I still don't know what is this pool (Bitcoin) payout (min satoshis for wallet withdrawal), and what are its fees. Can anyone tell?

when I use poolin, I set payouts to bixin wallet and then xfer from bixin - if you use bixin, it will payout every day no matter how much you earn. 1 sat or 200k sats

7546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FutureBit Project Apollo: Bringing ASIC Mining Back to the Home Miner! on: November 20, 2019, 03:19:49 PM

but there is also the possibility to connect to any pool and undermine any crypto with the same "algo scrypt"

Yes you can and as jstefanop has written its possible to any pool and you can also point your miner to nicehash if you want .
The only problem on Nicehash there is only to get a lot of shares , but you get some and any scrypt pool that you find you can mine there .
I have the apollo miner now since it was coming out and never got any problems with it .

How much u earn daily if u point your apollo to nice hash?

I have tried nicehash occasionally with my apollo and it just doesnt seem to work there - it sits around 20 mh/s and even after hours the earned amount is at 0

I switch it back to another pool and the hash rate goes to 140 mh/s

awesome! I have tried to go green but to do so is expensive but so far I do have 36 solar panels but they barely make a dent in my overall usage lol but I am sure it saves me a little. My monthly average production is 1300 kw/h. I would like to add an additional 150 panels but FL has some stupid law that if the system is over 11 kw system that an additional 1 million is required in insurance. my current system is just under that limit.

Umm...I cut and pasted from TBDice website. Not my words at all......

EDIT- litecoinpool.org is where I see the "empty" block , paying 12.5 rewards......and ckpool code I'm guessing, was the model for this pool when it was created back in the day......

oh I get that, I also did that and contacted -ck and that is why I put the pm up above. He had no idea that they listed him.
7549  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: ⛏️ Poolin ⛏️ Bitcoin Mining | FASTEST Growing Pool | FPPS ⛏️ on: November 19, 2019, 10:51:58 PM
very recently switched on this pool, it appears I get more /day than other pools (ie btc.com). the interface is similar to Btc.com, I like it.

still, need to find out how to get the PIN coins every day, didn't have the time yet. any tips are welcomed  Cheesy

another random thing is that the hash rate does not fluctuate as much as on other pools. will have to try and understand how what and why  Grin

Edit: the graphic is differently designed, just realised that   Grin

If you are mining btc - you will get a pin card to open the next day after the day  you had enough hash mining. You will need to create a pin wallet first if I recall though.

No pool should ever mine empty blocks unless the mempool is empty - if they do, they should fix their code.

Btw - not sure why you reference ckpool - ck is not affiliated with tbdice

Good evening, I hate to bother you but I was told you might know how to reach the owner/operator of TBDice.org outside of these forums.

If so, maybe see if they can check back here at the forums? That would be great.

Thanks!
Nothing to do with me
7551  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 1% fee solo mining USA/DE 253 blocks solved! on: November 19, 2019, 06:51:55 PM
A lot, if not all, of the big farms started when btc price was less than $500/BTC; I think they will remain profitable for some time to come...

btc value is not the issue at hand - profitability is.

You state they were profitable when BTC was under $500 that was also when BTC reward was 50 BTC not 25 BTC as BTC was at around $650 when the 2nd halving occurred. Though it was at around $300 about a year before the 2nd halving - if I recall correctly.

What I mean is revenue, which will control the profit. However, there is more to revenue than just the BTC value. There is the transaction fees - which could go up and or down, there is the difficulty when it dips the amount of BTC per TH earnings increases and if the difficulty increases the amount of BTC per TH decreases.

but as with the prior halvings it has shown that with the decreased issuance of BTC has caused the value of BTC to increase to match the supply/demand of the market.

but if the BTC value does not increase accordingly than there has to be some way for the farms to keep the revenue up.  One of the things working for that is the increased efficiency of the newer miners.  For years the efficiency was around 80J/TH but now with miners getting around 40J/TH - This increase in efficiency will help boost revenue by reducing the cost.

