7381  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Exchange] GRAVIEX Exchange: low fees, fast withdrawals, high security on: July 02, 2018, 10:57:27 PM
Since we keep receiving a number of questions regarding fiat transactions, we decided to start publishing a brief summary of some facts.

I am guessing that we need to do a kyc if we want to deal with fiat money on your exhange? Right?
Basic procedure i guess when we do make transactiosn thru fiat money KYC would always be tied up with it so nothing to be surprised on.

Do you ever burn coins so that the Gio Coin can develop? Are master nodes planned?
Please ask this question in the coin channel https://t.me/gravio_org
Why always redirecting users when do have such question?
7382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Clipboard Hijacker + Tips to protect on: July 02, 2018, 10:26:24 PM
Clipboard hijackers do exist for a long time which you had mentioned when it was still rampant and now they do utilize
and make use this method on crypto where its is commonly used due to copy pasting where address before making any transfers.
We have seen on previous years where this hacking incident do victimized hundreds or thousands and the hackers do accumulate
millions of dollars on a short span of time. Clean PC and updated antivirus would be the best things for these to be avoided even on phishing
emails and links we should still be careful yet lots of ways on how to hack others funds.
7383  Economy / Gambling / Re: Script for bustadice.com - Smart autobet script for good profits on: July 02, 2018, 09:07:00 PM
think this one by the OP should summarize it all:

Are you seriusly? script and even not a free?!?!     Grin

yet another guy who thinks he can beat the math
surprise-you cannot, all scripts are bound to lose in the long run
you can get a good spell and win for some time .... or you can get an unlucky spell and lose straight away
there is no reason to pay for something like that
I see even bustadice owner doesn't grace the topic with a response, think they had this discussion before somewhere earlier

yea?

just wanted proof what math is beated:O
Single image wont be enough or even hundreds and all people here do know that anytime player can won with or without any scripts involved.
Bustadice and even on most gambling sites wont really response into this kind of discussion since they do know its totally dumb to make argumentations or explaining that anything wont really work for longer runs.
Luck would always vary on your profitability. No script can able to bypass gambling sites business/profit targets.  Grin

LOL. Just checking in.
Almost 4 years later and after 348442 views, apparently this is still a thing.
And this forum is still using the same crappy software.

Some things never change I guess.
As long there are people who do feed up those scammers this system wont never end and it does still exist even up to now. Thread is really old and very informative but new people do jump to crypto do miss out these kind of precautions or guidelines.  Cheesy

Brilliant. So instead of 1000 now I have 1001 merit on a forum I check once a year.. Woohoo  Grin
Id return the favor but I seem to have no merit to send. Im gonna guess one gets sendable merrit by donating to theymos  for a larger yacht the new forum software ?
Or is this actually a well thought out, trustless, immutable, blockchain based reputation system thats going to prevent any and all scams on this forum now ?

 Grin
I believe that Legendary members do have default smerits of 200 (Correct me if im wrong).
Ha. A small used leaky one perhaps Smiley
I didnt lose anything in any scam, but my crystal ball didnt predict $10+K prices either so like so many early adopters, I sold most of my coins way too early.
What a regretful thing for early adopters who do sold out early but well past is past and theres no turning back into those mistakes.  Wink
7385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: July 02, 2018, 07:13:23 PM
There will be a lot of haters specially the Cleveland Fans who doesnt have respect to him.
As if Lebron does really for those who are whining about his transfer to Lakers? the big man needs some adjustment and he really wants to get the championship belt.

Cutting all the tiers through the finals he has to make some moves of going to the other fence of the conference so he can face GSW earlier and take them down.

A lot of people are now rooting LA Lakers since Lebron is there, I am not saying that they are not really fan of NBA, it's just that a lot of people that are a "die hard" fan of Cleveland Cavaliers are now being a LA fan.
This is normal.
Since they are already on the same side which LA Lakers is on west then this would be definitely the scenario where they would faced up GSW on finals on West. At first on knowing or seeing the news i didnt easily believe or its just somehow a joke but when i do get out confirmations on such transfer or contract signing then i would say for those teams either on West or East would definitely have a very tough contender into this new roster.
What a breaking news LeBron is going to Los Angeles Lakers. I don't really understand why he made such a decision as that was his hometown and just changing teams can effect a lot on his performance. I doubt that he will still be able to deliver like how he played
Its his decision either personal or any intent but it cant be changed and about performance then no doubt it would be more even better as expected.
7386  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC Reversal Pattern, Technically And Fundamentally. What Do You Think? on: July 02, 2018, 05:19:56 PM
one of the strongest reasons that i also have to believe that price will NOT go below $6k and we may be seeing a proper reversal right now is the fact that we have seen this price tested 3 times and it had held and did that strongly.

