This might be possible reasons for dumps since there are really some Big ICOs as of now which is ETH based coins. They can affect the price of ETH if they would really decide to dump it out but still it isnt assured that they would do such thing.Even those hacked parity funds didnt affect too much, lets say it makes the price go down but not to its lowest.

Hi!! A am brand new here. I know bitcoin is a virtual currency , but has anyone already portrayed an imaginary design of Bitcoins? How does should it look like if ever? Like in the games in the internet that i see. The coin incentives or prizes looks like gold. Others have designs too and. If it would be a physical money, should it look like gold?
Talking in actual physical form of bitcoin we can able to see bitcoin coins in the market which are being sold by some bitcoin users here on this forum.Its just a coin with a big letter "B" on it symbolizing bitcoin but talking about its value its just lesser compared on the actual price of bitcoin. We do know bitcoin is a digital currency and it doesnt have a general physical form which can be traded or to make transactions with. |

Yes true, but I guess it is due to high rising living cost that is why many people need to earn more money to keep up with living expenses. Sad to say this.
This is one of the reasons why people do always seek out for more money and as being said price of expenses is already high which means if we cant cope up with that we would really suffer on living on this world. It wont be sufficient to live if we dont have enough money to live on thats why people would really do no matter what and its part of our nature of seeking money anytime. |

I am in for 5 months now. My experience is unfortunately not that big. So excuse my question: Is there some time, when crash predictions stop? Or is that something, I have to live with... ?  Treat these words just like on a casual day because predictions would really pop out everywhere regarding on bitcoins price.After all these years people do really speculate anytime on when price of bitcoin would crash. Some might be reasonable and some are just nonsense. Speaking on the upcoming fork on november i guess we would really experience again those situation like before the august 1 event. We would possible see dip prices again. |

What is the safest way to keep bitcoins.
Taken dangers like hacking, losing in to account!
I have two options if I want to save my bitcoin, not have plan to spend at the moment. I will use Papper Address or Cold Storage (Bitcoin Client or Electrum) or hardware like Trezor. Those selections are good and its the best way on storing in your Bitcoin specially you do decide to keep it for long term. Hardware wallet like Trezor would be the best choice for me since you can able to keep it physically or in your hands just store up the informations that needed to access that wallet and youre good to go. But thinking off there are still risk on lossing your bitcoin no matter what kind of wallet would you use but on this hardware wallets would somehow do have a good security on your coins. |

I just accepted it as a bonus, dumped it and continue.
What value do you see in BCH? The reason to reach 2K? I'm much more agree that it will reach $200 instead.
I dont know why do other people do really care on this coin after all and same as yours i do dump it already and moved on and I would not turn back on this coin ever again since i would only use bitcoin and no other than that. Speculations are arising on this forum while the price of bch is starting to decrease now. Too much hype i would say for its price to reach up that point but eventually it would pop out soon and dump. Me too. This Altcoin will certainly not be profitable if invested in it. I think this altcoin naturally appears and has a very high price, this has never happened in the Cryptocurrency market. I hope in the future BCC should have a real price Correction of prices would really normally happen on market and on this point we are still on the hype range on which price do really reach up new heights on a matter of short time and as we can see on BCH its price did reach 1k in just a matter of 24 hours came from 300 usd price which is really amazing and there would really be a point on where the price would correct itself and be the actual price of it later on. |

I will avoid mining now as I don't have capital to invest in buying mining equipment and in my country the electricity cost is not affordable so I will invest my money in trading as you can earn good money from it if you have good knowledge.
Good decision there buddy, Better not to jump on mining if the electricity cost on your country is very expensive since this would really be only profitable if you do have cheap electricity and you do have the money to fund on large scale mining for be profitable considering the difficulty on mining bitcoin is already high. Trading it would be an alternative way on earning bitcoin but we should really be still to be knowledgeable in order to make money out of it. |

How do you panic? Does that really make you panic and do you take decisions that you actually regretted later? Or do you keep calm and HODL?

Always keep calm and hodl as long as you can because as long you didnt sell off those coins you are still not on the losing side. Seeing them on negative does really hurt and would really give you a sense of panic because we wont really like to lose up money. This is how trading works or even on investments thats why its always a wise move not to panic easily and rather think on other things which would able to recover those loses on other ways. |

Thanks to all for a genuine review of BCC and now i postpone my buy for later time.
Wise choice. Also remember before buying, consider looking here at bitcointalk. Buy when the time comes that little to none talks about BCC because probably by that time the hype has come to pass and will just be part of the bitcointalk history. It won't be long though so hold forbow if you already have some but if you don't have, wait a little longer until the hype is gone. On trading rules, we should actually buy on the dip price and if we do have bcc as of now better to sell it out and as you said we just let the hype to cool down already because eventually price would really decrease. For now we are on the peak of Bcc price which buying would really be a risky thing to do because anytime it would really crash its price because people who do hold of it would really sell out those for free money. |

