8721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you bet on "Sports" games that you don't know? on: December 26, 2016, 08:33:25 AM
I am sure I won't bet on sports game that I don't know. Even if I had to bet on a game that I am not interested, atleast I will search the rank of both teams in the current standings before decided to make a bet. I don't want to bet blindly!

Of course, you can but probably that is not the right decision or not the best decision in your mind that may include a mistake of choosing a team. Aside from that we only bet to those team that we are in favor and do know how to play their games
Not all the time tells us that the favorites will win, there are games that you can see a value and without proper study or not knowing the game you cannot see that, it's the value is what a professional gambler is looking by the way. There might be a lot of games listed in the board, but there are only few games which has value that we need to choose.
the reason why people come to sportsbetting is because they are looking for a reasonable game.
a game that can be analyzed not based on random feeling to bet.
however there always a boring time that force you to gamble randomly even in sports, it is just not often.
You cant say such thing because there are people who are betting on sports just to make bets and some are betting according to their decision because they are being told by someone regarding on a particular game. Chances on sportsbetting is just 50-50 since you only choose for two teams unless if you are playing parlays. We could able to make bets as much as we can and some gamblers would really do the same even they dont know a particular sport.
8722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling trading or giveaway? on: December 26, 2016, 07:33:27 AM
if I prefer to trade
and how about you?
Gambling = Just for entertainment and dont expect too much that you will able to create money over time/Easy Win-Easy Loss
Trading = A Hard thing to learn but its worth it if you do already get the idea on how and which coin should be trade/Profitable in long term specially when you are good enough.
Giveaway= Not permanent and wont rely too much on it since those amounts that are given arent too big enough.

For me, none of those options are useful to make real profit. Gambling, impossible to win on long term; Trading, too hard, terrible to trade alt-coins; Giveaway it's just a giveaway, it won't give you real profit, only if you have an army of accounts abusing the promotions on this forum, something that is forbidden and waste of time.

But, if I must choose one of the three, I choose giveaway, at least I'm not losing money with that, this way I can earn few pennies.  Smiley
Its your perspective though regarding on those 3 things comparison.Giveaway could really give you some pennies but its not worth for your efforts and you said abusing it is not really advisable.Trading might be hard and trading alts is a disaster it really depends on what kind of trader you are and i agree its really hard to learn but if you already got the techniques and knowledge it will give you the amounts that you didnt expect that you cant get on those 2 options.
8723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you gamble your (or your child's) school fund? on: December 26, 2016, 07:01:31 AM
I did it a few years ago, for Greece won on 2004 Europe cup final againts Portugal, but im lucky that my school fund being double because of Greece won that match, after that i never bet/gambling with my personal expense fund..
Even it is a true experience, I like to suggest you not to share this here after as it might temp other new gamblers to risk their committed money into gambling. I mean to say we do not set wrong example for the new innocent gamblers. Because that might lead to big disasters indirectly.
The forum is a place to share our experiences since his response was on topic and does not include criminal acts or anything then I think it is fair for him to share what he did and what he learned, I think he got lucky but fortunately he realizes that himself and has stop doing those reckless bets anymore.
Agree he is just sharing what his experience before.. not all people are win in gambling but some people are actually making a good profit in gambling.. we have different experience and i think those experience can help you to prove that gambling is not a good way or source of earnings .
Gambling is made only to give entertainment like other said just bet you can afford to lose..
but i am not in favour of this statement that bitcoin is for entertainment only, i think gambling is formed for making money only and you cannot find any fun and entertainment in gambling if you are not putting money in gambling.
As i have read he didnt said that bitcoin is for entertainment only. He said gambling and you said it wrong and i do agree with his statements that gambling is really for entertainment and no one really forces you to play and as you said playing gambling does really need money in able to play.Risking money that is already lend for your education is not an ideal thing and i wouldnt do such thing too.
8724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: December 25, 2016, 10:20:39 AM
Nah, there is visible difference between trading and gambling. Gambling where house prevails at large though a very small number of people still succeed to make some money. Trading is the area where many indicators can be gotten through various tools to understand the trends and markets. Risk is in both but gambling is not better in no way than trading.
Yup the risk is same in both method, but the success rate is bit high in trading. In gambling, very few people can success those who are lucky they will make a profit and the remaining players will end with the loss. But I trading the success rate is bit high if you know the market and you know the right place to trade you will make a good profit. So trading is a better choice.
Risk and success rate is really different on both gambling and trading and as you said most players on gambling do suffer lose in the end and it is also present on trading but not much compared to gambling. They have simmilarities on losing money but trading is much far away better than to gambling itself. For me i would rather choose trading over gambling even it is hard to learn trading but i wont give up because i know i can make profits with it in the future,
8725  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hack Into BitDice And Get 1BTC! on: December 25, 2016, 08:24:43 AM

Found this big lock page while I was having a poke.

Thats one hell of a padlock!

Might want to remove the following from the source of that svg files

Generator: Adobe Illustrator 19.2.1, SVG Export Plug-In . SVG Version: 6.00 Build 0)

Gives potential attackers clues Versions numbers ect.