and more importantly there is a strong psychological buy support level is being shaped up there that is making that price even harder to break into.
and i keep seeing more and more analysis Technical and Fundamental saying that it is the bottom. and as more people get behind these analysis that support becomes even stronger.

at this point i am only worried about the FOMO buyers. the same people who for the past weeks have been saying how bitcoin should go lower and the bear market to continue. they repeated it enough times to believe in it and not buy back so now with this rise we are going to see their FOMO buying signs like these but bigger:

There is no support that cant be broken.

Look how strong 12k support was. Strong rebounce each time price touch 12k. 4 times in a row. Then price broke 12k and immediately return above 12k - stoploses atack - 12k support confirmation - spring in acumulation process from wyckoff chart etc.... Yea we all know where price is now. It is possible that the same topic will be created after 1 year on strong 3k support.

Dont get me wrong. I hold bitcoin and ill hold it on 3k, 1k or 100k. But after few years with crypto i stoped to get to excited about TA, supports, indicators. Because when something looks like in TA book for sure its whales trap.
Its not being mentioned by the guy above that it cant really be broken. No matter how strong the support is there would always be a tendency of break out and we have seen for how many times. This is why we do make technical analysis yet we do have our own views basing on these tools.5800-6000 support is indeed a support but anytime it can be broken and it would be always depending into its investors itself.
Im not also against with TA but this is also good for preference and its much better than have no chart to see at all and dont have any basis.

7388  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-29] JEl-Erian calls bitcoin a buy if its price falls below $5,000 on: June 29, 2018, 10:54:49 PM
Great deal to buy a dip! But I guess it's not the lowest point of Bitcoin this year.

It depends on what your targets are. If you are looking to invest and hold for a couple of years, you can even buy right now and ignore the market from that point. The only reason $5000 targets matter is that people are looking to quick flip it and then repeat the same buy-sell actions over and over again. It's somewhat of a poisonous attitude, but then we can't really blame people for chasing profits like that. We have all been there initially. The difference is that we actually use Bitcoin as intended, while most of the others only speculate with it and don't care what happens afterwards....
Usually these kind of price point presumptions is always basing on technical aspects but we do all know that it doesnt work anytime.I do even consider this would already be a great point to buy unless if you do active trade then we would normally look up the lowest point as possible but if we do go for long term then its necessary to look up into those prices yet we can enter anytime and the price is considerable.
I strongly believe too that $19k ATH wouldnt be easy to achieve once again.
7389  Economy / Securities / Re: KYC Demands - How Safe are my Personal Details submitted? on: June 29, 2018, 10:26:26 PM
I am new to crypto guys. Some exchanges and high paying bounty sites are requiring KYC before you can claim your reward. What do you all advice?

I have recently been having some serious thoughts about the safety of my personal information supplied for KYC. Who else has ever thought about identity theft? Or am I the only one considering this? What if a scammer uses your details submitted for KYC to perpetrate some massive scam job and you are being hunted sooner or later for what you know nothing about? What's your say? 🏾‍
For KYC requirement on exchanges i do feel somehow safer but not totally 100% since they do only ask KYC when you are upgrading your account and you can still use them without any verification but there are some exchange which it is mandatory. Most of them are regulated which is somehow we would be confident on the risk of leakage of such personal informations but risk will be there if those info is mishandled.
For bounty or ICO's then this is the thing would really put me on hesitation risk is higher thats why im really out when we do talk about KYC on investment unless on some exceptional situations.
7390  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain,info isn't sending autorizations emails. on: June 29, 2018, 10:02:00 PM
For the past 4 days i'm not able to login to my account because of not receiving autorization emails, also  already sended 3 support tickets and im not receiving any answer, i'm starting to get really nervous what u guys think i can do?
Still surprised that these old problem of blockchain.info wallet do still exist upto these days. Back in the past when im still using this web wallet, when i dont recieve email authorizations and dont see it on my spam folder i do logged in every 5 mins or from time to time until that shitty email would pop up in my inbox. Ive been using gmail yet there are lots of people said they dont sent out on other email providers which we dont even know if its true.
If you do see this as a hassle thing then you can anytime switch out on other wallets without any verifications and much less riskier ex. Electrum.

