It's better to go with a Offshore VPS. You could find a cheap one in WebhostingTalk, VPS Offers section.
Usually by Offshore they understand NL - Netherlands VPS. Unmanaged is ~$10/m, managed ~$25-35/m
782  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: January 07, 2016, 04:56:26 AM
If all your investment money are just ~450$ - hell no. If you are in mood for some risk, it's not so bad idea.
No investment will guarantee you 100% safeness. There is always a change Bitcoin to reach 0$/BTC, US to bankrupt, to get hit by a bus.
783  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: January 07, 2016, 04:52:02 AM
PayPal are too greedy with their 2-4% transaction fees + currency conversion fees + your mother fees.
100% Bitcoin. With ~4c/transaction its like heaven Smiley
784  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: January 07, 2016, 04:50:20 AM
I personally don't hate Islam at all. Almost every afternoon I'm drinking my coffee in a Turkish cafe in owners company.
I hate some county politics like SA. And he hate this EU *refugee* crisis even more than me, because by his words these half-humans are giving the Islam a bad name.
785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your average bet per game? on: January 07, 2016, 04:46:16 AM
I'm supporter of good bank management. I should see something really extraordinary to brake it or some really messed odd from bookie side.

My average betting size is ~0.5 - 1.2% of my current gambling bank.
786  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you support or oppose the death penalty? on: January 07, 2016, 04:43:53 AM
For child rapist - dead penalty for sure.
I always have the idea of some kind "working camps" for small crimes. 1st theft - 1 month, 2nd - 3 month, 3rd - seems you are degradation mood so 3 years.
787  Other / Politics & Society / Re: North Korea has developed a hydrogen nuclear bomb. on: January 07, 2016, 04:34:19 AM
Even Russia got out with a a statement that they are feeling worried, even they are semi-supporting the regime there.  Because they share a border with North Korea.
788  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Europe, you reap what you sow... on: January 07, 2016, 04:32:24 AM
It's not only Germany. All Scandinavian counties have more and more issues with sex offenders and rapers. I even saw an article from some Swedish *woman* politic saying it's woman fault because they are going out showing too much flesh?!?!

792  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Saudi Arabia executes 47 prisoners, including opposition Shia cleric Sheikh Nimr on: January 04, 2016, 06:48:44 AM

793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to present BTC to Newbies ? on: January 04, 2016, 06:44:55 AM
I present it to my relatives in a straight forward way - instead of fiat, I sent them Bitcoin. Explaining it's cheaper chat bank transactions + 4 currency exchanges. In their country there are service where you could sell BTC to one site and receive fiat in 10 minutes in almost every big store.

798  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Buy / Sell Crypto Related Domain Names at CryptoDomainNames.com on: January 02, 2016, 07:44:47 AM
Its good to have a dedicated bitcoin domain market but i can't see any deals. And are you willing to reduce your fees for volume? From where do you plan to acquire buyers/seller (quality traffic). Because without quality traffic, Auction section is better.
799  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Best bitcoin ad networks? on: January 02, 2016, 07:40:18 AM
