for a few weeks to test it out, and it has been flawless.

All my miners are offline at 50BTC.

"Once we hit 80%, accrued dividends will be paid out and the claims process will be closed."
'I have verified 80%+ of shareholders. On February 1st, the dividends held in trust (150 BTC) will be paid out to verified shareholders to the address submitted with their claims."
So now it's wait another 3 weeks, doesn't really surprise me any more how this is panning out & I still think that Nov & subsequent dividends should not be marked as suspended & zero but actually shown as owed & put aside in a specific public address rather than just deciding unilaterally to hang on to them after they became due.
What is God's name are you talking about? There were no subsequent dividends after Nov. Should i just create some? Dividends have always been on the first of the month, and that will not change. Oct 2012 due 1st Nov 2012, we have to wait 3 more weeks for, even though you said it would be paid when 80% of the claims were in & they are. Nov 2012 due 1st Dec 2012, but was cancelled on the 6th Dec without any consultation or vote by the share owners. Dec 2012 would have been due 1st Jan 2013, but also now just being held by you & not paid out without stating how much was earned/due. Jan 2013 due 1st Feb 2013, you plan to just hang on to that too it seems. so it goes... Edit: the only reason there are no subsequent dividends after Nov is that you just decided unilaterally to stop paying any & instead to hold on to any btc that have been earned. I own the super majority of the shares. I do not need to consult or take a vote to make any decision, as I whichever way I vote wins. The earnings are being retained by the company in order to make the best decision in regards to ASIC and other investment. Paying out further dividends at this point would be foolish as it would drain capital that could potentially be better utilized once the ASIC picture clears up.

What was the total float of shares?
There are 10,000 shares outstanding.

Update for all shareholders:
I have verified 80%+ of shareholders. On February 1st, the dividends held in trust (150 BTC) will be paid out to verified shareholders to the address submitted with their claims. No changes to this address will be allowed.
No balance sheet will be presented at this time, as it will be useless with the massive changes that are inevitably coming in the next 2-3 weeks. Once ASIC's hit, and a decision is made on what to do with our GPU's, informative financial statements will be provided.

BrigitteLin vga7970x47(asus cu top, sapphire dualx, giga oc) total 12000w with 1000$usd/month electric bill 31,5ghash That is not very efficient.....a well tuned 7970 can get over 3 MH/w. You are only getting 2.62. There may be some significant savings if you take the time to tune these up a bit.

I sent my info in on the 6th Dec & got this reply "Thank you. Keep an eye on the thread for more info, and we should have this resolved in the next 2 weeks. " It's now 4 weeks & even allowing for the holidays some update should be given as to why this is taking over twice as long as planned. I have received 3 different lists and am attempting to cross reference and verify which listings are accurate. You should have received a "final" list from Nefario, This is the list containing all the info in his database this should be your reference list. //DeaDTerra Like I said, I have several in hand, including the one he claims in Final. I have confirmed the majority of the persons on the list, but am still hoping a few stragglers get their info in soon. Once we hit 80%, accrued dividends will be paid out and the claims process will be closed. Subsequent to that, once ASIC mining begins in earnest a new dividend policy will be established to fit the new realities of mining.