Ive been keeping my eye on this thread to see if he do answer my question related to the site but this is totally dead.

Sorry for the bump up.

The game is not so attractive enough, I do not even know how the game works perfectly. Deposit $10 and ready for race? Does it mean $10 for one time play only or we can try many times? I also do not understand why the winners will be announced via email every Sunday, so there is no live leaderboard of the on going competition?
Obviously it is not a provably fair game, is it? High possibility there will be bot to play the game or the owner play against other players and win the game. Who knows?
Yes it isnt attractive but its already mentioned that this would be 80s/90s game which we can really seen it to the graphics(Pixelized). It do turns out for me to see this gambling site to be fishy/scammy ones. Imagine, minimum $10 deposit? and with having a manual way of declaring winners via email.
We are all in automation as of now and coding it wont really be that much hard. You ask about on how to win the game, then you would need to be placed on their leaderboard but it havent clarified if this amount will be just a 1-time pay or not.

Im well awared on Trust wallets existence but im not really fan on using it since i do already been used with myetherwallet when storing up erc20 token based and didnt tend to try out other ones. Im not saying Trust wallet isnt safe yet secured wallet doesnt really exist and anytime can really be hacked but for now we can still used up a service which had been commonly be used which we can find in MEW.The unique thing with Trust is they do have browser which is unusual but out of curiosity you can try it though.
7393  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Will you guys check out my Bitcoin news site and let me know what you think? on: June 29, 2018, 05:35:57 PM
Would you guys check out my site and give me some honest feedback? i.e., whether or not you'd use it, user experience, articles that are shared, sources I'm using, any pointers you have that might improve it, etc.

The site is a news aggregator for Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and blockchain. I realized in my time involved with Bitcoin that there wasn't a single source where I could find all the top stories/articles of the day in the space. I have to jump around to so many site and it's never concisely in one place. So I decided to throw this together and update as much as I can throughout the day between my day job. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

http://macscoinreport.com/
When i tried to surf the site. First thing i do see is the ads. White color isnt bad yet i do like simplicity but the arrangement do sucks. Every information either on News sources, Exchanger links arent even placed correctly which if you try to find it out you will still be confused on which one you would seek up. Random picture on some headlines. Arrangement would be needed and put some colors to make it attractive.
Its much better to make a column basing on what area or aspect they are belong so that confusion would be lessen up.

7395  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-28] Crypto gets 'bear' to 'bull' price BOOST as Facebook drops ad ban on: June 28, 2018, 06:01:13 PM
The good thing here is big company like facebook do reverse their decision which is nice but talking about price boost i dont even feel it coming.Inspite of that positive news the price still tanks on same prices we do see some percentage gains but later on the price had gone down again. Current cap as of writing $247,033,798,773 which i had seen on last days it was on $252B.

I feel like that Facebook is hidden something or do have some plans behind their sleeves.  Grin
7396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: SCAMS IN CRYPTO & HOW TO RECOGNIZE THEM on: June 27, 2018, 10:23:24 PM
Tips:
Researched projects in which you want to invest (DYOR - do your own research) and do not trust anyone blindly, no matter who in your environment is just totally convinced of a project.
Have no unrealistic profit expectations, no one gives you money
If you do not understand a system or project, do not invest in this project.
Some people are already aware on this kind of thing but they do still decide to continue on what they are doing just for the sake of earning easy returns on a short possible of time. Recognizing them isnt really too hard and even just with a simple logic and common sense we can really able to identify out. I dont know why some people do make theirselves of their own greed and they do cry out later when they are scammed. Bitcoinnect shit scam is one of the examples, even just seeing it on very first time it is already a scam to me.

People need to be accountable for their own action and they should put in their minds that research is key of everything but there are so many people are so lazy upon doing it that's why we see so many people cried for their own foolishness, and I agree with hard to detect if the project is scam but their is certain indicator that will slowly shown and it will indicate us to exit before we get slap badly by their faster exit.
For those wise and sensible enough into their own actions and do really keen on investing because they are really careful with their hard earned money then they would most likely do all sorts of things of investigation or researching up.
We do really made our own move and we also the only one would suffer such consequences therefore we should step carefully into things we do seem profitable for us. Mistakes cant be avoided but be careful as you can.