Also visiting this link  https://www.bitdice.me/password/  shows a text box saying

So I attempted this

https://www.bitdice.me/password/email/

I was then presented with the Change password box.. Yet I was not logged in as user.....

"If we have this email in our database, you will receive information on how to reset your password within a minute."

Fuzzing the data between the browser and server I'm sure there could be some way of "editing" the  contact@bitdice.me email

Either way. I don't think that message should be showing for a non registered user by visiting that link.

I think you are inviting problems.. Give me 24 hr's I think I can get to that 1btc..

Either way.. U need to check the links.. that is not "good" admin having boxes popping up could lead to XSS.

Further to this you should obfuscate the code linking to Sentury.. Smiley   PS check your email contact@bitdice.com for the sentruy reset link I managed to send you....

Code:
Recover Account

We have sent an email to the address registered with this account containing further instructions to reset your password.

8726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a trick dice? on: December 25, 2016, 07:53:35 AM
If we find a trick against a gambling site then that gambling site will get bankruptcy very soon. But, unfortunately even gambling sites are tricking us, there will be some new gamblers always trying with them and even a continous loss facing gambler also trying again and again.
You are right. There are some tricks available always in gambling industry but which is not working for gambler side but it is only for gambling house owners. The humiliating fact about this here, even after the trick is being used for years, they are able to survive and continue it. Gamblers never understand this, yes including me  Roll Eyes.
They are being still used because most of them see it that it works and it give them profits using that method but its not really a guarantee that it will give you for long term. Methods are called legit ones when luck is tied with it and thats why they call it a legit way but the truth is that it wont work for everybody. Tricking dice game is impossible because the house itself wont let this thing to happen.
8727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the location affect when we gamble? on: December 25, 2016, 07:23:04 AM
I still wondered after watching one dice gambling tips on youtube. she suggested to use a vpn American countries. Do you think the state and affect our current location to gamble? , please give your opinion
What is the youtube link can you post it here mate? I want to watch it why he want you to use vpn proxy just to play gambling this is ain't cool mate if i were you i will never use this kind of vpn how if you use some illegal ip and they trace you? Then you are going to broke your life mate.
The point to use a VPN is to not be traced, and probably someone doing that either is trying to avoid some restriction in his country where gambling is probably illegal or simply as a matter of privacy since you don't want your ISP to know you are gambling online.
In my country, gambling is not illegal but I usually use VPN to hide my real IP, we are in gambling and we cannot trust all our information to a certain gambling sites and I know they understand that also, as there are even gambling sites that does not require you to verify your email address and you can automatically play after you sign up, that's how fast and easy in bitcoin gambling.
that means, location Affect when we gamble when gambling started in the illegal in your country. you might be playing with the alert, and less focused on gambling. well, just by playing online gambling in your room by using vps that may make your concentration becomes larger.
This is the suggested way on which you could able to play gambling without any fear or hesitations because of the restrictions on your country.VPS would really a big help and those worries will surely wipe out.Location would really affect you but when you are already on the middle of gambling game you will not mind already.
8728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much bitcoin price now is affecting your bets? on: December 25, 2016, 06:20:04 AM
My bet size would really depend on the bitcoins price because i usually make equivalent to the dollar rate itself. It does really affect betting size because of bitcoins price movement. It does depend on the gambler but i dont think this thing does really affect too much since we could able to adjust anytime regarding on our bet size.

8731  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE CASINO - 90BTC MAX WIN, 1BTC JACKPOT, BET BACK, DAILY EVENTS! on: December 21, 2016, 09:33:18 AM
SITE UPDATE 20 DECEMBER

Guys, we've added local language chat rooms, currently you can speak local in Dutch, French, Russian and Indonesian.

[NEW] Local-language chat rooms.
[NEW] Users with level 0 can answer on PM's sent from higher user.

Regards,
Alex.

Does this mean that there will be chances that there is gonna be a mod for each local chatroom as it will be hard for mods that dont speak the respective languge to monitor the chatroom. Im kinda interested to be one if there is gonna be as I might be going to apply for one of the rooms , well I had few hours daily to monitor it

Of course chat moderator for each local chatroom is neeed, I believe Alex has planned to hire some mods but as I see the local chatroom is still has low traffic/activity. He may hire some mods when it has great activities everyday.

i dont think it is truly needed, since i think one chatroom is enough and the only thing needed to emphasize is to use the english as the main language on the site so global people can understand easily the main topic or happenings in the chatbox, and the only thing needed there is a moderator that can eliminate those people who doesn't follow the english language rule, bitdice devs should really think for it so theres no hassle for them to run that one.
It does depend on how admin would handle those local chatboxes. If he dont tend to hire local mods then it means the can handle that without needing it but i think its quiet hassle for them since they are handling many local chatboxes.Well if Alex would like to have mods then he will surely post here on the thread so stay tuned guys.

