I think this can't be applied. One of the problem will be the traffic on network. Huge traffic incoming if this will happen.

There are campaigns for newbie. Go to altcoin>bounties. There are ton of campaign there, like for twitter campaign or facebook campaign.

This is really sad for me, specially for those traders there. Lot of altcoins are red. Hoping we can recover at the end of the month.

It is falling down. Because of some news and China dramas. It's really really sad, bitcoin is decentralized but on this situation it makes not decentralized anymore. 

Yeah , this would be great but the tax fee on sending bitcoin is very uncomfortable. Really have high transaction fee.
