721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem) on: April 07, 2018, 03:09:26 AM
once the EOS Public Key is generated and linked to my MEW ethereum public key, do I need to go through the same process again if I transfer additional tokens
No you don't need it again due to basically the register the wallet is used for snapshot number of token EOS before june 1st while the EOS blockchain will be launched, so if you are interested to get EOS coin you just need put the token EOS on ethereum's wallet has been registered by you and don't forget to check all of the procedure has been done, can be checked on here https://eosauthority.com/ it is EOS balance and public key checking tool

723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Know if Token will be strong in Long-term? on: April 06, 2018, 09:54:26 AM
What factors tell you if an Altcoin or new Token will grow in the LONG-term?

How do you know if a token will be worth money when speculation and high exchange volume trading is not pushing the price up? When people calm down on the crypto exchanges, what tokens/altcoins will survive? How do you know?
I have made research about the projects of ICOs, i made research about the experience of Dev team, the innovations of products related with digital currencies and the community of ICOs which be ready to addoption the projects in the future ( it is for long term investment in ICOs). I don't want make speculation about the price of token ERC20 before they are on exchangers due to it is something different investment (it is short term investment).
724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should continue join ico? on: April 06, 2018, 06:44:47 AM
There is an ico from the Krypital team: Merculet. The project of this team was quite successful before: Cybermiles, Arcblock. Do you think this is a good ico? Should continue to join ico in the moment?

I don't want gives you suggesting about which are the best ICO must be invested by you, i just want gives you suggesting to search about the good ICOs, you must do research about it by your self due to it is your responsibilities to get the profit include taking risk losing the money, when you can make analysis fundamental of ICOs projects, i suggest you to continue join in the ICO.
725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: April 05, 2018, 08:16:51 AM
Yes it is should gives impact on ETC's price to be rising due to many people who know about the ethereum classic, many people doesn't know that ETC is " the original Ethereum blockchain"
We can watch Great ETC video by eToro's market that talking about it, please see the video below on YouTube
https://t.co/uGqfIV62c3 hope it gives us good understanding of ethereum classic.
726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i am newbi so i am late or not to this field? on: April 05, 2018, 05:41:48 AM
Hi,
i am newbi so i  am late or not  to cryptocurrency field?
if train is gone? -Thank you
If you want make investment in bitcoin right now and want make large of money, i think it is too late due to it will needs large of capital to be invested in bitcoin, but it is not late if you want make investment in alternative coins and ICOs projects but the problem on altcoins and ICOs is many bad projects out there, you need analysis fundamental to find great ICO and altcoins, just be carefull and good luck for you.

What's up selfllery's community? I have found something new updating, the developer of team keeps commenting on SELFLLERY’s revolution of visual content which provides anyone with an opportunity to monetize any photo or video
Here is Yana Mizernyuk, SELFLLERY’s Head of Marketing, interviewed by Wessel Simons for Bitcoin Magazine (Netherlands)

731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we need to check before investing in ico? on: April 04, 2018, 02:22:34 PM
The most important thing is to study the team. If these are real people with real experience, then this is a good project. All other indicators can be faked or bought for money.
It has been explained by the OP in main page of thread, but i don't know if it is your method or experience before investing into the ICOs projects, personallity i choose the ICOs projects based on the new innovations in the blockchain of technology, the experience of Dev team, the products will can be used by all of the communities and the reviews of another users about the ICOs, usually it can be found on the official thread or social media.
732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem) on: April 04, 2018, 12:49:07 PM
EOS like LSK will most likely be controlled by a voting mafia. I.e no/low value add through inflation and easy attack vectors. (As explained pretty well by Vitalik - https://vitalik.ca/general/2018/03/28/plutocracy.html)
It’s also likely to be the least private blockchain by design, which is probably why Dan advocates radical transparency, like it’s a positive.

I’m bullish about EOS short term though as there should be a lot of projects that will be benefit from the high performance & EOS has a lot of money to throw at it. It will also be positive for crypto short term as performance was a significant bottleneck. The critical EOS design flaws in every area excl. performance should only make it unpopular in circa 1-2 years when Ether/other blockchains have scaled in terms of performance  and introduced privacy solutions that can be updated over time.

But >10x between now and end of year once current high inflation due to ICO ends, is very doable.

Mining rewards in Ethereum are roughly 8m usd per day at 400 USD/ETH; that’s over 2.5 billion a year to process <15 tx per sec, paid for through 7% annual network inflation.

EOSIO Block producer rewards are planned to be roughly 1% annual inflation, a small fraction of the cost of Ethereum.