8733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: December 20, 2016, 02:45:00 PM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me
They dont support bitcoin because they saw that its a threat to them on their governance and also they already knew that bitcoin cant be controlled and impose tax on it and afraid that taxation would be really be affected and also crime rate would increase because of bitcoin because it might increase the hidden transactions on doing illegal things and this is only the thing i know but overall bitcoin is really useful if you dont use it on bad thing.
8734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control emotion when you are on crucial part of gambling? on: December 20, 2016, 12:13:04 PM
My heart is always beating fast and always resulting to out of control to my betting.
Not just in gambling everywhere we do face some difficulties or uncertainty then we do fail to control our emotions. It is a basic human nature and controlling our emotions will be only possible after getting practice to those type of situations.
Emotion control must be one of the basic need of our life and failing to control it will collapse all of our predetermined plans. Both in trading and gambling controlling emotions will be playing a very big role in deciding the outcome.

If we are able to control your emotions then we will be easily quit gambling. I have not quit gambling yet so I'm not still good in emotion control techniques.

That's why he is asking to how he is going to control emotion and it seems that you are way far to give some helpful tips on how he can help himself. I would say if you are in a crucial part just relax, take a deep breath and start to think again. If that doesn't help learn to stand from your sit and take a walk for a couple of minutes while thinking that can help you to think and control your emotion.
This method would really help you to ease the emotion that controlling you while you are on a game but it would be only on temporary basis but still it helps thats why having realization should be think off and on how you gonna handle yourself to avoid it on the next time you play again gambling.I could say that its not really an easy thing that you could able to remove it on a matter of seconds.

8737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet will it be snowing on Christmas Eve on OneHash.com on: December 19, 2016, 01:49:01 PM
It's truly great idea, but i have few question?
1. Do you actually see New York/Moscow snowing or you just check it from weather news?
2. Do you count a city is snowing even the snowing only happen in small part of city or only happen in short time?
3. How you determine the odds?
I would like to ask the same thing too but you already posted it and now im waiting for OP to answer this question.Im quiet confused on this unique weather game and how odds are being calculated. If it does snow on a small part of city should really be considered not be excluded.
8738  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Renting out a building to train the homeless on computers on: December 19, 2016, 12:55:57 PM
i think homeless people is a problem by the government itself, besides it is very hard to teach them because they are lazy and don't want to work that's why they stay what they are now and never get a job for their necessity. I always pity on them but sometimes when i saw homeless men that have a great body on me  and just sleeping on the street, it always feels me angry, But for those homeless that victim of tragedy, They deserve a help.. The aim of your project is good but i think this will not gonna work for lazy people. Just saying.  Wink
This would really be hard project by the government and they would surely waste off money and time on this. You said was right some people are lazy enough and dont have interest on making or searching money even if they have a good body.Same as yours it feels me angry when i saw a poor people just choose to beg and sleep rather than finding ways to make money.
8739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What gambling method are you using for Dice? on: December 19, 2016, 12:11:31 PM
I'll just do random way of betting setting up on 2x or 4x multiplier it depends on my mood and how much bankroll do i have on that particular day.
If i got bored on playing i do use martingale system and just leave it running but most results in the end are lose.
8740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to gamble the right way on: December 19, 2016, 09:45:33 AM
the perfect way to gamble is to put all your money in a gambling sites bankroll that you preferred and play it with a max bet and just relax and let it do his magic if you're lucky enough you could easily doubled your bank roll and you could cash it out again in just a snap. im using this method many times and its working . im just playing satoshimines because theres no need to register there.
If it works for you then I can conclude that you are lucky, dice games really are entertaining and this is good for real gamblers who wants to try their luck. What I admire about your method is you only put the amount of money you preferred to gamble, some gamblers cannot do it, they always add more in the event they loses their initial bankroll and I can say that is lack of discipline out there.
This method will not work for all gamblers, Those who have a lot of money and those who ready to lose huge amount they can try this. For normal people, if they follow this they may face a big loss. So my suggestion doesn't check your luck like this. Use your skills and play skill games you may double your investment.
Certainly we aim to make money in the end but it does not happen all the time, sometimes we lose while sometimes we also win. Putting a big amount of bet is risky when you cannot afford it, you might not enjoy gambling and quit for good due to discouragement of the negative output, however a real gambling knows how to accept defeat and by accepting though it's not happening yet would  already ease the burden.
Most gamblers do suffer on this kind of situation on which they dont really accept defeat and dont just let the day to finish with a negative profits thats why they are pursuing or forcing themselves to bet even more even they know the risk of losing more.Playing gambling does really require luck and a good money and risk management.

this can essentially work too, but it is only if you are not acting out of pure emotions and no thought.
for example if you have a plan and you are sure that your strategy is strong and reliable then it is good to pursue your losses to try and win them back. but what usually happens is that people get emotional and mad then they start making bets without thinking and end up losing all their money.
Emotions do normally comes out when you are playing gambling specially when you are experiencing loses and as you said being mad would surely destroy your decisions and betting style and would completely change therefore making bad decisions will lead you to lose. Most gamblers will definitely experience this thats why some of them trying to overcome it.
