Neymar would either have to cut his salary down or move to a club like Newcastle or to one of the Saudi clubs that has enough money to pay him. Neymar is no longer a footballer that many clubs will want, so he may not have too many options this summer.
Any club wants to buy Neymar will have to surpass two biggest challenges. His salary is too high and very few clubs in Europe are ready to pay him such salary especially with global recession after Covid-19. Another challenge for all clubs is Neymar's sensitivity to injuries which restrict his contributions for PSG a lot.
