7741  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshimines - Consistent and very profitable Bot! #BETA Version on: August 30, 2017, 01:40:12 PM
as I read on different sites they said bots are only to take your money. you cannot win using the bot. so how can you say that your bot will work or maybe your bot some kind of scam.

That's great to collect information about website because it will give you nice idea to visit a good website and you will be 100% safe from scamming websites.

The bot is profitable because is taking advantage of how satoshimines is working right now.
Bot is taking advantage? Impossible thing to happen. No house would able to let this thing to happen and they would really block if they are exploits in the site and i didnt hear off on a bot that do really make milking on satoshimine site. Consistent and very profitable doesnt exist on this gambling world.
7742  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting on bitcoin prize on: August 30, 2017, 12:25:11 PM
Hello guys, I have created simple web where you can bet your bitcoin predictions. I saw many people always saying "hey, btc will cost in a week XXXX dollars" and other guys were against saying "No, it will cost
YYYY dollars". So now everyone can try his own guesses against other ones with my website http://bitstampguess.com/ What is your opinion about that?
Even though the site is well designed but i do have still some doubts. Even though the primary bet is small amount but its still money and its not really worth to be given on random guy in the internet. Smiley Every 6 days predictions would be good  but knowing the results would happen once a month seems very too long too wait. Why would not create on hourly based?? so that there would be fast results too and would like to ask how to view for those people who did join? there are lots of question boggling on my mind.
7743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you even gamble? on: August 29, 2017, 04:05:32 PM
This post is not intended to criticize gamblers, i am just curious what drives a gambler to really gamble even when the odds are against him or even reach the point where he'd rather lose everything he has than to stop doing his gambling addiction. I said the following because i have seen friends and some relatives on my mother's side literally lose everything they have like family, wealth etc. and only a few managed to stand up again. And some of that few still gamble to this day. And an uncle was found dead from a gunshot wound, whoever did it was unknown. But rumors say that it is one of all the guys he owed large money and never payed. While a friend(not close, just a neighbor) died from suicide because his wife left him along with his 14y.o daughter and 3y.o son. Now, I ask this because i dont get it. I just don't. I mean is it even worth it? If you ask me, i don't know. That is why i am asking. And the reason why i did it here is because we all know i can't ask a gambler with this kind of questions face to face because doing that would mean mean that I wanna start a fight. I mean that might how a gambler reacts to this kind of question. Please share your thoughts on this.
First of all, you are on the right place on asking this kind of question since there are lots of people here tends to be a gambler or even experienced those things. Its sad to hear that those dying incidents and suicidal things do happen to them because they cant really sustain the stress and one have been gunshot because of big debt.Gambling is not bad as long you do know how to control yourself and you do know your limitations regarding on the funds you are holding.Just stick to one rule, only play on the amount you can afford to lose and never ever goes beyond that.
7744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: August 29, 2017, 03:30:26 PM
When the money starts to lose because of the loss, you should immediately stop the game, and not try to recoup. All attempts to win back usually lead only to losses.
Yes most of the people involved in gambling who are in a hope to win but lose and then when they become desperate to win in anger the rate of losses increase so I think before such a time comes one should sign off. Otherwise many are listening to the music just because of they didn't control themselves in a while where they should have.
Controlling the game? Its not possible instead of minding on this thing better to focus on how you gonna control yourself or your emotions since this would really be the thing that would push you hard to play even more and would really make you a gambling addicted later on. You may say controlling emotion would be easy but seeing on the current situation on most gamblers or do people that do play gambling im sure you would say that its not really an easy stuff to do.
7745  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price prediction on: August 29, 2017, 02:25:52 PM
BTC The price for beginning of September 4619 Dollars. The predicted maximum price 5273 and minimum 4583. Averaged price for month 4851. Bitcoin at the end 4928, change for September 6.69%.

