Operation Outreach  >> The 'English-language outreach' initiative

WANTED
Mandarin
Cantonese
Korean
Japanese
German
Portuguese
Spanish

Method: Approach existing coin communities.

Brilliant.  Didn't even think about this one.  Go to the YB community for interested (already in crypto) parties.

Can we put the Korean outreach onto your shoulders M?  Tell us about that coin some too. Smiley

Anyone like Mona coin?

Is there a German coin?
Brazil has got one up too?
Is the peseta coin for real?
What about the dutch coins?
Does aurora even have some actual on the iceland ground followers?
And the Israeli coin?
And the big one ... does India have a coin yet?  the sha256 bitRaam is all i've heard.  there is also a Spanish NBE being mined.

Am looking into another language base, market is not clear on their coin of choice yet, perhaps I'll make them one  Grin

"Trust is a moot point when there is a choice in participation. It is inherent that trust exist on some level if one is willing to participate."

1: numero uno maxim of TT backed DVC
by SirSmoke

We aren’t aiming at perfection ‘cause there’s no such thing.
Rather, we weave threads of trust into a fabric.
If a hole appears, we patch it.
As we gather more threads, the fabric becomes larger, more robust, less fragile.

Crypto Prices 2015
by indiamikezulu
Crypto Year 2015
I predict that the first half of the year will be harder than most people think. There is some fatigue among coiners. The euphoria of coin-a-minute is subsiding. The price-cooling since the 65% lift that started in April has been a psychological low blow.

We remain in the ‘betwixt-and-between’:
commercial adoption and technical development are goin’ like a brushfire; but Joan and John Busywesternlifestyle haven’t got around to downloading, synching, and backing-up wallets.

Coiners are free to speak of Investor Guy puttin’ 100 Big M’s into Uno. I personally will be entirely satisfied if Uno hold .08 ‘til the pre-halving price-rise begins.

Bullion will drop in price/stay steady, which will be fortuitous for the TTs setting up as DVC coiners. As an investment, bullion must wait for GFC Two to overcome the downward-pressures of QE-driven dementia on world markets.

It behooves all Uno community members to understand more about the GFC. It has far more influence on crypto prices than many (younger?) crypto folk understand.

Japan’s latest round of QE is a fantastic development, real desperation stuff; but it could keep the markets junkied-up for – Heaven help us – six or eight more months.

The ECB’s position – the ‘Draghi put’ – is mysteriouser and mysteriouser, a real wild-card. Watch it closely.

Conclusion:
Approach the coming months as a barren stretch. Work in the community. Have reasonable expectations. Strive to keep a steady flow of funds coming into Unobtanium – either personally or by inducting others. Undertake ‘tread-water trading’ to keep volume up.

*paranoid thought ... this is the Woo holding down and dumping ... classic shakeout test' plays ... he's looking to score some and then run it up again?  But he wants to control the top, not much sense in dumping 4000kg (this past sideways market) other than to to test and distribute to strong hands.
7306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN:BCT COIN, SHA3-KECCAK-BITCOINTALK COIN [BCT]-POW Listed on Mintpal on: November 23, 2014, 09:33:55 AM
Crypto is plagued by the corrupted.  Until the dev provides explanation and releases control of the charity fund this coin is non endorse-able as a legitimate charitable coin.

That said one bad actor has sullied the good intentions and labor of many.  There is no reason to write this coin off completely.  The vehicle has been built and the engines are running.  Things change, for that is the only true constant.

So BCT has been plundered.  The market appears to already have addressed this matter.

The bitcoin was subject to much worse villains and at least $billion in outright theft ... did it disappear?

Some research in the blockchain is my advice to the diligent investor.  But my guess is that the dev has dumped some time ago during the Mintpal days.  It sucks but the market price might be fair given that is the case.

All options are on the table.  This is a community coin if it fails to speak as a community then it best transition to a commercial coin.

What do you mean with "transition to a commercial coin" from a community coin?

Please share more details of your thoughts, especially the actual meaning of "commercial coin".

No details just a thought.

The 'charity' part is screwed.
The 'community' has mostly abandoned ship and dumped.
The 'Dev' charged with dumping the 'funds' until an account is made public.

This is still a commercially viable coin.  But the remaining players need to come together on a game plan.

key part of BCC in the future

----

"When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro."

Crypto has gone insane, in the legal sense.  The place has been over-ran by thieves, liars, and the lowest rung of presstitutes.

BCC is to be the coin community just crazy enough, in the sense of a form of art and craft, to fix all that's wrong with crypto.

After all bitcointalk.org started all this insanity, now the bitcoinTALK.org coin is going to show them all how it's to be done.

Some may never live, others give it a shot then give up the first time they get knocked down, but the crazy never die.

Buy a ticket, take the ride.