All blockchains are voting machines, it’s just a matter of who votes; DPOS decentralizes control of mining, is more resistant to cartels and DDOS attacks, and delivers low cost high performance.
In EOS, power amongst miners is evenly distributed. Moreover, miners can be replaced by token holders if they are not operating in their best interest; this prevents scenarios like Ethereum. DPOS is alignment.

Relevant past article: https://medium.com/eosio/who-should-control-a-blockchain-d841c18109c3

POW is wasteful yes. ETH is switching to POS at some point.
DPOS would almost always ends in cartels. In POS with 1% of the supply you get 1% of rewards, in DPOS even owning 1% or 10 Million EOS you could get none of the rewards. As demonstrated in practice by LSK.

The switch from 5% to 1% rewards is an acknowledgement that DPOS is a poor consensus model imo.
If DPOS was good a voting system, then honest voters would direct the 5% inflation to high performance nodes, awesome development & marketing, while returning the unneeded amount equally to shareholders/burning it, ergo the % inflation wouldn’t matter. But the EOS developers know most of the funds will just end up in the hands of the most powerful voting cartel who will pay themselves millions per year for nothing, hence reduce it to 1% to minimize damage.

With few nodes and votes in the hands of cartels + Low privacy  (Dan actually advocates even less, he wants ‘radical transparency’ - phone number, photo, birth date etc - which would make EOS non-fungible.) People will realize EOS provides very few of the advantages of decentralization so they’re better off using a centralized private blockchain run by IBM/other if the main thing they want is a distributed ledger & high performance.

As I said I think >10X gains is doable for EOS this year but it doesn’t have a long life expectancy at the top because many others are competing on vastly increasing performance but also vastly increasing decentralization, privacy & adaptability, all of which need to be combined to create the market leading smart contract blockchain a year+ from now.
Well... Actually we are still in speculation about the system of EOS and ethereum switch to proof of stake PoS, due to the EOS blockchain is still launched and ethereum is still not switch to proof of stake PoS, however ethereum will get the big problem when switch to proof of stake PoS due to there are decentralize application dapps on ethereum's blockchain right now, but let's wait and see which are the winner of this battle.

Interesting partnership, I think it will be mutually beneficial.
I think yes due to mobile application related with telecommunication industry, but it is just my personal opinions we don't know about what will happen in the future include this project, we just can make analysis about it based on the valid data the final result depending on the developer of team and the community of bubbletone, so wait and see about it.
We will wait for additional announcements and details. Perhaps this partnership will advance the project on the road map and this will lead to faster implementation of its items.
Yes we must wait for another announcement and detail due to however this project is still in the beginning, will many something happened on the future, we just can follow the progress of bubbletone right now and taking the data for our analysis fundamental of the projects and i will share if i have found something new information about it.
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: April 04, 2018, 06:29:49 AM
I dоn't think that Etherium will ever manage to bitcoin as cryptocurrency No. 1 because all of us know that the Bitcoin has much more users and investors in comparison with Etherium which is younger. Always was in all news that the bitcoin is on cоntinuous increase in its market value, despite some time when its market value falls. He always seeks to rise again, cоvering your lоsses and acquiring prоfit.
Yes i agree with you, bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies and however ethereum is just copy cat of bitcoin with some new feature are like smart contract and decentralize application (dapps) of course include scaling and security problem too. Cheesy if we know ethereum be used for payment on the most ICO but doesn't mean it will overtake the bitcoin.
Yeah it is but everything about the crypto world is unpredictable and there are just so few we can imagine, knowing that what is meant to happen, will happen eventually. I am not sure bitcoin will remain stagnant, and a lot of progress is going on which would make bitcoin usable as currency but for now, it would be a hard time for any currency to overtake bitcoin, but nothing is easy in the world of crypto.
Yes everything can be happen in cryptos coins world including ethereum can overtake the bitcoin, but i don't think it will happen at least for today due to on ethereum's platform still there are the weakness on there, it will makes difficult for ethereum to switch from proof of work to proof of stake PoS, but let's wait and see what will be done by developers of team.

That what I find interesting some of the cryptocurrencies declare partnerships only to find out that the other end of the partnership has nothing to do with them. But I dont think it's the case with Enjincoin, must be just a delay in teh announcement or something.

I hope you are right!  I am still waiting for some answers.
Looks like Enjin staff are on a long Easter vacation. They cant forget that money never sleeps!
Relax my friend due to however the some of developers team is still working on the project, the results of it is
Q3 for Efinity release. See their roadmap: https://enjincoin.io/#section-roadmap

https://blog.enjincoin.io/enjin-coin-announcing-efinity-and-our-new-updated-roadmap-c7616cc7ab79

Efinity is their scalibility solution for Enjin Coin. It acts like a side chain while also providing the ability to introduce new concepts and functionality that can be used by developers.