Year   Month   Open   Max   Min      Close   Average   Month%Ch   Total%Ch
2017   August    2861   4942   2650      4619    3768   61.45%             61.45%
2017   September 4619   5273   4583      4928    4851   6.69%             68.14%
2017   October    4928   6116   4928      5716    5422   15.99%             84.13%
2017   November    5716   7095   5716      6631    6290   16.01%          100.14%
2017   December    6631   6631   5538      5955    6189   -10.19%         89.95%

Honestly speaking my head aches when i tried to see the alignment of those numbers. I would like to ask on where did you get those calculations or numbers?  hitting 7k usd as of this year would be somehow hard to achieve but its possible depending on how the market goes on upcoming 4 months left on this year. Lots of speculations here since we are on speculation board and the thing i do like on this one is that it only mention 7k max price unlike on other reaching out 500k. hahaha
7746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: August 29, 2017, 01:55:26 PM
Actually, I prefer trading, because it is more likely to benefit from gambling. Well, besides, I can also relax in trading, because we can target the price that we predict. so all we do is wait.

I like the part that you have said about relaxation when you are trading. In gambling, the phasing is very quick all the time, you have to make sure that every bet that you bet will be having a good result. And even how fast the result will be displayed you need to be ready with it, unlike in trading it takes time and you can think about it and you don't have to rush with it.

This is also called as an investment. Buy some coins for less price and waiting for right time to sell. Here we have very less chance to get the loss. But in real trading, we will get many loses. That means in day trading it is not possible to make an everyday profit. It is like gambling how we will not win every game like that we will not make a profit at every time. Still, i will prefer to do Trading because it is a professional way to earn bitcoins and more profitable to compare gambling.

Yes trading is an investment and this is everyone's source. Only few people that doesn't know how to trade because there's a lot of choices of alt coins where you can start your own trading career. Don't get it wrong, chances of losing in trading is high too if you miss the right time to sell and your coin start to be dumped all way down.
Theres always a risk even on trading because it is not a safe haven on which you can make profit anytime just like on gambling which do really rely on luck but somehow on trading you can maximize the probabilities of making profitable trades. Trading is really an investment because once you got the the proper skills and knowledge then this thing would really good for long term.
The major difference between trading and gambling, for me is that in trading, you could do a YOLO trade like you're going to go all in, let's say trading all you're bitcoins to a single altcoin, hoping that it would go up. For gambling, if you do that same YOLO bet, It's completely all or nothing.
This the difference on which they do really have different outcome when you are going on YOLO. Trading would potentially still give you the chance to make money if the coin would tend to rise up in future. Theres no assurance but would really have some slight possibilties but it do really takes time which is opposite on trading because results are instant.

7748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On Which device do you Gamble? on: August 29, 2017, 12:43:38 PM
This is for educational purposes, thanks for any feedback.
I have chose both in the poll. I do play gambling on pc if i have my extra time and sometimes i do play gambling on mobile when im in transit or travelling just to have a past time. I do bet that most people would do have the same choices too.
7749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: August 28, 2017, 03:41:07 PM
I will continue to gamble because, if according to what you wrote, I have enougg money, I wouldn't worry about losing. So I will just gamble for fun and not for money
Just make sure you won't get addicted as time goes by i have seen a lot of people get addicted for sure ,
Not even when you have unlimited money , gambling is so vulnerable ,
People would easily lured it's human nature to feel so ,
Better to act more wise , when you feel you have enough money , don't dare you to approach gambling world anymore.
Theres no unlimited money when it comes to gambling even lets say you do have lots of money but playing on daily basis and losing huge amounts then im sure those funds will not be enough or later on you would become poor again for sure. This is the time we should really be wise and sensible enough to mind of that we should not gamble anymore since we do have the money that we need. If you need enjoyment or entertainment then gamble only until it satisfies you on a certain budget.
7750  Economy / Gambling / Re: losing from freebitco.in on: August 28, 2017, 02:44:14 PM
I lost 0.03 btc on freebitco.Freebitco has high house edge ~3%.Is better to bet with primedice or another dice site with a low house edge.A high house edge more profit for owner of site.
I never gambled at freebitco.in, after hearing of 3% house edge no one would ever want to play/gamble at freebitco.in. i usually play dice on primedice and fortunejack. Cheesy

Have they lower the HE to 3%?? I thought it was 5%  Roll Eyes
I dont know and i dont have any updates since they dont announce such thing on lowering their 5% house edge and im confused on where they do get that 3%. This is why i didnt tend to play on this site seeing on its ridiculous high HE.
7751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Excuses on: August 28, 2017, 02:14:02 PM
Did you ever gamble with other's money to pay your own debts or otherwise to solve a certain problem through gambling?
1 time over a year ago i borrowed 0.06btc to my friend but i lose it all then i borrowed another 0.03 btc to my another friend but fortunately i won 0.1 btc and pay them both i learned my lesson and i never do it again. If i lose again it was a disaster good thing lady luck save my ass to fury of my 2 friends

