SOme users have created their own GPU miners and this is why.

Pallas has just notified us that the miner is nearing completion and we are discussing purchase/delivery details now.

Once we've received the source we will compile windows Binaries and release the source+binaries.

Afterwhich we will begin modifying the source to integrate it into our client.

Nova thank you for helping your userbase, We understand you are not a company with a large staff, we appreciate helping so many of our community members and many are now posting that they are getting their coins back!

Thank you! Never, EVER, have I seen an exchange pull through for its users after an attack like this.

One of the members of our team lost some coins too, which I'm sure you're still working on.

Some things we need to say in regards to the recent developments with Nova and people losing their ballances

1. Nova is upstanding for reverting most transactions, if you're feeling alone in the fact that you still have no balance and no coins you're not alone, Resurgam also lost ~100 Million coins on Nova that has NOT been reverted.
I personally managed to pull out my 200M but I did not have any orders placed (Except buy orders for ESP in the LTC wall) therefore my ballance was not readily affected. So, if you dumped it's up to David @nova to help you out as the fate of those are uncertain. However, we are attempting to work with David on resolving as much as possible with him in order to everyone their ESP back into their wallets.

2. Don't say we didn't warn you... Resurgam and I both stated that Nova while seeming to be an upstanding exchange was/is new, new exchanges need time to mature and build security, luckily he had a cold storage policy so most people will be getting their stuff back which almost NEVER happens. Trust me, I went through this on Craptsy.

3. We will do our best to help you get your balance back! However, please also understand we will not be taking a hit and sending anyone compensation for lost funds. Exchanges are all a risk, I've lost countless BTC for instance on CCEX and don't ever touch their exchange despite them listing some of our coins.

4. Spread the word, let anyone you know involved with ESP to PULL THEIR COINS FROM NOVA.

5. The max TX issues are caused by dust, removing the sigop limit is a hoky fix and will NOT be implemented. A proper fix is in the works. Sorry for anyone having issues due to this it DOES NOT AFFECT CHAIN STABILITY, it merely is a nuisance currently in the use of it.

6. Please keep us posted and let us know if you have questions we are here for the community that is here for us. Let's support each other and move through this situation

Just a heads up to everyone since I've not posted in awhile.

We are still working on the max tx issue to resolve it properly. In The meantime it will be raised somewhat to take some the annoyance out.

Pallas has been working hard on the gpu miner and expects to release it after its been complete it. After purchasing the miner we will publicly release it and also integrate it into our client.

The auto updater will go through an overhaulled in the next version (auto updating clients will automatically patch the installation)
This overhaul is to streamline the system and also introduce the ability to auto roll back the client in case issues with a new release (to be used as an emergency system only as we do not intend to release any buggy updates)
Also with the auto updating clients there will be a new option to manually downgrade or upgrade your client so that you have the ability to go back to a version of your choosing if for some reason you do not like a particular update.

Another goal will be to make the client fully capable of running on a non standard directory so users are not limited to default location just to use some of the extra features.

Emailing is also currently in the works directly alongside the the PoR system as the two will rely on each other in asense. We have not completed this yet however are making progress. We will be slowly implementing the email features in stages over the course of the next several updates and stress testing prior to any update deployment.

We just advise using the auto updating client so that you wouldn't have to keep track of anything or worry about what version your on.
Besides although it looks kinda funny at the moment the installer and updater work flawlessly and are very simple.

Just fyi for anyone wondering. Cpu mining is still very viable especially with the optimized miner.
And no, we don't have a private miner, we aren't running aGpu and we will release the miner asap. Can't rush good work.

True the initial giveaway was hefty, however the second one is not nearly as large.

Value really isn't a concern right now. In fact it's damn right annoying to be stuck on a GPU miner right now when we should be focusing on the TX limit and Emailing features.
