You are right, bounty hunters only have a small amount of funds from ICO allocations. While there have been many alternatives to the solution (such as decentralized exchanges), people are still performing trades at centralized entities. Now the real question is why this is happening, since after all, Satoshi intended Bitcoin to be free from middleman or third parties? Depending on an exchange or custodian, greatly defeats the purpose of true decentralization. Knowing how oppressive some governments are, it'll be easier for them to stop usage of crypto whenever they want to by just targeting centralized exchanges. Nonetheless, what are your thoughts about this?  I can not find answer as a reason. Because the handy options in the centralized exchanges also available in decentralized ones. Reliability may be reason. The increase in the quantity of scams left less places to rely on and centralization gives us more confidence in this regard. |

It is not a bad idea to lock bounty rewards, if it helps avoiding dumping, but company should mention it in their bitcointalk thread and website, so that bounty hunters should know it before joining bounty.
It is possible to come across such bounty. But as mentioned it can be useful to prove that bounty hunters are not dumper. Hunters may cause drop, but they are not the real reason. Recently several projects have thought that this kind of step could prevent the fall, but unfortunately the result is the same. |

If that thing will happen in the near future then I think this is good news to all of us Bitcoin enthusiasts. But this seems to far from happening because we all know that governments will stick to what they can control like the centralized assets such as fiat. They can implement tax and track every transactions people made. With Bitcoin, governments has no control of our funds and can't even track transactions either it is used in legal or illegal activities unless local exchanges will be regulated.
Tracking transactions with crypto may be easier than paper money. All the coins have already got the address. After becoming a known address for everyone, it will not be difficult through regulations. The current system is now valid for now, but it will change a lot after crypto is accepted. |

Considering the risks will help you to be more durable. You should try to learn. Fear (panic) is the main cause for losing in trading. I do not mean to force you to do that, but try it out with demo accounts. Crypto trade is not very difficult as long as you know the rules. |

BNB can be one of the profitable coin at the moment because their exchange is one of the most used exchange by traders so they will definitely use BNB to decrease the trading fees.But for me litecoin and monero can be best long term coin to invest in this year the profits may come this year or later but the prices we are getting may never be available again.
BNB is one of the reliable coins that should be gotten even if the situation is complicated. Even in this case it reached new ATH and increment will be permanent. Also NEO should be added to the list. IMO it is one of the promising coins for the future. |

IEO is the solution for scam ICO. With IEO, investors can participate in the token sale with ease. The exchange who hold the IEO has doing research and due diligence abut the project before IEO start. Did you take a look at IEOs on small exchanges? IEO is not any major development, those who are successful are inspired by Binance. If all sales will be in Binance I agree with you, but the majority only look at their earnings and the rest is none of their business. Probably some regulations made by big powers can protect us. |

Besides, we can not know whether this year there will be bullrun. 2019 has just begun, and we have long time ahead (3 weeks in 2017 had been enough). exchanges are tellıng that they sold all tokens ın 5 mıns but they never sell, they sell that tokens from open market after 2 days and people buy that tokens 2-3x hıher price because everybody thinks that ico finished in 5 mins, binance started that scam method and other exchanges follow it
On the contrary it can be sold in a few minutes, but to whom? Even when the sales countdown started, I saw 4 people getting it in the first second. Probably Binance wants to make a profit from trade too. |

I definitely agree. There are dozens of useless altcoins in the market and they are worth zero, not more. But all the shitcoins will disappear and the rest will be enough for us already. I only buy reliable ALTs.
Recently getting the potential altcoins are risky. Getting any coins outside top coins is risky. So instead of profit we should turn towards trust. It will be more sad to lose remaining because of greed. |