You're a lucky dude and it's great you've learnt your lesson, I hate keeping or even attempting to gamble someone else's money because it's complete disrespect to money and to the person. It's better you do that privately with what you've earned yourself.
Its not really a wise thing to do on gambling on others money and if that someone do know that you would only use the money for gambling purposes then for sure they wont really grant you on that loan for sure. Better to stop if you dont have money because if you let your addiction control you then for sure you will regret later on.
7752  Economy / Economics / Re: How is the price determined for a decentralized currency like bitcoin? on: August 28, 2017, 01:36:54 PM
It is difficult to reach an answer that does not lead to a simple balance of supply and demand, and I think there is not much mystery. Price is what people pay for it. Unless you choose to believe that the price is controlled by manipulators and trading bots.
Now that’s where most of the people get it wrong. People say that only Bitcoin is volatile, forgetting that whatever that is called currency is volatile being compared to a different currency. Take for example, the USD and Euro, when being monitored, you will notice that sometimes the rate for dollars increases, and sometimes it goes down, so tell me why dollar is not volatile.

Everything called currency is volatile, whether you believe or not. Now for how the price of Bitcoin is determined: I think how it is determined is by calculated how much that is being invested into it. The same policy that is being used for fiat is also used for Bitcoin.

I will Support you on this things Sir to your statement. I agreed that all physical money are volatile because our currency here in my country sometimes falling then recover again this was happened depending on the value of dollar. But it is not that past as bitcoin does have. Because bitcoin volatility as we all know was very aggressive depending in the demand of the community and investors as well. Only there differences was physical money is centralized and bitcoin is decentralized.
If you do see on forex trading you would really see the currencies do really move its price every second which it means its volatile but on the range or level of its volatility isnt really the same into bitcoin which means its less risky on trading it but more complicated since i have experience on trading forex. Going back into the question price is determined of bitcoin depending on its demand its just simply an economic subject.
7753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: August 27, 2017, 02:02:15 PM
I do not gamble to much but it always seems that when I do, I take the loss big time.  For example, I have lost over 3 BTC in the BustaBit game online.  It is fun and I like to play but I always get greedy with it.  I have won about 2.2 BTC back, but I lost more than what I have won.  For some odd reason, I keep coming back over and over.  I do not know why I do it, why do you?

Because gambling for most people is addiction, i know few people that can stop when are gambling, all the others cant stop and most of the time they lost all
If you cant stop when you have won, maybe you need do not gamble
Exactly because gambling inhibits an attraction if you earn from the start so you will keep on trying again your luck to win and that makes a people or a particular gambler going back .I don't believe like others say that they come back because of fun and entertainment that was only a false state of mind and being denial person.
Most of them would really deny it from the first time but if you do see on his actions we would able to say that hes really aiming for something which is on making money with gambling. This is the thing on which a gambler keeps coming back because on gambling its the easiest and the fastest way on making money but at the same time the fastest way to become poor.
7754  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cashing out could destroy crypto? on: August 27, 2017, 01:29:46 PM
Just wondering, Bitcoin started as a project to offer people freedom from bankster/government fiat and the banking system. Yet almost every single person involved in Bitcoin is using it to try to get more of that very thing Bitcoin was designed to 'get rid of'.

I never cared for Bitcoin as an investment vehicle, it's a tool that offers people financial freedom and independance.
Yes tell me again how stupid i was selling cheap and how bad i should feel, notice how i don't care.
Because for me Bitcoin was never about making more Dollars.

If none of the horrible things that are waiting for us in the future will ruin bitcoin, maybe the mindset of people just wanting Bitcoin to gain more fiat will be even more devastating.