~snip~
Ive remembered the old days when these kind of game can be found mostly on miniclip.com or y8.com.

Questions on this thing, why would the bet is too high? $10 minimum? It wont be appealing. Non escrowed funds? How can we assure payments in the end of the week? 1 week results of top winners is too long.
Ive tried out the game on trial 2.55 mins suppossedly you must finish the lap with the earliest possible time.

Last question, ive seen bitcoin and ivycoin in some big trucks on the game?  Huh
7398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ✦ PotsOfEther.com - 1st ETH jackpot game - Quick deposits - Provably fair ✦ on: June 27, 2018, 07:20:43 PM
Just checked on your site and it is pretty good design, simple and good to go but pvp based games is actually less attractive here because there should need many players to get the good payout, and if there is no players around your money will stuck there so I can say bot is needed for a while right now. And you should really worked on your advertising, signature campaign will be the best to promote your site anyway

Thanks for your feedback!
Only 2 players are required, when the 2nd player joins the round, the countdown timer starts and the round ends in 60 seconds.
We're looking at ways to advertise the website. Thanks once again for your feedback!

Yes, every pvp games sure need to have at least 2 players to make it works but the problem is you open a new pvp gambling site which no one ever tried before, you are lacking of promotion in which there will be less than 2 players later and when this happens what are you going to do if there is no bot that help players around? This is what I meant from my post before, you should really promoting your site to make it works well though

Im thinking of making some kind of referral system, any suggestions?
Also, what do you mean with 'bot to help players around'?
Referral system isnt really bad yet this is just a common way to add up more exposure on sites existence. The thing he do mention is to focus on promotions, either a free or trial out amounts on testing out the game or simply a bonus.
The thing he do mention about bot is that house itself will have their own bot to run up the site anytime but i dont see this would be appealing on players side but come to think this would make the game not on idle state.
referrral system = should i hand out a percentage of the referrred user's first deposit?
or did you guys think of something else?

since its a PVP game the usual 10% of the house edge will not work I suppose
its a common practice for a crypto casino site to offer 10% of the house edge as affiliate
i.e. you get 1/1000 of every 1 satoshi bet win or lose
but in PVP this opens floodgates of cheating
the first deposit percentage doesn't seem to be much of an incentitive because many will test tdeposit first to try the game
and maybe try if it even pays at all,so there must be a different option, like a % of total lost ? a refback of sorts
Cashback or like rakeback this would be more considerable or quite attractive than on having that % on first deposit. Ive been thinking about referal system where you do earn satoshis on every amount being wagered same as you exampled. This is normal for most gambling sites as of now but yet effective since there are people who are into referral system where they dont need to invest yet they can able to convince or recruit someone to play on the site because he do know its benefit.
7399  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How to avoid getting your exchange account HaCkEd or pHiShEd on: June 27, 2018, 02:15:34 PM
Are any of those google ads safe to even click on even if they are the real site?
Some are legit Some are not but the best thing to do is neglect those sites which are commonly placed on the top and this is the thing ive been doing eversince even if the url link is right. I do make a habit on inputting the exact link on url bar. Google searches is only being used on my part when it do search up some things not totally being used on accessing any sites.

Avoiding on not to be hacked or phished? Then its always set out the best security among of your account 2fa, strong passwords, clean computer.

Hi BTCevo

First of all thank you for your interest on slotmedia.io. We offer unique crypto slot games, played with +45 altcoins.

The coins used are not a token but only the conversion of the value of cryptocurrency. At the moment 1 coin is worth Ƀ0.00010 and when you play with the crypto slot use the "coin".

Winnings are paid in btc. We offer exclusive promotions, for example, we offered, a discount of the value of 1 coins by 70%.

We also offer as bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit and a 25% weekend cashback on your losses.

if you need any assistance don't hesitate to contact us

slotmedia.io
Would you mind on sharing up the wager requirement of those deposit bonus? So that depositors or players would be aware on how many rolls they would need to comply before they are eligible to withdraw.Having an own tokens based on some conversions on bitcoin is somehow confusing.

We happy to announce we are almost 5k slot players
Wow! 5k players thats a nice amount of players on a short period of time i agree on what others said which it would turn out that you can possibly give good promotions out of those numbers if you are really serious on market competition.