There are many factors indeed and farms will work to remain in the green, of that I agree. But if BTC value goes down instead of going up - it will still tax even the best of farms.

I should have went more in depth with my thoughts -and I acknowledge that this is my opinion and could be entirely wrong - but as with all speculation, it is just that speculation. Smiley

I just wish they would reply to me - it has almost been a week since my first email and zero response.
7553  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 1% fee solo mining USA/DE 253 blocks solved! on: November 19, 2019, 02:05:29 PM
the way I see it, even with a well managed farm, if the rewards half and btc remains where it is, it will still be hard for the farm to stay afloat. Their profit will be cut - by more than half, because what is being cut in half is the revenue not the profit, so their profit may be cut by more than half easily.

I think I will still be ok because at least my machines are way more efficient with using the T17/S17 vs the S9's
7554  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: ⛏️ Poolin ⛏️ Bitcoin Mining | FASTEST Growing Pool | FPPS ⛏️ on: November 19, 2019, 02:01:32 PM
Thanks for that.

And just to clarify.

That list has to do with our mining management tool and what we support with that particular tool!

ah! gotcha! thank you for the clarification!
7555  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Special thread concerning bitmains coupons refunds discounts. on: November 19, 2019, 02:00:42 PM

You shouldn't have used the coupon just to check your credit, but no worries, just send them a support ticket and say that you were not able to pay the order for whatever reason, they would very likely give re-issue the coupon.

Yea - I did put a ticket in already. I applied the coupon because if the credit was there I would have paid for the order - but I wonder, had I left the coupon off and the credit was there - but I let the order expire so I could reorder to use both the credit and coupon - would I have lost the credit on the expired order???

Bitmain is doing this all jacked up - they should simply issue refund via BTC or PayPal (if that is how the buyer made the purchase)
7556  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Special thread concerning bitmains coupons refunds discounts. on: November 19, 2019, 05:15:55 AM
I have now sent 3 emails after receiving their initial email about the price differences and that we would receive refunds/credits and I have gotten zero responses. Today I opened a support ticket on Bitmain's site - not sure if that will get me any answers faster.

I want to order a T17e with the credit or get the refund so I can order, I have enough coming back that with the $150 coupon I have that I would only be out of pocket for around $200 and shipping.

I tried to place an order to see if I would see the credit at payout, and I got the following message:

Quote
The product in your cart will be shipped out from China and an additional 25% import duty will be charged by US customs, please kindly confirm before submitting your orders.

and like Phil above, I did not see it on the payment screen, so I will be letting this order expire.

well holy hell... when the order expired, it also expired the coupon I attached to it.... It says I "used" the coupon. I went thru the process to order to see if my credit would also be applied, since it was not, I thought to let it expire.... I did not think that would lose the coupon too. shit...
7557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Official FutureBit Apollo LTC Image and Support thread on: November 19, 2019, 05:14:18 AM
Could anyone give me some advice on how to achieve max hash rate?
I will have free electricity for 6 months so I really want to get the full potential out of futurebit.
Is it possible to exceed turbo mode ( which is around 140 MH/S) ?
I am placing my machine next to an opened window which constantly blows in cold air, so the temperature is easier to control.
Is the frequency the only factor that makes the hash rate increase?
I am kind of a noob when it comes to mining, would appreciate any advice!

well free electricity is not really a point with these, they might use the same electricity as a lightbulb or two.

I need about 10 people to test out full node image. Finally got it where its running stable but want to make sure it is before I do a general release. Shoot me a PM with your email address. Make sure you have the ability to open port 9333 on your local network/router so the node is visible to the rest of the network.

pm sent

Interesting stats :most user online 330 on 4th or November 2019.
This is just like a week or so ago and there was a hugs wave of users. Currently there are only 7 online and 1 registered.
If the site has been online for so long why just now is the topping of this ststs? Weird.

I had a thread on this subject a while ago : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5130198.0

my guess is they held the domain so long but never really did anything with it. but it is also very apparent that it is not the .org it is not trying to pretend to be the .org