This mindset seems to have been increasing for years now...
People don't even ask me anymore how it works or why it was invented, all they care about is how to make fiat with it. My answer is always the same... "Bitcoin is not a good investment for you, only invest in things you understand and believe in."
All people have different aims and would really depend on how they did know about bitcoin. If someone explains them that bitcoin is just really being created for a new payment system then it would be great but later on he would really discover on making money too out of it which i do strongly believe that he would really focus on this one knowing that people on this world do really crave for money and you cant really changed that thing. Its always been part of being human of being greedy with money.
7755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you determine whether you are addicted to gambling? on: August 27, 2017, 12:55:25 PM
How can you determine whether you are addicted to gambling?
There are lots of threads or users who do ask this kind of question all over again and again but to answer this one you can just simply know that you are already addicted to gambling is when you are already playing for longer periods and you are already wasting up money on engaging with it and also you are forgetting your responsibilities and priorities in life.
7756  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsler withdrawal pending for more than 48 hours on: August 27, 2017, 12:28:25 PM
I thought Bitsler is very trusted and I no need to worry admin will help for all the issues but this time very much disappointed the way he is handling the withdrawal issues.

If he can't predict what the correct fee then he should allow us to choose fee for withdrawals but site limits maximum 60K fee. I paid the highest fee for more than 48 hours still not confirmed. If he allows me to increase then I would have paid higher fee for my withdrawal.

It looks he is still don't know how blockchain works so don't know how to adjust withdrawal fees. Should learn from other established casinos. Next time I will be very careful before loading my money in bitsler.
Dont generalized dude since this issue is mainly cause by the blockchain network and not on the gambling site itself. Expect there are really some delays considering that they set-up 60k max fee. If youd like contact Baryom https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=684606 tell him about your concern this is the fastest way but speaking on the pending withdrawal they dont have the power to fasten it up.
7757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather vs McGregor on: August 27, 2017, 09:48:57 AM
Just for shits & giggles, select the amount of bitcoins you’re betting on this fight. No need to reveal with a post.

Only 0.1 bitcoin on Mayweather and got 0.2x odds on nitrogen. Easiest 0.01 profit bet on my life haha but still a good and entertain fight. I'm not expected McGregor can hold to 10 rounds though, now i'm waiting for Mayweather fight on Octagon or it never happen ? haha
No it wont happen and im sure Mayweather wont really do such thing if they would able to make a rematch specially on Mcgregor field of fighting. Results are really expected on my side and as i observed on the fight mcgregor do still made some moves like MMA on which the referee do warns him but i cant blame him since its the way he fights on his entire career.
7758  Economy / Economics / Re: How many can resist selling off their BTC for huge profits? on: August 26, 2017, 05:57:56 AM
What percent of people do you think are able to resist selling their BTC when confronted with huge profits they've obtained.  Say 500% or more even?
Why would you need to know? Im sure no one would really able to give you exact percentage since no one knows on what prices on most bitcoin users they did purchase their bitcoin.Which means we wont know if they are holding purely or actively spend them on other ventures or purposes and no one would really have the time on checking wallet addresses who dont have any activities on the few years.
7759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever regretted not gambling? on: August 26, 2017, 05:33:56 AM
Mine was 9900x in dice. I think it is more than 5x that I had a feeling that 9900x will come out not more than 15 roll and my balance could still make more than 15bets but I didn't. I always didn't follow my guts/sign/pattern when it comes to that 9900x. I'm afraid not to hit it and my whole balance will get bust very fast. I ended up regretting coz at the end of playing 2x multiplier, the same thing happen, lost. I should have risk it in 9900x instead.
Those things just really sucks and it cant really be avoided on playing gambling. guts, beliefs, intuition, emotion do really tell you to do such thing but in the end you did make the opposite way and when the outcome is not on the thing youd expect then you will end up on regretting instead. There are really times that your mind tell you to do such thing because of those factors but emotions do really hold you down.
7760  Other / Archival / Re: Have you ever won a Jackpot? on: August 26, 2017, 05:05:53 AM
No, unfortunately I never won the jackpot. But I do not lose hope that luck will someday smile and win the most maximal jackpot that is in the world. I will be very happy.

Its good to be optimistic but you should also be realistic. Consider this out of how many people play total and the amount of the money put together only 1 is that winner. Yes it can be you too that's not denial but considering the probability is very very less and for that how amount you will keep spending on gambling and may be you may lose more in playing than winning . And getting addicted is the side effect of it so you need to be cautious of it as well.

Possibility that you would play your entire life would be there on chasing that jackpot and i agree on what you have said the probability on hitting that jackpot is very very less. This is why some people do keep playing because they do chase this thing which isnt really advisable to do so because this thing will really push you to play even more.If your lucky even you are not minding the jackpot you will surely hit that one.
