741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2017, 03:06:36 AM
When I started to be interested in Bitcoin for the first time, what impressed me the most was the use of new technology. People are constantly seeking innovation and are more interested in everything new. For this reason, it was very easy for me to invest in the digital money.
I agree, bitcoin and blockchain is one of the best technolgy in this century, even south african reserve bank is open to issuing a national digital currency, which would likely based blockchain or distributed ledger technology. I am very interested in bitcoin because it is better than any remittance agencies, also it can change  the world ekonomy system.
742  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: November 19, 2017, 02:00:31 AM
For investors and for those who want to use it as a value storage the price of course matters because investors want to make a profit in fiat currency and those who use it for value storage do not want the value depreciates like the fiat money habitually does and would like to see the value rising.
Bitcoin price is matter for every bitcoin users because it is   determine the number and type of goods that they can buy. If the price high they can buy more goods, if the price low the numbee of goods that they can buy is deacrease. But I agree that bitcoin is matter especially  for investor.
743  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: November 19, 2017, 01:44:46 AM
Bitcoin can reduce unemployment but I think for those who can use good computer and network different things with people from small do not know computer and network. this will make them dizzy and bored to learn it because they have no basic learning. If they begin to feel bored it seems to be a useless thing they do and eventually Bitcoin can not help their economy.  Wink
Yes, especialy the old people. Bitcoin is easy to understand for teeneger but not for the old people. Many teenegers are get income in bitcoin now, so they can study in their school and earn bitcoin at home. So probably bitcoin also can prevent those students from become unemployment  Cheesy .
744  Economy / Economics / Re: So, you want to be rich? All of you ? on: November 19, 2017, 01:30:31 AM
For me i want to be rich for my family well i guess many of us wanted to be rich for their family giving them an easy life.
Become rich is good thing, by become rich we will be able to do positive thing more than become poor. Money is power, we should use it to bring beneficial for ourselves and otherselves. I am sure that there is no more poor people in the future, all of people will be rich. So if you have chance to give something to someone so don't miss that chance. By decentralization there is no more capital monopolization.
745  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: November 19, 2017, 01:18:48 AM
Bitcoin is a good investment now, because promising investments from other coins and Bitcoin has proven its performance with a good price for now Wink
The increasing price of bitcoin is because many countries are recognise bitcoin now, so market looks bitcoin as promising investment, especially asian market. After japan accept bitcoin, asian market become better for bitcoin.
746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: November 19, 2017, 12:58:26 AM
probably they dont really care because bitcoin is not so famous, maybe in nearly future it will be dangerous for bank, for sure but it will be too late.
Bank is already fear cryptocurrency, bankers in texas penhandle have recently been discusing about bitcoin and blockchain technology. They cannot ignore bitcoin because it has the power to undermine the banking system amd improove economy by reshape the financial landscape. Bank is an " old " financial system and bitcoin is the " new " one that give people a lot of benefit.
747  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: November 18, 2017, 11:16:16 PM
I use both online and desktop wallet to store my coin. i store coin that i intend to keep for a long period of time on desktop wallet. i store my bitcoin on electrum wallet. while i store coin i intend to keep for short time on blockchain wallet. i like blockchain because when I am sending bitcoin the fees is low compare to electrum wallet but the desktop feel safer for me and there is privacy.
You should try trezor because it is secure, private keys are generated offline. The attacker cannot access the funds because trezor also generate 24 word seed upon set up and passphrase can be added on it, but if passphrase is forgoten it cannot be recovered. Its good to save big amount of bitcoin.
748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: November 18, 2017, 08:49:03 AM
Most of the time we need money to buy things that we need everyday so i think one of the reason why some people sell their bitcoin because they have no choice tosell it especially if the only source of their income is bitcoin.
I think most of bitcoin users are speculative investors, so they become day trader. They buy and sell bitcoin to grow their amount of bitcoin. That is my opinion, but bitcoin too worth to spend, I preffer like to hold my bitcoin and wait the price increase.

For me bitcoin catch my attention because of its value. It rapidly increase its value when its flactuates. bitcoin is very transparent and secured so i trust bitcoin and sometimes i invest to it.

