741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football in China - The Chinese Super League on: July 28, 2020, 06:21:27 PM
Football in my country is still far behind, there's no support (maybe a littl), and less exposure. Looking forward to see good football team in Asia, Japan, India and China is already doing good and Asian already have AFC.
Countries like spain, Italy, England, Germany, Brazil, Argentina and many others are running so many football leagues for a long time but in asian region we don't see this football leagues. For last few years India is running their football league and Indian super league is getting good support from asian football fans.

Football leagues are just not only helping governments to get big amount money but also put positive effects to national team. When local players get the opportunity to play with different foreign players i think it helps them to increase their skills. Which team are doing good in worldcup stage you can give a big portion of credits to their local football leagues.

By the way good to see a separate thread for Chinese Super League (CSL).

742  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake ethereum giveaway on: July 28, 2020, 05:50:23 PM
If i am not wrong then all these ETH related fake giveway projects are running by the same group of scammers. Just take a look on their web template which is pretty much simillar with other fake giveway websites. Although their website looks like a Microsoft word sketche page to me which actually full with all fake transactions list. They are just using different domain and using the same template with slightly different color.

What a cheap idea to complete their scam game by blending doubler and fake giveway together.

People who read important posts over time on Bitcointalk are not victims of such scams.

Actually its getting harder for them to raise fund through scam ICO and ponzi projects now. Its because they know modern age crypto investors are enough careful about projects background, team, whitepaper and roadmap. So this time they are trying to refill their wallet through this kinda fake giveways where they don't need to spend too.much for developing the project.

"suvo05" now you can move your topic to scam accusation. Usually people search scam related topics there and your topic information will help them to get ideas about fake giveways.

Most likely, the fact that they watched the live streaming, that means they are interested with it and you are right, they might fall for the scam.
Youtube viewers like to watch new videos and specially when its crypto related. You can easily find many video contents on youtube which are actually fake but got massive amount of views. Basically scammers use attractive thumbnails on their video which help them to get good amount of view in a short time. In some cases they run paid ads to reach their targeted audiences.
744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are back with another trick. Be alert!!! on: July 28, 2020, 05:07:54 PM
I have heard this one scamming people even doing a streaming video on YouTube mostly nowadays people are in need of financial during this pandemic we experience. This is an awareness, especially to newbies, do not fall to this kind of scam. Once other people asking for money and promise a return of big profit, and a big giveaways it is a prominent scam.
Due to covid19 people are continiously losing their job and its getting hard for them to manage fund for their family.
In this worst situation scammers are taking the chance and offering free giveways to attract people. Even on recent twitter hack they have mentioned on their posts that they are giving free bitcoins to help people during corona situation. Huh. Shame on these guys who are stealing peoples fund during this pandemic. Actually they have no humanity and thats why i always call them heartless.

Running after free giveways is nothing but waste of time. Their main intention is just to make some easy money by creating a 100$ website. Keep ignoring and submit report to youtube authority whenever you find any fake giveway related live streaming or video advertisement.
745  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC up 42% year to date while Gold did good at 28%. Will it carry on? on: July 28, 2020, 01:00:40 PM
Modern age investors are pretty much interested to test new field of investment and bitcoin is in their choice list. Investing in gold is a old trend and people like to invest on this for its price stability but its not the favorite option for them who don't dare to take risks. You will not find any field of investment which is riskfree but you have to compare the the level of risks. Bitcoin is like digital gold now and continiously showing its potentiality.

746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Late Show with Stephen Colbert calls bitcoin a scam on: July 28, 2020, 07:21:36 AM
Statements like that are obv from the people that don't know anything about Bitcoin.
Its not always same but most of the time some over intelligent person try to get popular through giving their own prediction about bitcoin. I am so surprised after hearing that some people think bitcoin is a scam just for recent twitter hack incident. Due to twitter authorities own weakness some of their VIP accounts got hacked and its not a wise thing to blend bitcoin reputation with this hacking attempt.

What givesd Bitcoin this reputation is, that there is a lot of scam involving Bitcoin and these always make it to the press...
Spreading speed of negative news is faster than positive one. Its not a new thing for bitcoin which is actually working from the beginning.
747  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stay away from this kind of giveaway!! Scam alert!! on: July 27, 2020, 06:23:42 PM
Recently, this type of scammer moved to the youtube platform. They are playing some old videos of @ethglobal as live streaming and as similar to previous twitter scam they asking people to send ETH which they will return doubling.
Recently youtube is full with this kinda fake giveway related live streaming and video ads. Basically they are targeting immature crypto investors and they know still people exist who want to be millionaire through crypto doubler. 2 days earlier suddenly i got a paid video ads on youtube where they were using ETH founder vitalik's press interview video clips on their advertisement to make people believe that ethereum owner is really giving free ETH.

You can take a look here, [SCAM ALERT] Fake 50000 ETH Giveway - Running Youtube Advertisement

Whenever you get something like this just use the report button of youtube and its the best way to stop them from stealing peoples money.
748  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slotome Licensed Casino & Crypto Gaming on: July 27, 2020, 06:07:36 PM
Of course. slotome ( dot ) com is our website.
Just made a short visit to your website and your homepage looks too much short to me. Specially the payment method section where i haven't got anything about crypto payment. You can add more sections on your frontend which may help your site visitors to know more about your casino and its features.

