It's truly great idea, but i have few question?
1. Do you actually see New York/Moscow snowing or you just check it from weather news?
2. Do you count a city is snowing even the snowing only happen in small part of city or only happen in short time?

i think homeless people is a problem by the government itself, besides it is very hard to teach them because they are lazy and don't want to work that's why they stay what they are now and never get a job for their necessity. I always pity on them but sometimes when i saw homeless men that have a great body on me and just sleeping on the street, it always feels me angry, But for those homeless that victim of tragedy, They deserve a help.. The aim of your project is good but i think this will not gonna work for lazy people. Just saying. I'll just do random way of betting setting up on 2x or 4x multiplier it depends on my mood and how much bankroll do i have on that particular day.

Play money is the most stupid thing I ever heard. What I need play money for, to try some game? I try with minimum bets when I try, and I couldn`t forgive my self if I win something huge with play money. I think the price will go Down sharply at the end of the year . About $500/btc will go at end of this year . Do you ready to bet on your prediction that bitcoin will fall to 500$ to the end of the year? I think you will loose. Bitcoin will continue to grow as to the final of the year as in the beginning of 2017. I am even ready to bet that the price for bitcoin will reach the point of 800$ by the end of the year. Its a sure lose if he bet on that price point because bitcoin wont go down on that price its too far to consider to dip unless if there is a hacking incident again and i hope it wont happen anytime soon.