One of factors that make bitcoin prise go up is because of the statement of japan's government which anounced that they accept bitcoin the another factor is because there are grow of war in north korea so a lot of people convert their yen and won into bitcoin, they choose bitcoin because they impressed about the freedom and power of bitcoin, I mean is bitcoin isn't controled by certain countries so it is like good safe haven. I personally impressed in bitcoin because it cannot be counterfeited.
751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is better than Cash. on: November 16, 2017, 07:22:53 AM
It has a faster way to transfer a money to another country without paying tax. You can earn and invest money here.
Bitcoin is the digital currency and decentralized
Decentralization is one of best feature of bitcoin, we don't need bank anymore to save money if we use bitcoin as medium of exchange. The decentralization will make world economy better because it's prevent someone to control big capital in bank.
752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Kill The Income Tax on: November 16, 2017, 04:06:29 AM
That's why federal government ought to control bitcoin in all trade and buying and selling site in order to have taxes! this really is good because we are able to help increase our economy.
Yes, government can collect tax of bitcoin by make regulation for legitimate exchange site, online shop and any other business. Bitcoin users can still avoid taxes by transacting in illegitimate places but that is risky. Help countries by pay tax is good as long as the amount does not incriminate us.
753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: November 16, 2017, 02:36:05 AM
I'm sure that the financial future is bitcoin or cryptocurrency. the higher economic disparity by using the centralized system will make the poor continue to be poor while the bitcoins that use decentralization provide an opportunity for everyone to improve their lives.
Yes I agree with that, centralized economy system will make a few people or party to control big amount of money, the poor continue to poor is because of this economy capitalism. The decentralization will make the velocity of money faster and evenly so that it will make the range between the rich and the poor is getting smaller. Bitcoin is very appropriate for the future.
754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: November 16, 2017, 02:10:10 AM
Bitcoin has no chance gaint banking instiautions. Virtually everybody in the globe utilizes a bank.st
Probably not to make bank dissapear, but most likely will reduce the use of by the people. The most important function of the bank today is to save money, But the methode of payment using paper money that is not fit in this era that is all required fast-pased. When people are get tired with paper money that slow, people will try to looking for the alternative that can help them like bitcoin.
755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: November 15, 2017, 04:26:27 AM
i think no need to invest . becuse online member alowes try to scam , you just keep you btc in your walet , and btc day by day incress  you will recebd good profit
Just hold bitcoin for long term will give us high profit, but there are a lot of chance to grow the amount of our bitcoin in trading or even by joining an ICO. why I suggest you to join this? ICO is the time when the liquidity of altcoin is formed in the first time, the early users of the altcoin will always get profit, even if it listed in famous exchange, it's price will rise so significantly.
756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: November 15, 2017, 02:25:13 AM
Exchanges and online sites are risky because you don't own your private keys for your Bitcoins. They may be hacked or just shut off - with your money. Best way is keeping them in a wallet where you control your private keys - and for extra security a hardware wallet.
The hardware wallet with full sync is the most secure wallet, this wallet also help to secure bitcoin network. Trezor is good, but actually using online wallet such as blockchain .info which has famous brand name is good. If you still afraid, you can use 2FA to add extra layer of securities in that online wallet.
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: November 15, 2017, 01:55:33 AM
Maybe there is a chance that alt coins have chances against bitcoin but bitcoin is powerful it is really established and its hard to break. Maybe alt coins have 20% chances.

In the future alts may have some power but at the moment there is no strength on alt coins side.
Its depend on the developer, they have to make  good plan to make their coin become attractive all the time. But probably not to take over bitcoin place as the number one crypto currency but atleast the altcoin has the loyal users that make that altcoin never die.
758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: November 15, 2017, 12:58:24 AM
When it comes to ROI, I think Bitcoin is like God and gold is like a human beeing.
The increasing price of gold is only 10-20% per year. Both prices are only depend on the supply and demand. For now bitcoin's liquidity is still small so the small growth of demand is enough to make bitcoin price go up. So for now bitcoin is better than gold.
759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: November 11, 2017, 08:51:08 AM
I think not a currency, because bitcoin is a crypto and not a real currency, bitcoin is a digital money and not a real money, but bitcoin is now getting bigger and bigger also bitcoin is unstoppable in spreading world wide, thats why it is very confidential, maybe when the future comes it can be called a Currency because of its large amount.
I am sorry, I dissagree with you. Bitcoin was made to become a currency. People are already using bitcoin as medium of exchange in online shop, although many countries are considere bitcoin as asset but it still a currency with many features which better that cash. Bitcoin is growing popularities  in developing countries because bitcoin can help unbanked people which find difficulties in sending money, with many benefits that bitcoin gives to us, I am sure that bitcoin is the new era of currency.
760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 11, 2017, 06:54:16 AM
Bitcoin is more advance than any real money, because it uses many advance machanism systems to creat a bitcoin, it also has benefit like secure, fast transactions through blockchain, no taxes at all, just a small fee for the market. I can also use it to pay for my life.
Probably you mean is small transaction fee for the transactions. One of the best advantage of bitcoin is the  low fees for world wide transactions. Send money in form of bitcoin for world wide transactions is absolutely better than send fiat using remmitance service. Because the remmitance service spends and earn billions to do what bitcoin does for free, it show the big difference in term of transactions between bitcoin and real money.