Will you please let us know your platform support bitcoin payment or not ?

To make a complete announcement you can buy copper membership which will enable image uploading options for you.
749  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit BTC -1% daily invest box on: July 27, 2020, 05:55:14 PM
If i am not wrong then Yobit authority spend a big amount of money just for sending uncountable emails to their registrants. For me its too much annoying and they don't care about this. Their previous record proves that they are popular for doing unexpected thing and this new one isn’t different from their other activities.

Just ignore their emails which is the best solution IMO. Discussing about them is nothing but waste of time. You can't expect better than this kinda ponzi type offers from them.

750  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] efialtis impersonator on Telegram on: July 26, 2020, 05:37:55 PM
Hey guys,

I have just been informed that someone on Telegram is pretending to be me, obviously trying to scam people.
Its a clear sign that your popularity level has been increased but sorry to say that this time its among scammers. Lol. Just fun. Honestly its hard to stop this idiots from continuing this kinda activities on telegram where they can easily plant new scam trap by changing usernames and creating almost similar looking username of other members.

Thanks for letting us know about this attempt and hope who want to contact will reach you through forum PM. After experiencing recent telegram related scam attempt i always suggest everyone to justify the real person through giving a PM on forum account before making any deal.

fortunately, D__R2 checked my post history, found it odd and sent me a pm here asking if it was me.
He did the right thing which saved him from getting scammed.
751  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: elmanchez exit scam, loan default on: July 26, 2020, 05:13:05 PM
Most probably last month someone gave me a PM and told me that he got scammed by "elmanchez" but due to lack of time i advised him to keep patience and follow community users guidelines. At that time he sent me his thread link which was opened against "elmanchez". Although case was solved and the user get agree with others who replied on his thread. At last he defaulted loan and its really expected to see someone turned into scammer from regular loan borrower.

Flag supported and tagged from my end.

Most of the time you can see who is genuinely engaged in trading and who is only building up reputation.
Yeah you are right. Its the way by which some users build their reputation and keep taking loans from lenders. I am not saying that everyone who are taking loans regularly have similar plans to default the loan after getting a big amount but most loan defaulters built the trust level first and run away with some good amount.
752  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Hoopergroup.tech on: July 26, 2020, 04:38:40 AM
You haven't mentioned the name of trading platform by which you got scammed first and after that you got another bad experience by hiring scammers for recovering your fund from the exchange. You made the first mistakes due to lack of proper knowledge about safer and popular trading platform. Where you have already spent 50000$ for getting the fund back from the trading platform then i guess the amount was much bigger than this. Sorry to say that it was really necessary for you to make proper research before starting trade anywhere and hiring scammers to recover that fund again.

In a situation like this we can't do nothing but feeling sorry for your losses. You can share details about the trading platform by which you got scammed first. I think its gonna help lot more thread visitors to stay far from that.

753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin truly Decentralised? on: July 26, 2020, 04:19:13 AM
Bitcoin's decentralization is not about Satoshi Nakamoto or Gavin Andresen, whether or not Satoshi is born in Japan, or Japan being too ahead compared to other countries in terms of technology, etc. Bitcoin's decentralization is simply all about removing third parties in transactions between persons. That's all decentralization is about.
Yeah you are right but different people take the meaning of decentralization in different ways. I don't think bitcoin decentralization have any relation with Satoshi Nakaoto's real identity or his living place. Worldwide bitcoin users have got the freedom of making hassle free transaction through bitcoin and if we forget the  KYC system of some wallets then no one gonna get your information. Governments are implementing KYC to bitcoin related sites and businesses due to its decentralization system and they know that without KYC they have no more option to track transactions. For me its enough to call that bitcoin is fully decentralized.

755  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How my bitcoins were nailed down in my grandfather's garage. on: July 25, 2020, 03:47:16 PM
Its good to see that you are not worrying about the amount of bitcoin that you lost due to your grandfather's rare tool holder idea. By the way, its gonna be a memorable experience for you and you are not the who have faced something like this. There is lot more stories where many bitcoin holder lost their coins and your one is pretty much interesting for me.

Some people sold their coins in a lower price and some other people forgot their wallet details but you are slightly different from them where everyday you are watching the tool holder hanging on garage wall. By the way, thanks for sharing with us.

757  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] India's popular YouTuber, carryminati's CarryisLive channel hacked on: July 25, 2020, 12:28:19 PM
Youtube is full with fake giveway related ads, video's and live too. Specifically scammers are using ethereum founder vitalik's videos, pictures and speech tapes to make crypto users fool. Yesterday i got so surprised during watching videos on youtube. Suddenly i saw a fake giveway advertisement where scammers used ethereum founder's press video and most interesting thing was that it was an paid advertisement through google. After visiting the real site i discovered their actual scam plan. I believe who have little knowledge about proper crypto investment will not waste their time and money by running after this kinda fake giveways.

Hacking popular youtube channel isn't a new thing but it's a little relief for now that the video has been already removed through youtube authority. Whenever you find something like this just report the video as soon as possible and its the way by which you can keep lots of new viewers safer from getting scammed.