While I have followed crypto currency for a few years now, I am very new to trading (hardly two weeks). I use CEX - its the only decent platform that accepts credit card payments - and made a quick buck earlier today when BTC/USD rates hit 2900 just to get the butterflies off.
Would it be sensible to hold on to the cash or take a dip instead (BTC/ETH)?
Wow! what a nice start you have there buddy. Well thats how trading works when you do bought cheaper price and sell of on a higher price.This is just a simple trading or basic thing on trading.Just like been said above we cant give any advice since we are still on the fork situation. Holding bitcoin would be a good thing but depending on which price point. I cant say if this would be the new floor of bitcoin or not.We wont know if price would crash after this event or not. |

after people got their BCC, people will switch over their bitcoin to Alts because gaining BCC is their main priorities of exchanging their alts. and prepare for the big PUMP
I dont think so that this thing would happen though considering that theres no soo much support on BCC and also its still consider an alt and not btc itself which means people will surely dump BCC and might convert to bitcoin or any other potential Alts in the market but this would really depend on the mindset of traders or users. We do have different speculations on whats coming ahead i would really love to see on what would happen on this month. |

Bounties are earned by hardwork. Maybe these people do not sell until they are satisfied that the coin is worth the time and energy they had put in. Nothing wrong about it
We do really have different mindsets which we would really sell a particular coin on a certain pricepoint on which we would see that all of our hardworks and time spent would be worth it on those prices but we should always think that holding off always is a good idea because we might really miss the perfect spot on selling it because there are really coins which do dump forever just like what i said on my previous post. |

Some people just participate in the bounties and wait for few years. they don't sell their bounty rewards for low fiat reward. Ironically those people become FIAT millionaires.  Thx for bounties! Good jewelry. It would still depend because not all coins that you do gain from bounty cant still be sure if they do have potential to rise up from upcoming years. This would really on slim chances though but having a habit on keeping bounty coins would be also a good stuff to do if you are not really longing on making money on shorter times because some do this thing and tend to sell the coins as long they can able to do so. |

In my opinion, not, bitcoin growth is increasingly rapidly making the price will continue to increase in the future, especially when bitcoin runs out in the mine and in the market will be more expensive.
Everything will certainly want it to happen. But I am concerned about the impact of the BCC, some predict that bitcoin prices will decline. But I personally see the current price chart of course will trust the price of bitcoin will increase. Predicting bitcoin price is one of the hard part of being bitcoin users especially to the newly started. However in question will ever see bitcoin lower than $1000? My answer is no, because if you see or review the environment of bitcoin, most of the users was favorable to bitcoin. Moreover bitcoin had high credibility in crytocurrencies industry, so we have no reasons to panic if bitcoin price is smoothly fall down. Because we know that after declining of bitcoin value, it was increasing rapidly. The thing you said was definitely right on which when we saw bitcoins price would tend to decrease or dip but eventually we would see that it bounce back anytime and increase even more over time.Answering about 1k price drop wont really be possible as of these days since we would able to see that bitcoin do have a strong support which means it wont easily go back on that price point. So far we did see some dips but only on 1800 price. |

We can multiple services and other earning in this forum. None of others gives such options. Yes, you are right because Bitcointalk forum is very effective for Beginner to learn about Bitcoin. I learned a lot of information about Bitcoin through this forum only, here we have the right to discuss the things what is happening in the world about the Bitcoin. You can see a lot of answer for those which will help us to learn new things. This is why i dont even bother on searching for another forum since this is the first forum i did learn all the things about bitcoin and altcoin or even lots of stuffs on crypto world which im very thankful to my friend who do introduce it to me about bitcoin and also to this forum which really helps me a lot but there are other bitcoin forum which i do know like forum.bitcoin.com its also a good forum too but with lesser people than to this bctalk but still a good forum too. |

How can you say that you are not a Bitcoiner? Thinking off that those coins that you do make profits on ICO would be generally return on bitcoin to exchange them into fiat. (correct me if im wrong.) This is the common thing that i do on which i do end up on exchanging those coins to btc and decide to cash-out. Therefore you can still consider yourself as an bitcoiner. |

It might be a good kind of parasite if you will ask me. With the first notice of BCC when it came to news, there was situations when people started panicking, went to wallets, exchanges and started selling down everything they have got and ultimately big dump started to occur. This was first good thing because when later the news came that BCC won't be having much support and BIP91 is stable then the price started rising and people invested like Crazy. Now that's the period when smart people invested money and got rich too. That was now good parasite for them. It made bitcoin more healthy.
Well this thing would really be good for those who have money and wise enough to roll over regarding on earning opportunities. As i can see on BCC there would really be some support on that one no matter how much we do hate it because there are people who do see that this coins might be useful later on which the would really tend to buy or even put their bitcoin on BCC supported wallets just to earn it freely. |

I have been making an analysis about how people is getting real rich thanks to the increse of BTC and it is amazing to think that people are getting real rich, lets hope and this will continue so the people that holds very little BTC also gets rich.
This is the analisis I made:
On February 1st 2015 you will need 4,219 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 10,125,600 usd
On Febraury 1st 2016 you will need 2,681 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 6,434,400 usd
On February 1st 2017 you will need 992 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 2,380,800 usd
Today you need 404 BTC to have 1 million USD ( the person who has now 404 BTC it is millionaire, and in Feb 2015 just had with the same 404 BTC 95,757 USD

I wonder what are the new rich people doing right know? have they realised that they are rich yet.
If you do really escalate it then we would really have somehow regret that we didnt accumulate such amount of bitcoin back in those years which price of bitcoin is still cheap but well we cant still say that because on those years bitcoin isnt still affordable for an average joe but knowing those probabilities can really make us think that there are really millionaires because of bitcoin and thats really a good thing for them. |
