If you're aiming for a stable deposit of coins, I think it might be better to hold it in a completely secured conventional bank. however, you can also use it anytime, when you want to buy something. quite a lot of FUD regarding coin stability, especially what hit UST, which makes me think it's not secure enough. out of the 5 tokens mentioned, I would probably choose Polygon to hold for 5 years. however, currently the potential of polygons is the same as that of BNB. it seems june is gonna be bearish, there's really no signs of bullish so far and most of altcoins still having massive correction in value anyway,
even the new luna that was supposed to act as reimbursement for most of the luna holders before crash also having valued really low.
you could guess that this june around just gonna be stagnating for most of the altcoins value, even bitcoin, maybe the current bearish trend gonna lasts for a year, just like how the past cycle goes.
