I like that idea.
It's the only way to make the coin really successful in the long run. Instead of pump-and-dump-schemes, which only attract "get-quick-rich"-types and discourage or even disappoint true believers and therefore potential investors (the REAL ones - which is NOT related to the amount they invest, but related to the intention going with the investment).

I understood it well, but I just wanted to hint to other exchanges for interested buyers, who could do the same. 

Right. Mooncoin on second position for LTC-traded coins and fifth for XRP-traded ones on Cryptsy.

One of the most important reason for this is the drastically reduced reward, that is paid out to the miners. Just today it went down by 42%:

yesterday: Blocks 200,001-250,000: 0-600,000 MOON
today: Blocks 250,001-300,000: 0-350,000 MOON

That means, the reward dropped from 300,000 MOON to 175,000 MOON per block on average.
That, combined with the other drastic reductions in the previous weeks, leads to drying out the supply strongly. The problem at the beginning with multipools dropping loads and loads of new Mooncoins automatically on Cryptsy is long gone.

And now comes the fun part of Mooncoin.  
Clever investors now that. It's simply the law of supply and demand.
